Abstract

An inline skate having the function of boots and a bag is disclosed. The inline skate comprises a boot-shaped ankle protection; a round and thin ankle support shaft which is provided at both sides of the ankle support member vertically with respect to the ground surface so as to support the ankle; and adhering means which are attached to the back surface of the ankle protection member at regular intervals in a shape of strap so as to stably fix the ankle protection member to the feet, wherein the ankle protection member is rotated 90° and is erected vertically, and the foothold is arranged horizontally with respect to the ground surface for thereby forming an inline skate, and the foothold is upwardly rotated 90° and is folded inside the ankle protection member for thereby forming a portable bag.

Description INLINE SKATE HAVING BOOTHS AND BAG TOGETHER
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an inline skate having functions of boots and bag and an easier carrying structure, and in particular to an inline skate which has the functions of boots and bag and can be folded after the use of the same and can be changed to a portable bag. Background Art
[2] In the conventional art, while carrying an inline skate in a separate bag, if necessary a user takes out the inline skate and uses the same. In this case, a certain bag is additionally needed resulting in a high cost. In addition, many inconveniences could occur. Recently, various kinds of inline skates are developed and used. In particular, an inline skate with enhanced safeties has been intensively researched. However, it is impossible to meet a new inline skate which is equipped with an improved carrying problem.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[3] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the problems encountered in the conventional art.
[4] It is another object of the present invention to provide an inline skate which has the functions of boots and a bag.
[5] It is further another object of the present invention to provide an inline skate which has an easier use and economical feature. Technical Solution
[6] To achieve the above objects, in an inline skate which includes wheels attached at front and rear sides, a wheel frame which supports the wheels, a foothold on which feet are placed, and a foot top cover which is engaged at the upper side of the foothold and covers a foot top so as to support ankle, there is provided an inline skate having the function of boots and a bag which comprises a boot-shaped ankle protection member which is attached to the foot hold and supports a foot and is rotatable; a round and thin ankle support shaft which is provided at both sides of the ankle support member vertically with respect to the ground surface so as to support the ankle; and adhering member which are attached to the back surface of the ankle protection member at regular intervals in a shape of strap so as to stably fix the ankle protection member to the feet, wherein the ankle protection member is rotated 90° and is erected vertically, and the foothold is arranged horizontally with respect to the ground surface for thereby forming an inline skate, and the foothold is upwardly rotated 90° and is folded inside the ankle protection member for thereby forming a portable bag.
[7] The adhering members are magic tapes adapted so as to fix feet to the ankle protection member by attaching the magic tapes (female) to the back surface of the ankle protection member in a strap shape at regular intervals, and the magic tapes (male) are attached to the back surface of the magic tapes (female).
[8] The inline skate according to the present invention is stored in the portable bag formed as two ankle protection members (so called boots) are engaged by the engaging member.
[9] To achieve the above objects, there is provided an inline skate which comprises a plurality of wheels arranged at front and rear sides; a wheel frame which supports the wheels; a foothold which is installed at the upper side of the wheel frame with the feet being placed on the foothold; a foot top cover which is engaged at a front side of the foothold and covers the foot top so as to fix the foot top; and an ankle frame which is engaged at a rear side of the foothold and covers the ankle so as to fix the ankle.
[10] The wheel frame includes a rectangular base frame having a certain area; a plurality of fixing hinges which are installed at one side of the base frame at regular intervals; a hinge receiving groove which is formed between the neighboring fixing hinges; a plurality of female hinges which are installed at the rear upper side of the base frame at regular intervals; and a brake receiving groove which is formed between the neighboring female hinges.
[11] The foothold includes a foothold frame which has a certain area; a support hinge which is installed at one side of the foothold frame and is received in the hinge receiving groove of the wheel frame and rotates between the neighboring fixing hinges; an outer wall which is formed at left and right sides of the foothold frame with a certain height in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of band receiving grooves which are formed at the outer wall at regular intervals; a plurality of foot size grooves which are formed at the front side of the foothold frame at regular intervals; and a female hinge groove which is formed at a rear side of the foothold frame with a certain area, with a plurality of the female hinges being inserted into the female hinge grooves.
