The present invention relates to an advertising signboard with a glass plate that is capable of easily exchanging a luminescent lamp used as a light source with new one and easily changing the advertising content into new one, thereby improving the convenience in use.

Description

Description A SIGNBOARD WITH A GLASS PLATE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an advertising signboard with a glass plate wherein an advertising content is displayed on the glass plate seen at the outside, thereby making the advertising content illuminated during night time, and more particularly, to an advertising signboard with a glass plate that is capable of easily exchanging a luminescent lamp used as a light source with new one and easily changing the advertising content into new one, thereby improving the convenience in use. Background Art
[2] A general type of advertisement that is displayed on a glass plate in exhibiting rooms or other places is conducted with a solar film in such a manner that color sheets are attached to the glass plate and then removed based upon an advertising content, thereby displaying the advertising content on the glass plate.
[3] However, such the type of advertisement has a defect in that the advertising effect is not obtained at all during night time, which results in the necessity of additional luminous advertising signboard for night time use, thereby causing economical loss in use. Thus, a type of advertisement that is employed for night use is embodied by using a neon sign. However, the neon sign has defects in that the removal and installation are not ease and the installation and maintenance costs are high. Also, the luminance is unnecessarily made inside a room, thereby resulting in bad indoor environment.
[4] To remove such the defects as mentioned above, thus, there is a general type of advertisement where several luminescent lamps are mounted into a square frame and an advertising board formed on the front face of the square frame is seen by the light emitted from the luminescent lamps. In this case, however, the luminescent lamps that are mounted into the square frame are fixed to the back plate of the square frame together with a stabilizer, such that the square frame should be disassembled at a time of exchanging the luminescent lamps, thereby causing the inconveniences in use.
[5] To improve such the problem the conventional advertising signboard has, there is disclosed Korean Patent Registration No. 392092 as filed by the same applicant as the present invention, wherein a luminescent lamp is mounted on a side plate of a frame, the frame being attached onto a glass plate, and it is easily exchanged by detachably mounting the back plate of the frame. Also, the luminescent lamp is used to make the advertising content displaying by means of solar film on the glass plate clearly seen to the outside. As a result, during day time the advertising content is displayed by the solar film on the glass plate, and to the contrary, during night time it is displayed by the luminescent lamp mounted into the frame on the glass plate.
[6] However, the advertising content is displayed by using the solar film, which makes it difficult to change the advertising content into new one if necessary, and especially, the side plate used for fixing the luminescent lamp is additionally disposed, which makes the assembling process of the frame more complicated. Moreover, the luminescent lamp is exchanged after the back plate is attached to and detached from the frame by fastening and unfastening screws, which makes it inconvenient to exchange the luminescent lamp with new one. [7] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an advertising signboard with a glass plate that is capable of changing an advertising sheet into new one, without having no additional painting with solar film on the glass plate, exchanging a luminescent lamp if necessary, and displaying an advertising content even on a back plate of a body frame, such that the advertising signboard has a function as a frame, while the advertising Technical Solution
[8] To accomplish the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided an advertising signboard with a glass plate including: a body frame mounted inside a room with respect to the glass plate, the body frame having a back plate detachably mounted thereon such that a luminescent lamp is exchanged after the back plate is attached to and detached from the body frame; and an advertising sheet frame mounted outside the room with respect to the glass plate, the advertising sheet frame having an advertising sheet detachably mounted thereon such that the advertising sheet is changed into new one outside the room.
Advantageous Effects
[9] According to the present invention, an advertising signboard with a glass plate has an advertising sheet displayed inside a room by the light of a luminescent lamp and easily changed outside the room, thereby enabling the available range to be extended from the outside of the room to the inside of the room.

