[29] As shown in FIGS. 1 through 13, the system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons includes: a basic information module 10 including a user information input module 11 to which information about the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and information about answers to questions are input, a Ying- Yang and five-element module 12 for respectively extracting eight and six five-elements from the information about the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and today's date information of the system and converting them, a five directional color conversion module 13 for converting the user's five-element information and today's date five- element information converted by the Ying- Yang and five-element module into colors, dividing the colors into supplementary colors and inherent colors and storing the supplementary colors and inherent colors, a color arrangement module 14 for storing color arrangement information corresponding to similar colors, identical color, complementary colors and contrast colors for respective users, stored in the user information input module, and an information-based color data generator 15 for generating color data from the color arrangement module; a system menu module 20 including a user color selection module 21 storing information about a color selected by a user from 10 colors including the colors of 8-color hue circle and 2 achromatic colors and providing the selected color to an individual system in the service form required by the individual system through a color arrangement module, an inherent supplementary color selection module 22 for extracting a supplementary color required for the user based on the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and providing the extracted supplementary color to the individual system through the color arrangement module, a today's recommendation color selection module 23 for comparing today's five directional color information with the supplementary color information to recommend a today's color to the user and providing the recommendation color to the individual system through the color arrangement module, and a biorhythm analysis color selection module 24 for comparing the today's recommendation color of the user with the user's biorhythm, matching a biorhythm value of a corresponding date with a color selected by the user through the user color selection module, extracting a color automatically recommended by the system through comparison of five directional color information and biorhythm and biorhythm analysis according to user's choice, and providing the extracted color to the individual system through the color arrangement module; a menu-based color data generator 30 for generating color data for each menu in the system menu module; a color data DB 40 storing data obtained from the colors extracted through the color arrangement module; an image data DB 41 previously classifying images into colors based on 8 colors and 2 achromatic colors used in questions about colors and storing the classified images; a color data and image data substitution module 50 for substituting color data and image data to provide data stored in the color data DB and image data DB to one of a web page, an operating system and a mobile; and a service module 60 including a web page service module 61, an operating system service module 62 and a mobile service module 63 and transmitting the substituted color data and image data to a user terminal 70.
[30] The functions of the aforementioned modules constituting the system will now be explained.
[31] The basic information module 10 includes the user information input module 11,
Ying-Yang and five-element module 12, five directional color conversion module 13, color arrangement module 14 and color data generator 15.
[32] Information about the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and information about the answers to questions about colors are input to the user information input module 11. As shown in FIG. 2, the year, month, day and hour of user's birth must be input as basic information to the user information input module 11. The user information input module 11 requests information for improving reliability of information through additional questions. In addition to the information input by the user, the system itself inputs and processes date information.
[33] The Ying-Yang and five-element module 12 respectively extracts 8 and 6 five- elements from the information about the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and today's date information of the system because 2 five-elements are respectively extracted from the year, month, day and hour of user's birth. The extracted five- element information should evenly have Five Elements. Furthermore, the numbers of individual elements of the Five Elements included in the extracted five-element information should be similar. Because a person is difficult to have 8 five-elements evenly, an insufficient element should be supplemented and an excessive element should be managed by other elements. This relationship of supplementing the insufficient element and managing the excessive element using other elements becomes supplementary Five Elements corresponding to supplementary colors. This is also applied to 6 date five-elements. FIG. 3 shows the aforementioned contents. The principle of supplementary Five Elements is explained through the relationship of mutual production and destruction. The principle of managing an excessive element and supplementing an insufficient element means the relationship among the Five Elements according to mutual production and destruction in the Five Elements.
[34] FIG. 4 shows the Five Elements and mutual production and destruction in the Five
Elements. This represents harmony of the Five Elements through cooperation and tension among the Five Elements. The system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons is based on the principle of harmony of the Five Elements through cooperation and tension of mutual production and destruction in the Five Elements. The contents obtained by the Ying-Yang and five-element module 12 are stored in a user's five-element information DB and date five-element information DB.