[12] The foot top cover includes a foot top plate which has a certain area sufficient to cover the foot top and is installed at the front side of the foothold frame rotatably by the hinge; a plurality of band fixing grooves which are formed at the rear left and right sides of the foot top plate at regular intervals, with the bands being fixed at the band fixing grooves; a guide groove which is formed at a front side of the foot top plate in a longitudinal direction; and a foot size adjusting member which is installed at the guide groove and is guided in the longitudinal direction of the foot top plate.
[13] The foot size adjusting member includes a plurality of shafts which are inserted into a plurality of foot size grooves of the foothold; a vertical frame which is formed at an upper side so as to connect the upper sides of the shafts; a compression spring which is installed at an outer surface of the vertical frame; and a handle which is installed at an upper side of the vertical frame and supports the upper side of the compression spring and is inserted into the guide groove of the foot top plate and is guided therein.
[14] The foot size adjusting member is a U-shaped foot size adjusting member which is inserted into the foot size groove of the foothold from the lower side to the upper side.
[15] The ankle frame includes a vertical frame which is formed with a certain length; an ankle fixing band which is installed at both sides of the ankle support member and supports the ankle; a male hinge which is formed at both lower sides of the vertical frame and is rotatably received in the female hinge of the wheel frame; and a brake which is formed at a lower end of the vertical frame and contacts with the wheels, with the vertical frame being rotated backward with respect the male hinge received in the female hinge.
Advantageous Effects
[16] The present invention has advantages that the inline skate can be used as a portable bag or boots. In addition, it can be folded after use for thereby changing to a bag which will be carried easily. [17] In particular, the present invention has advantages that the total volume of the inline skate decreases to 1/5 when it is changed to a portable bag, with the total weight being less than an ordinary inline skate. [18] The inline skate according to the present invention can be used in a state that a user wears boots. [19] The inline skate according to the present invention can be deformed based on the size of sports shoes or ordinary shoes by providing a foot size adjusting member ins tailed at a foothold. [20]

[37] As shown in Figure 1, an inline skate is provided in the interior of an inline skate portable bag 1. The outer configuration includes an ankle protection member 2, an adhering member 4 attached to a side of the ankle protection member 2, an engaging member 3 which allows the inline skate portable bag 1 to be folded, and a portable handle 6 which is attached to an upper end so that the user holds the inline skate portable bag 1. Here, the ankle protection member 2 is preferably formed of cloths or leather or synthetic resin. The adhering member 2 may be formed of magic tape or Velcro tape and may be further provided with a fixing ring. The engaging member 3 is preferably formed of a zipper (fastener) or fixing magic tape or buckle or belt. Figure 1 is a view illustrating a stat that there is provided an inline skate portable bag 1 with an inline skate therein.
[38] Figure 2 is a view when viewing the present invention from a rear side in a state that the present invention is exploded.
[39] The inline skate portable bag 1 is obtained as two ankle protection members 2 are engaged by an engaging member 3.
[40] Figure 3 is a view illustrating a state that the present invention is exploded. Two inline skates 10 are attached to each ankle protection member 2 at the inner side of the inline skate portable bag 1. The inline skate 10 includes wheels 14 attached at the upper and lower sides, a wheel frame 12 which supports the wheels 14, a foothold 11 on which the user's feet are placed, and an ankle support shaft 13 which supports the ankles. The inline skate 10 is stored in the interior of the inline skate bag 1 as shown in Figure 3.
[41] As shown in Figure 4, the ankle protection member 2 corresponding to boots is rotated at an angle of 90° and is erected vertically, and the foothold 11 is arranged to be horizontal with the ground surface, so that the inline skate 10 is finished. Namely, the inline skate 10 is provided with two wheels 14 attached at the front and rear sides, a wheel frame 12 which supports the wheels 14, a foothold 12 on which feet are supported, a foot top cover 15 which covers the foot top so as to fix the ankle, with the foothold being installed on the foothold 11, and an ankle support shaft 13 which is provided at both sides of the ankle protection member 2 in a vertical direction with respect to the ground, with the ankle support shaft 13 being formed in a round and thin shape using a metal material for thereby supporting the ankles.
[42] As shown in Figure 5, the ankle protection member 2 is erected in a vertical direction by rotating it 90° and is inserted into the inner side of the ankle protection member 2, so that the inline skate portable bag 1 is fabricated. The foothold 11 is rotated 90° and is inwardly folded and arranged at the inner side of the ankle protection member 2, so that the inline skate portable bag 1 is fabricated.
