Technical Field
This invention is a great turning in medicine field.
It is used in deducting the expenses of the peritoneal dialysis and also protecting the patient from infection.
This is a modification in the peritoneal dialysis in which it is consists of 2 pieces one piece is working as an extension fixed to the peritoneal catheter and the oilier part contains a three way in which the catheter connected to the input of the dialysis fluid and to a drain then the extension get out in a closed manner in which no contamination to the inlet of the catheter and no peritonitis.

This device /production is domestic and there no any other side produced any similar domestic production.
Disclosure of the Invention
This invention is the only one in the Arab republic of Egypt and all the replacements are imported and those replacements are very complicated when use and have one or two steps of peritoneal dialysis that often cause the infection to the patient who uses them.
It solves the problem of the high costly expenses of the peritoneal dialysis as it costs around 1300 pound per month in comparison with the foreign products, which cost for the peritoneal dialysis 5000 pounds per month.
And also it solves the problem of contamination as it reduces the possibility touching the top of the catheter by the patient directly. The operation of dealing with this invention is so easy.
The invention contains two main pieces :
The first one :
It contains the main part and it's length 6.5 cm and it's width 5cm and it's thickness is 1.7cm and the main part has five holes ... three of them on the sides as following: Two holes on the two sides of the main part each one on them is square shape it's length is 8mm and it's depth is 8mm and there is a cover on a cube shape stuck to one of them and there is a twisted hole in this cover to cover the stabilizer part of the catheter which leads to the main piece of the catheter and it has the same dimensions of the main part and the two holes are from inside.
The third hole is a space for the stabilizer part of the catheter, which is in the belly of the patient to be set in, and it is between the first hole and the third hole.
The forth hole is from the top and it is circular it's width is 4mm and there is a space around it it's width 8mm and it is used as a place for the device of transferring the liquid which is stuck to the bag of the peritoneal dialysis during the operation.
The fifth hole exists as an extension for the third hole it's shape is spiral and it's length is 1.7 cm above the main part and it's width from inside is 3mm and this hole is an extension for fasting the flexible connector ends in the out come liquid collection bag from the belly of the patient.
-The Main part :
Has on the other side for the forth hole two holes allows the patient to hold the invention easily and to light the weight between those two holes there is the principle part which leads and connects between the third and the forth and the fifth holes.
The part of the bottom
Connected with the invention to protect the first and second and third holes to prevent the direct touching from the patient and it is movable part and it's description as following: length 5cm - width 1.5cm - thickness 3mm and there is a space in it has two circular holes exist on the sides the width of them lcm and they are connected to each other.
The second piece :
Connector empty from inside it's length is 6cm the first edge to be stable inside the patient's catheter and the second edge for the cube shape cover and to be stuck to the third hole of the main part of the invention during the peritoneal dialysis operation. Claims

Claims
1- The previous devices were much more complicated and need a very long time of training from the patient to get used to it.
2- There is one or two steps in the peritoneal dialysis system may cause infection and a cute peritonitis to the patient.
3- This invention has a great advantage that the invention is so simple to use. It is so far from complicated steps which makes the patients much more satisfied when using this invention.
4- There is no possibility for the infection or a cute peritonitis of the piece prevent the patients from touching the inner sides of the device even by accident which makes us so sure the infection or a cute peritonitis possibility is not going to happen for good.
5- This invention has another great advantage which is the economical feasibility and that is because the very low cost of this device and therefore the very cheap cost for the patient and that is in comparison with the other devices in the same field