[35] The five directional color conversion module 13 converts the user's five-element information and today's date five-element information into colors, classifies the colors into supplementary colors and inherent colors and stores the supplementary colors and inherent colors. As shown in FIG. 2, the five directional color conversion module 13 converts the colors into five directional colors. The five directional color conversion module 13 extracts colors based on the fundamental property of the Five Elements as shown in FIG. 5. The principle of harmony of the Five Elements through cooperation and tension of mutual production and destruction in the Five Elements is applied to the five directional color conversion module 13. The five directional color conversion module 13 extracts user's five directional color data and today's five directional color data, shown in FIG. 2, from the supplementary colors and inherent colors.
[36] The process of obtaining the five directional colors and supplementary colors in the five directional color conversion module 13 will now be explained with reference to FIG. 6.
[37] When the year, month, day and hour of user's birth, input by a user, are effective, the four pillars is obtained from the year, month, day and hour of user's birth, and the four pillars is divided into Ying and Yang to generate Five Elements including Ying and Yang. The mutual production and destruction in the Five Elements and harmony of Ying and Yang are maintained to obtain the five directional colors from the Five Elements. The five directional colors pass through SERI(Sensibility Extraversion Reason Introversion) type definition, and inherent colors of the five directional colors are matched with a SERI type system to obtain a SERI type. The obtained SERI type is stored in a personal information DB. Here, the SERI type system determines a SERI personal color psychological analysis type. A person has all of sensibility, extraversion, reason and introversion. A specific disposition among these dispositions is shown as character to people according to social and hereditary environments. The character of a person is represented differently depending on situations.
[38] A SERI personal color Lab divides sensibility, extraversion, reason and introversion into reason and sensibility on the basis of extraversion and introversion. Specifically, the four dispositions are primarily divided into ER (extraversion and reason) and ES (extraversion and sensibility), IR (introversion and reason) and IS (introversion and sensibility), and secondarily divided into four using SERI personal color Lab color psychological classification on the assumption that people have all of sensibility, extraversion, reason and introversion. This classification has meaning similar to Lee je- ma's four constitutions. The primarily classified dispositions are main parts of a person's disposition and recognized by other people. The secondarily classified dispositions are other dispositions of the person, recognized by acquaintances, family and the person himself. Specifically, the ER-IS type has extraversion and reason as main dispositions and introversion and sensibility as sub dispositions and corresponds to rati onalists, leaders, thinking activists and conservatism. The IS-ER type has introversion and sensibility as main dispositions and extraversion and reason as sub dispositions and corresponds to entertainers, friendly relationship and activists. The ES-IR type has extraversion and sensibility as main dispositions and introversion and reason as sub dispositions and corresponds to artistic disposition, speculation, imagination and susceptibility. The IR-ES type has introversion and reason as main dispositions and extraversion and sensibility as sub dispositions and corresponds to strategists, pru- dentialists, utilitarians and reformers.
[39] Five directional colors to which mutual destruction is applied and 0 to 1 five directional colors are defined as supplementary colors in the five directional colors obtained from the Five Elements while maintaining balance of mutual production and destruction and harmony of Ying- Yang to obtain personal supplementary colors. The personal supplementary colors are stored in a SERI color arrangement DB. A SERI color arrangement chart is generated using data including the personal supplementary colors stored in the SERI color arrangement DB and stored in the personal information DB.
[40] The color arrangement module 14 stores color arrangement information cor- responding to similar colors, identical color, complementary colors and contrast colors for respective users stored in the user information input module.
[41] The color data generator 15 generates color data from the color arrangement module 14.
[42] The system menu module 20 includes the user color selection module 21, inherent supplementary color selection module 22, today's recommendation color selection module 23 and biorhythm analysis color selection module 24.