[43] Here, when engaging the ankle protection member 2 and the foothold 1, the lower side of the ankle protection member 2 and the rear side of the foothold 11 are engaged using a certain engaging member. Here, the engaging member may be an adhesive having strong adhering force. The lower side of the ankle protection member 2 is fixed at the foothold 11 using rivet 18, pin, bolt and nail.
[44] As shown in Figure 6, the foothold 11 is rotated 90° from the ankle protection member 2 to the lower side and becomes parallel with respect to the ground, so that the inline skate 10 is finished. The user inserts feet into the foot top cover 15 provided on the foothold 11 and fixes using the adhering members 4 and 5 against the ankle protection member 2. In addition, the user can use the inline skate in a state that the user wears sports shoes or ordinary shoes.
[45] Here, the ankle support shaft 13 is designed to rotate 360°. When the user wears the inline skate 10, the ankle protection member 2 is strongly pressed and fixed. When the user takes off the inline skate 10, the ankle support shaft 13 is separated from the ankle protection member 2 is rotated downwardly, so that it is possible to easily take off the inline skate 10. Here, the ankle support shaft 13 is freely rotatable with respect to the support member 16 fixed at the foothold. Fixing members 7 and 8 are fixed at the upper end of the ankle support shaft 13 and allow the feet to be stably supported by the ankle protection member 2 in a state that the user wears the inline skate 10.
[46] As shown in Figure 7, the ankle support shaft 13 is installed at the rear side of the foothold 11 and is rotatable about the hinge 11'. The ankle support shaft 13 is integral with the ankle protection member 2 and is rotatable 90° at the rear side of the foothold 11. In a state that the ankle support shaft 13 and the ankle protection member 2 are integral, the user can fast fold or unfold the inline skate with one time operation that the ankle protection member 2 is unfolded or folded.
[47] The inline skate according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[49] As shown in Figure 8, there is provided a wheel frame 20 in which a plurality of wheels 14 are installed at regular intervals. A foothold 30 is provided at the upper side of the wheel frame 20, so that user's feet can be placed on the foothold 30. A foot top cover 40 is provided at the front side of each foothold 30 so as to cover the user's feet tops. An ankle frame 50 is provided at a rear side of the foothold 30 so as to cover the ankle.
[50] As shown in Figure 9, the wheel frame 20 includes a base frame 21 having a certain area and a rectangular shape. A plurality of hinges 23 are provided at one side of the base frame 21 at regular intervals. A hinge receiving groove 22 is formed between the neighboring fixing hinges 23. A plurality of female hinges 23 are provided at the rear upper side of the base frame 21 at regular intervals. A brake receiving groove 27 is provided between the neighboring female hinges 23.
[51] The foothold 30 has a foothold frame 31 having a certain area at the upper side of the base frame 21 of the wheel frame 20. A support hinge 33 rotating between the neighboring fixing hinges 23 is provided at one side of the foothold frame 31, with the support hinge 33 being received in the hinge receiving groove 22 of the wheel frame 20. An outer wall 33 having a certain height and extended in a longitudinal direction is formed at the left and right sides of the foothold frame 31. A plurality of band receiving grooves 35 are formed at the outer wall 32 at regular intervals. A plurality of foot size grooves 37 are formed at the front side of the foothold frame 31 at regular intervals. A female hinge groove 39 having a certain area is formed at the rear side of the foothold frame 31, with the female hinges 23 being inserted into the female hinge groove 39. Here, the female hinges 23 and the support hinges 33 are engaged using the rotation pins 29.
[52] The foot top cover 40 includes a foot top plate 41 being rotatable by the hinge 49 at the front side of the foothold frame 31, with the foot top plate 41 having a certain area sufficiently to cover the foot top. A plurality of band fixing grooves 43 are formed at the rear left and right sides of the foot top plate 41 in the longitudinal direction at regular intervals. A guide groove 45 is formed at the front side of the foot top plate 41 in the longitudinal direction. A foot size adjusting member 47 is installed at the guide groove 45 and is guided in the longitudinal direction of the foot top plate 41.
[53] Here, one end of the band 60 is fixed at the band receiving groove 35, and a magic tape is installed at the other end of the band 60. The foot top is tightened by the magic tape after the other end of the band 60 is inserted into the band fixing groove 43.
