Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种冰箱, 尤其涉及一种具有可以有效保存水果、蔬 菜的冷藏室的冰箱。
背景技术
由于冰箱的冷藏室后壁贴附蒸发器,其冷藏室后壁温度可达零下

为了解决上述问题, 目前出现一种技术方案, 其在冰箱的冷藏室 后壁前加设一具有一定高度的防冻护栏, 以将冷藏室内的水果、蔬菜 与冷藏室后壁分开一定间距。但是由于上述防护栏呈栅栏状, 其对于 防止水果直接接触冷藏室而被冻具有一定的效果,但是对于绿叶蔬菜 来说,由于绿叶蔬菜的叶茎容易穿过栅栏而直接接触到冷藏室后壁而
被冻或粘附到冷藏室后壁, 因此并不能达到预期的防冻效果, 另外, 在冷藏室内加设防护栏不能减少冷藏室内的温差,冰箱门处的温度还 会高于冷藏室后壁处的温度。具体而言, 在冷藏室后壁贴附的蒸发器 运转时, 所产生的冷量直接而迅速地进入冷藏室, 使得冷藏室后壁周 围的温度快速下降, 而冷藏室远离后壁的部位处(例如冰箱门处)的 温度只能通过冷空气的缓慢扩散而缓慢下降,从而使冷藏室内的温度 不均匀, 在冷藏室内放置的水果、蔬菜较多阻碍冷空气扩散时尤其如 此。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有有效保存水果、蔬菜 的冷藏室的冰箱。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题在于提供一种冷藏室内温度相对 均匀的冰箱。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 本实用新型冰 箱包括冷藏室, 所述冷藏室包括上壁、 下壁、 两侧壁以及与上壁、 下 壁、两侧壁相连并同时围设成一收容室的后壁, 所述冷藏室内设置有 一与冷藏室后壁间隔一定距离的挡板, 上述距离的范围为 0-10mm。
优选的, 上述距离为 4-6mm。
优选的, 所述冷藏室的两侧壁上分别开设有槽, 所述挡板卡设在 上述槽内, 并且在挡板与槽的卡合处贴有密封条。
优选的, 所述冷藏室内固定有支架, 所述挡板设置在支架上。 优选的, 所述冷藏室的两侧壁上设置有螺钉导柱, 所述挡板通过
与上述螺钉导柱固定的螺钉固定在冷藏室内。
优选的, 所述挡板上设置有向冷藏室内扩散冷气的开孔。
优选的, 所述冷藏室内固定有协助冷藏室内温度均匀的风机, 所 述风机与冷藏室后壁分离。
优选的,所述挡板对应于设置风机的位置处向内凹设一个至少部 分地容纳风机的凹槽。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有如下优点: 本发明的冰箱在冷藏室 后壁一定距离位置处设置一块档板, 这样有助于防止蔬菜、水果等物 品直接与后壁接触而冻坏甚至粘到后壁。另外, 所述的挡板在冷藏室 后壁和冷藏室其余部分之间起到缓冲的作用。在冷藏室后壁贴附的蒸 发器运转时而使得冷藏室后壁周围的温度快速下降时,所述挡板使冷 藏室后壁处的冷量不能直接进入收容室,而是缓慢而均匀地通过挡板 传递到收容室内,从而经缓冲的冷量输入可以通过冷空气的缓慢扩散 而均匀到达收容室的各个部位,实现各部位处的温度缓慢而均匀地下 降, 从而收容室内的温度保持均匀。克服了冷藏室内温度不均勾的缺 陷。 另外, 由于挡板距离后壁的距离较小, 不会影响冰箱冷藏室的容 积。 附图说明