[43] The user color selection module 21 has information about user's selection of a color from 10 colors including the colors of 8-color hue circle and 2 achromatic colors and provides the color selected by the user in a service form required by an individual system through the color arrangement module shown in FIG. 8. The colors proposed by the module are 14 colors including the colors of 12-color hue circle and 2 achromatic colors and provide the colors as shown in FIGS. 7 and 10.
[44] The inherent supplementary color selection module 22 extracts a supplementary color required for the user based on the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and provides the extracted color to the individual system through the color arrangement module.
[45] The today's recommendation color selection module 23 compares today's five directional color information to the information about the supplementary color required for the user to provide a today's recommendation color to the user and provides the recommendation color to the individual system through the color arrangement module.
[46] The biorhythm analysis color selection module 24 compares the today's recommendation color of the user to the biorhythm of the user and, when the user selects a color through the user color selection module, matches a biorhythm value of a corresponding day with the selected color. In addition, the biorhythm analysis color selection module 24 compares the biorhythm to the five-element information and analyzes the biorhythm according to user's choice to extract a color automatically recommended by the system and provides the extracted color to the individual system through the color arrangement module.
[47] The color data generator 30 generates color data for each menu in the system menu module.
[48] The color data DB 40 stores data of similar colors, identical color, complementary colors and contrast colors, as shown in FIG. 9, extracted through the color arrangement module. The image data DB 41 previously classifies images according to their colors based on the 12 colors and 2 achromatic colors used in questions about colors and stores the classified images. The images are formed of a main color and a sub color, and the image data DB 41 classifies and stores the images based on their main colors. This operation is performed in order to provide image information together with color information to the user terminal 70 through the service module 60.
[49] The color data and image data substitution module 50 substitutes color data and image data to provide the data stored in the color data DB and image data DB to a web page, an operating system and a mobile.
[50] The service module 60 includes the web page service module 61, operating system service module 62 and mobile service module 63. The web page service module 61 can change a screen color, image skin, background color and letter color through color information. The web page service module 61 applies this to a web page selectively or integratively to construct optimized color interface suitable for an individual person and transmits the color interface to the user terminal 70. The process of obtaining color arrangement and image composition is shown in FIG. 11.
[51] The operating system service module 62 constructs interface suitable for a user using a letter color, background color and title bar when personal color data is applied, and transmits the interface to the user terminal. The process of obtaining color arrangement and image composition is shown in FIG. 12.
[52] The mobile service module 63 transmits all services applied to the web and operating system in the form of short message or multi-message of cellular phone. This process of obtaining color arrangement and image composition is shown in FIG. 13. The mobile is not limited to cellular phones but includes wireless portable terminals, which can construct an optimized system suitable for a user in the construction of color interface between devices and people and proposes the system. The mobile can include E-mail.
[53] Accordingly, the system constructs the relationship of the biorhythm, five directional colors and a color selected by a user by stages and proposes the constructed relationship. Thus, it is possible to change colors in response to sensibility of a user and find a color close to sensibility of the user.

Industrial Applicability
[55] As described above, the present invention can extract data of five directional colors and supplementary colors through harmonious principle modularization of a Yin- Yang and Five Elements based on oriental philosophy and science and construct an optimized personal color DB for providing optimum colors fit for individual persons through a color arrangement module on the basis of color arrangement of chromatics based on Western science to provide efficiency of color interface to the individual persons. Furthermore, the present invention can construct harmony of Five Elements and theoretical system of chromatics in a software manner to estimate information about colors of individual persons and analyze information about colors the individual persons experience, to thereby allow the individual persons to effectively obtain information or construct colors most suitable for the individual persons when the individual persons communicate with other persons when the system is applied to a personal color interface field. Furthermore, the present invention can construct colors most suitable for individual persons through an estimation function of the principle of Yin- Yang and Five Elements and preference colors of the individual persons obtained through their experiences and apply a color arrangement technique based on chromatics to color construction to generate various color arrangement charts. Moreover, the present invention grasp color characteristics inherent to individual persons in properties, dispositions and lives of the individual persons by using the color arrangement charts and a color database and provide psychological proposition to individual persons through colors using the constructed database. In addition, the present invention can apply the grasped color characteristics to SERI (Sensibility Ex- traversion Reason Introversion) type to use the color characteristics as data for personal psychological suggestion and personalization of living, apply the grasped color characteristics to environment design, interior, food, fashion, make-up and so on, and increase efficiency of information transmission through the color interface by applying the color characteristics to web pages, computer operating systems and mobile services, thereby being extended to a color CRM field according to data utilization of users.