[54] A vertical frame 44 is provided at the upper side of the foot size adjusting member
47 so as to connect the upper sides of the shafts 42 inserted into the foot size grooves 37. A compression spring 46 is installed at an outer side of the vertical frame 44. A handle 48 is installed at the upper side of the vertical frame 44 so as to support the upper side of the compression spring 46, with the handle 48 being inserted into the guide groove 45 of the foot top plate 41 and being guided.
[55] As shown in Figure 10, there is shown another example of the foot size adjusting member. Here, the foot size adjusting member 26 is formed in a U-shape and is inserted from the lower side to the upper side of the foot size groove 37 of the foothold 30.
[56] Here, the lower surface of the foot size adjusting member 26 is supported by the support groove 24 formed at the front upper surface of the base frame 21 positioned at the lower side of the foothold 30. With the above construction, the user can adjust the foot size adjusting member 26 based on his foot size. The U-shaped foot size adjusting member 26 is connected at one side of the foothold 30 through a strap, so that the user can carry it while holding the strap.
[57] A vertical frame 51 having a certain length is provided at the ankle frame 50. An ankle support member 53 is provided at the upper side of the vertical frame 51 for thereby protecting the ankle. An ankle fixing band 55 is provided at both sides of the ankle support member 53 so as to support the ankle. A male hinge 57 received and rotated in the female hinge 23 of the wheel frame 20 is formed at both lower sides of the vertical frame 51. A brake 59 is provided at the lower end of the vertical frame 51, the vertical frame 51 being rotated backward with respect to the male hinge 57 received in the female hinge 23, and the brake 59 contacting with the wheels 14.
[58] The operation according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[59] As shown in Figure 9, the engaging groove 52 is formed at the vertical frame 51, and the ankle protection member 2 is fixed at the engaging groove 52 by the rivet 18.
[60] Here, the female hinge 23 of the wheel frame 20 and the support hinge 33 of the foothold 30 are engaged with the rotation pins 29. When the wheel frame 20 and the foothold 30 are engaged, the foot top cover 40 is covered so that the user foot tops are covered, and the bands 60 are tightened for thereby fastening the user's foot tops. Thus, the ankles are stably supported using the ankle fixing band 55 of the ankle frame 50.
[61] As shown in Figure 12, the ankle frame 50 is engaged with the female hinge 23 of the wheel frame 20. Here, since the shape of the male hinge 57 is rectangular, it is received in the female hinge 23 is horizontal state. When the vertical frame 51 received in the female hinge 23 is erected in vertical direction, since the rectangular vertical frame 51 is also erected, it is not escaped from the female hinge 23 and is stable fixed.
[62] As the vertical frame 51 is installed in the above manner, the user can enjoy the inline skate while wearing the shoes.
[63] As shown in Figure 13, when the foothold 30 is rotated 270° from the wheel frame
20, its shape becomes a L-shape.
[64] As shown in Figure 14, the foothold 30 of Figure 13 is arranged opposite to a pair of skates which are rotated 270°. The ankle protection members 2 are made opposite to each other, so that a certain bag is formed using the engaging member 3. Industrial Applicability
[65] The present invention has advantages that the inline skate can be used as a portable bag or boots. In addition, it can be folded after use for thereby changing to a bag which will be carried easily.
[66] In particular, the present invention has advantages that the total volume of the inline skate decreases to 1/5 when it is changed to a portable bag, with the total weight being less than an ordinary inline skate.
[67] The inline skate according to the present invention can be used in a state that a user wears boots.
[68] As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.

Claims

Claims
[1] In an inline skate which includes wheels attached at front and rear sides, a wheel frame 12 which supports the wheels, a foothold on which feet are placed, and a foot top cover which is engaged at the upper side of the foothold and covers a foot top so as to support ankle, an inline skate having the function of boots and a bag, comprising: a boot- shaped ankle protection member 2 which is attached to the foot hold and supports a foot and is rotatable; a round and thin ankle support shaft 13 which is provided at both sides of the ankle support member 2 vertically with respect to the ground surface so as to support the ankle; and adhering means 4 and 5 which are attached to the back surface of the ankle protection member 2 at regular intervals in a shape of strap so as to stably fix the ankle protection member 2 to the feet, wherein the ankle protection member is rotated 90° and is erected vertically, and the foothold 11 is arranged horizontally with respect to the ground surface for thereby forming an inline skate 10, and the foothold 11 is upwardly rotated 90° and is folded inside the ankle protection member 2 for thereby forming a portable bag 1.