参照图 1所示, 本发明冰箱(未图示) 的冷藏室 1大致方形, 包 括上壁 11、 下壁 12、 两个侧壁 (未图示) 以及分别连接上壁 11、 下 壁 12及两个侧壁的后壁 15,上述各壁围设成具有一个开口(未标号) 的收容室 19。 所述收容室 19内设置有放置蔬菜、 水果等物品的搁物 架 16及搁物盒 17。 所述冰箱的冰箱后壁(未图示)与冷藏室后壁 15 之间设置有紧贴冷藏室后壁 15放置以制冷的蒸发器(未图示)。所述 后壁 15的下端设置有冷藏室出水口 151。
所述冷藏室 1的收容室 19具有一个接近后壁 15并与后壁 15间 隔一定距离的挡板 18, 所述挡板 18的高度等于或者小于后壁 15的 高度, 由于挡板 18与后壁 15之间存在一定距离, 因此, 蔬菜、 水果 等物品在向冷藏室 1的收容室 19内放置时,不会直接接触到后壁 15, 从而不会被冻住或者粘接到后壁 15上。 挡板 18与后壁 15之间的距 离可以选择在 0-10mm之间,由于挡板及冷气通道所占用的空间极小, 因此不会减少收容室 19的有效容积。 优选的, 所述距离为 4-6mm。
所述冷藏室 1的两个侧壁上各开设有一槽(未图示), 档板 18的 两侧分别卡设在上述的槽内以实现固定, 并且在挡板 18卡设在槽内 之后, 在接合处加上密封条 (未图示) 进行密封。
当然, 所述挡板 18也可以采用另一种方式固定在冷藏室 1内,
即在冷藏室 1的侧壁上设置螺钉导柱 (未图示), 通过螺钉将挡板 18 固定至螺钉导柱, 从而固定到冷藏室内。
所述挡板 18可以选择由一般 PS板,或者其他塑料板制成,并同 时保护挡板 18不会发生变形。所述冷藏室 1内的温度一般控制在 0-10 度之间并且是可调的, 通过设置挡板, 可以使冷藏室 1内的温度达到 更加均匀的程度, 从而避免冰箱门处的温度明显高于后壁 15处的温 度。
参照图 2所示, 在本发明的第二实施方式中, 所述挡板 18上可 以开设若干孔 183, 所述孔 183允许后壁 15处的冷气透过挡板 18进 入到冷藏室 1内, 从而保持冷藏室 1内的温度均匀。 当然, 所述档板 18设置为格栅形式同样可以达到上述的效果。
参照图 3所示, 在本发明的第三实施方式中, 所述挡板 18背面 可以设置一绝热层 182, 所述绝热层 182优选的比后壁 15的高度低, 在将后壁 15处的冷气进一步隔离的同时, 保证良好的冷却效果, 从 而保证挡板 18的温度不会过低也不会偏高, 从而即使蒸发器的制冷 效果非常明显, 后壁 15的温度很低, 冷藏室 1内的温度也不会有大 的变化或者降低。
参照图 4所示, 在本发明的第四实施方式中, 冷藏室 1 的后壁 15与冰箱后壁之间还可以设置风机 188,所述风机 188安装为凸出于 挡板 18的平面, 并通过对风机 188进行密封, 使风机 188与挡板 18 后的空间相通。 并且风机 188与后壁 15隔离开。 所述风机 188工作 时迫使后壁 15处的冷气经由风机 188通过挡板 18向冷藏室 1的收容 室 19内扩散, 从而有助于冷藏室 1内的温度均匀。 所述风机 188由

参照图 5-图 6所示, 在安装有风机 188的冷藏室 1内,所述挡板 18的上边缘亦可不低于风机 188的放置位置, 而是在挡板 18对应于 安装风扇 188的位置处凹设一凹槽 189, 所述风扇 188的叶片容纳在 凹槽 189内, 由于风扇 188放置于挡板 18的上部位置, 因此不会过 多地占用收容空间 16的有效容积。
参照图 7所示, 本发明第五实施方式中, 所述挡板 18可以通过 支架 181固定在收容室 19内。
可以理解的是, 上述为实现冷藏室温度均匀、 不会冻坏蔬菜、 水 果等物品的各技术方案均可以分别应用到不同的冷藏室 1, 也可以同 时应用到一个冰箱的冷藏室 1内。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领 域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以对本 发明进行若干改进和变化,这些改进和变化也落入本发明权利要求的 保护范围内。