It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.

Claims
[1] A system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons, comprising: a basic information module including a user information input module to which information about the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and information about answers to questions are input, a Ying-Yang and five-element module for respectively extracting eight and six Five-Elements from the information about the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and today's date information of the system and converting them, a five directional color conversion module for converting the user's Five-Element information and today's date Five Element information converted by the Ying-Yang and Five Element module into colors, dividing the colors into supplementary colors and inherent colors and storing the supplementary colors and inherent colors, a color arrangement module for storing color arrangement information corresponding to similar colors, identical color, complementary colors and contrast colors for respective users, stored in the user information input module, and an information-based color data generator for generating color data from the color arrangement module; a system menu module including a user color selection module storing information about a color selected by a user from 10 colors including the colors of 8 -color hue circle and 2 achromatic colors and providing the selected color to an individual system in the service form required by the individual system through a color arrangement module, an inherent supplementary color selection module for extracting a supplementary color required for the user based on the year, month, day and hour of user's birth and providing the extracted supplementary color to the individual system through the color arrangement module, a today's recommendation color selection module for comparing today's five directional color information with the supplementary color information to recommend a today's color to the user and providing the recommendation color to the individual system through the color arrangement module, and a biorhythm analysis color selection module for comparing the today's recommendation color of the user with the user's biorhythm, matching a biorhythm value of a corresponding date with a color selected by the user through the user color selection module, extracting a color automatically recommended by the system through comparison of five directional color information and biorhythm and biorhythm analysis according to user'suser'se, and providing the extracted color to the individual system through the color arrangement module; a menu-based color data generator for generating color data for each menu in the system menu module; a color data DB for storing data obtained from the colors extracted through the color arrangement module; an image data DB for previously classifying images into colors based on 8 colors and 2 achromatic colors used in questions about colors and storing the classified images; a color data and image data substitution module for substituting color data and image data to provide data stored in the color data DB and image data DB to one of a web page, an operating system and a mobile; and a service module for transmitting the substituted color data and image data to a user terminal.
[2] The system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons of claim 1, wherein, in the five directional color conversion module, the user inputs the year, month, day and hour of his birth, four pillars are obtained using a four-pillar program to which summer time and the latitude of Seoul are applied, the four pillars are divided into Ying and Yang to generate Five Elements including Ying and Yang, the principle of mutual production and destruction in the Five Elements and harmony of Ying and Yang are maintained to obtain five directional colors from the Five Elements, and five directional colors to which destruction is applied and 0 to 1 five directional color are defined as supplementary colors.
[3] The system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons of claim 1, wherein the service module includes a web page service module that can change screen color arrangement, image skin, background color and letter color through color information, applies contents and colors the user frequently uses to web layout selectively or integratively to construct optimized color interface suitable for the user and transmits the color interface to the user terminal.
[4] The system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons of claim 1, wherein the service module includes an operating system service module that constructs interface suitable for the user using a letter color, background color and title bar when personal color data is applied and transmits the interface to the user terminal.
[5] The system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons of claim 1, wherein the service module includes a mobile service module that transmits all services applied to the web and operating system in the form of short message or multi-message of cellular phone.
[6] The system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons of claim 1, wherein the data obtained through the five directional color conversion module and user color selection module is constructed as personal information on interior, fashion, food and make-up and provided to users. [7] The system for constructing colors inherent to individual persons of claim 1, wherein the data obtained through the system is used to classify disposition of a person through SERI disposition analysis.