[2] The inline skate of claim 1, wherein said adhering means 4 and 5 are magic tapes adapted so as to fix feet to the ankle protection member 2 by attaching the magic tapes (female) to the back surface of the ankle protection member 2 in a strap shape at regular intervals, and the magic tapes (male) are attached to the back surface of the magic tapes (female).
[3] The inline skate of claim 1, wherein said portable bag 1 is made so that two ankle protection members 2 are integrated using an engaging means 3.
[4] The inline skate of claim 1, further comprising fixing means 7 and 8 which are attached to the upper side of the ankle support shaft 13 so as to stably fix the feet to the ankle protection members 2 in a state that the inline skate 10 is worn.
[5] The inline skate of claim 1, wherein said ankle support shaft 13 is rotatably installed at the rear side of the foothold 11 using one shaft based on the hinge 11 and is rotated together with the ankle protection member 2 integrally.
[6] An inline skate, comprising: a plurality of wheels 13 arranged at front and rear sides; a wheel frame 20 which supports the wheels 14; a foothold 30 which is installed at the upper side of the wheel frame 20 with the feet being placed on the foothold 30; a foot top cover 40 which is engaged at a front side of the foothold 30 and covers the foot top so as to fix the foot top; and an ankle frame 50 which is engaged at a rear side of the foothold 30 and covers the ankle so as to fix the ankle. [7] The inline skate of claim 6, wherein said wheel frame 20 includes: a rectangular base frame 21 having a certain area; a plurality of fixing hinges 23 which are installed at one side of the base frame
21 at regular intervals; a hinge receiving groove 22 which is formed between the neighboring fixing hinges 23; a plurality of female hinges 23 which are installed at the rear upper side of the base frame 21 at regular intervals; and a brake receiving groove 27 which is formed between the neighboring female hinges 23. [8] The inline skate of either claim 6 or claim 7, wherein said foothold 30 includes: a foothold frame 31 which has a certain area; a support hinge 33 which is installed at one side of the foothold frame 31 and is received in the hinge receiving groove 22 of the wheel frame 20 and rotates between the neighboring fixing hinges 23; an outer wall 32 which is formed at left and right sides of the foothold frame 31 with a certain height in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of band receiving grooves 35 which are formed at the outer wall 32 at regular intervals; a plurality of foot size grooves 37 which are formed at the front side of the foothold frame 31 at regular intervals; and a female hinge groove 39 which is formed at a rear side of the foothold frame 31 with a certain area, with a plurality of the female hinges 23 being inserted into the female hinge grooves 39. [9] The inline skate of either claim 6 or claim 8, wherein said foot top cover 40 includes: a foot top plate 41 which has a certain area sufficient to cover the foot top and is installed at the front side of the foothold frame 31 rotatably by the hinge 49; a plurality of band fixing grooves 43 which are formed at the rear left and right sides of the foot top plate 41 at regular intervals, with the bands 60 being fixed at the band fixing grooves 43; a guide groove 45 which is formed at a front side of the foot top plate 41 in a longitudinal direction; and a foot size adjusting member 47 which is installed at the guide groove 45 and is guided in the longitudinal direction of the foot top plate 41. [10] The inline skate of either claim 8 or claim 9, wherein said foot size adjusting member 47 includes: a plurality of shafts 42 which are inserted into a plurality of foot size grooves 37 of the foothold 30; a vertical frame 44 which is formed at an upper side so as to connect the upper sides of the shafts 22; a compression spring 46 which is installed at an outer surface of the vertical frame 44; and a handle 48 which is installed at an upper side of the vertical frame 44 and supports the upper side of the compression spring 46 and is inserted into the guide groove 45 of the foot top plate 41 and is guided therein. [11] The inline skate of either claim 8 or claim 9, wherein said foot size adjusting member is a U-shaped foot size adjusting member 26 which is inserted into the foot size groove 37 of the foothold 30 from the lower side to the upper side. [12] The inline skate of either claim 6 or claim 7, wherein said ankle frame 50 includes: a vertical frame 52 which is formed with a certain length; an ankle fixing band 55 which is installed at both sides of the ankle support member 53 and supports the ankle; a male hinge 57 which is formed at both lower sides of the vertical frame 51 and is rotatably received in the female hinge 23 of the wheel frame 20; and a brake 59 which is formed at a lower end of the vertical frame 51 and contacts with the wheels 14, with the vertical frame 51 being rotated backward with respect the male hinge 57 received in the female hinge 23.