[18] Now, an explanation on preferred embodiments of the present invention will be in detail given with reference to attached drawings.
[19] As shown in FIG. 1, an advertising signboard with a glass plate according to the present invention includes: a body frame 10 fixedly attached to the inside of the glass plate 100, the body frame 10 having a luminescent lamp embedded therein; and an advertising sheet frame 20 fixedly attached to the outside of the glass plate 100, the advertising sheet frame 20 having an advertising sheet 21 detachably mounted thereon. In this case, the body frame 10 has a back plate 11 detachably mounted by means of sliding from one side thereof or by means of a folding wing 12 mounted thereat.
[20] At this time, the back plate 11 is printed with information including a variety of menus, pictures, price lists, or the like, which makes the indoor atmosphere more attractive, and further, the back plate 11 is opaque or transparent, such that the printed content can be seen.
[21] The advertising sheet frame 20 includes, as shown in FIGS.3 and 6, a fixed frame
20a fixedly attached to the glass plate 100 by means of bonding and a cover frame 20b detachably mounted to the fixed frame 20a by means of one touch. Furthermore, the advertising sheet frame 20 is provided with a folding wind 22 mounted at the fixed frame 20a, as shown in FIGS.1,2 and 4, such that the advertising sheet can be easily changed.
[22] The folding wing 12 of the body frame 10 and the folding wing 22 of the advertising sheet frame 20 work only by the folding processes, which prevents the advertising signboard from being damaged by an arbitrary manipulation of a third person.
[23] The advertising sheet 21 is, as shown in FIG.5, detachably mounted by means of one touch to the advertising sheet frame 20 through an insertion groove 23 formed on the advertising sheet frame 20.
[24] Also, the body frame 10 has an attaching face 13 attached at the glass plate 100 by means of dual adhesive tape, the attaching face 13 having the middle portion opened, and the opened portion 13a functions as a fixing means for fixing the member mounted at the inside thereof upon the assembling the body frame 10. The attaching face 13 has an inclined bar 14 oriented inwardly from one side thereof, for mounting a reflection plate 16 thereon. The reflection plate 16 serves to prevent a stabilizer 200 fixed into a stabilizer slot 15 from being exposed to the outside, and additionally, the reflection plate 16 forms a bent face by the fitting at the inclination angle made at the inside of the inclined bar 14, thereby enabling the reflection effect to be excellent. [25] Further, the body frame 10 has the folding wing 12 formed at the other side corresponding to the attaching face 13, a hinge protrusion 17 inserted into a hinge groove 12a of the folding wing 12, a compartment 18 formed at the downward side to the hinge protrusion 17 for housing an elastic means 300 adapted to supply an elastic force to the folding wing 12 therein, a contacting face 19 formed at the lower end of the compartment 18 for having the close contact with the back plate 11, and a locking protrusion 19a formed at the inside of the contacting face 19 for inserting a fixing member 400 adapted to make the structure of the body frame 10 thereinto.
[26] At this time, the mounting structure of the back plate 11 has the same as the advertising sheet frame 20, which satisfies various demands of users. And, the assembling of the body frame 20 is not limited in a frame shape using the fixing member 400, but may have a variety of assembling shapes.
[27] Therefore, the advertising sheet 21 is detachably mounted on the front surface of the advertising sheet frame 20, which enables the advertising content to be easily changed, and the back plate 11 of the body frame 10 is detachably mounted on the body frame 10, which enables a luminescent lamp to be easily exchanged with new one. [28] According to the present invention, an advertising signboard with a glass plate has an advertising sheet displayed inside a room by the light of a luminescent lamp and easily changed outside the room, thereby enabling the available range to be extended from the outside of the room to the inside of the room.

Claims
[1] An advertising signboard with a glass plate (100) comprising: a body frame (10) mounted inside a room with respect to the glass plate (100), the body frame (10) having a back plate (11) detachably mounted thereon such that a luminescent lamp is exchanged after the back plate (11) is attached to and detached from the body frame (10); and an advertising sheet frame (20) mounted outside the room with respect to the glass plate (100), the advertising sheet frame (20) having an advertising sheet (21) detachably mounted thereon such that the advertising sheet (21) is changed into new one outside the room.
[2] The advertising signboard with a glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the back plate (11) is detachably mounted by means of a folding wing (12) elastically supported by means of an elastic means.
[3] The advertising signboard with a glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the advertising sheet (21) is detachably mounted by means of a folding wing (22) elastically supported by means of an elastic means.
[4] The advertising signboard with a glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the body frame (10) comprises: an attaching face (13) attached at the glass plate (100), the attaching face (13) having an opened portion (13a) formed in the middle portion thereof; an inclined bar (14) oriented inwardly from one side of the attaching face (13), a reflection plate (16) mounted on the inclined bar (14) for preventing a stabilizer (200) fixed into a stabilizer slot (15) from being exposed to the outside; a hinge protrusion (17) at the other side of the attaching face (13) for being inserted into a hinge groove (12a) of the folding wing (12); a compartment (18) formed at the downward side to the hinge protrusion (17), for housing an elastic means (300) adapted to supply an elastic force to the folding wing (12) therein; a contacting face (19) formed at the lower end of the compartment (18) for having the close contact with the back plate (11); and a locking protrusion (19a) formed at the inside of the contacting face (19) for inserting a fixing member (400) adapted to make the structure of the body frame (10) thereinto.
[5] An advertising signboard with a glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the advertising sheet frame (20) comprises a fixed frame (20a) and a cover frame (20b), the cover frame (20b) being detachably mounted by means of one touch.
[6] An advertising signboard with a glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the advertising sheet frame (20) has an insertion groove (23) formed for inserting the advertising sheet (21) thereinto. [7] An advertising signboard with a glass plate according to claim 1, wherein the back plate (21) is displayed with pictures and formed of an opaque material, such that the pictures are seen inside the room.
