Description

THE ELECTRONIC TOOTHBRUSH
The object of invention in this case is the electronic toothbrush and the manner of real measurement time of tooth washing, definition and signaling of expected time of usefulness the fibers cleaning.
They are known the brushes for teeth with the employment of electric drive (small engine), for example "The electric toothbrush with the interchangeable heading section", which is known from description of invention entered in PCT (number 358301). Also it is known the solution from USA patent number 5930858 from 1999 - ,,The toothbrush and the Manner of signaling of length washing time". In this last invention the end of time of optimal washing is signaled through the change in mode of toothbrush work, which is sensible by user. In known solutions of brushes for teeth capability exists the measurement of washing time of tooth from inclusion of toothbrush for exclusion, without taking into consideration break, which follow at change of direction of washing or shuffle for other hand and it similar. This has big meaning during washing of tooth by children. Never it isn't known, really, how many of time child has assigned on the tooth washing but what of these times has assigned on fun or, for example to intending. Also is very difficult to describe a while, which it's necessary to mention cleaning part of the toothbrush, which is consume during the tooth cleaning. Expendable known the brushes for teeth on the market It is signaled by, for example, discolors fibers. They are known the brushes for teeth with the movable joint, which enables end's deflection during push for surface of tooth, to control power of this push.
The Electronic toothbrush in invention in the individual toothbrush model has the handle with the electronic match, which is ended joint with the nest and the interchangeable end simultaneously with the embedding profile and the fibers cleaning. In external part of the handle they are visible the joint and the display. The handle has also the opened flap, which enables exchange battery / accumulator or the socket for accumulator's loading.
The electronic match in this invention it consists with: joint, display, printed shallow, sound indicator, source of supplying, the memory block with the joints and match steering with the clock function with the joints.
The electronic family toothbrush model has an electronic match, just like in the individual model. But only the memory block from the handle's toothbrush is transmitted for interchangeable end. Then on same base elements remaining of the electronic match, just like in the individual model it's possible to use many cooperating ends with the handle, with keep all toothbrush functions. Also, without fears it is possible memory deleting during exchanging of those ends.
After embedding of end's profile nest in handle's nest it follows to occlusion of memory joints and the memory block is preparing to for recording counted by clock active times end's fibers cleaning. After joint's occlusion match emits a sound indicator, on the display appears indicators of: current level of expenditure of fibers cleaning, source of supplying and figure "0" in place of displaying active time. This is the signal of readiness for work. Push on end's fibers cleaning it causes deflection of the wrist and the occlusion of the match steering joints. The clock begin counting real time of washing of tooth, and his current value it is displayed on display. Lack of push of the fibers clearing on surface of tooth it causes separation of match steering joins and clock has been detained. If clock has been detained on definite value of time (for example for 15 seconds), during which will not come for secondary start-up clock's match steering - through push on the end's fibers cleaning - follow on time automatic exclusion of match. Each exclusion of match is preceded of sound signal that enables taking of possible washing of farthest tooth without loss of achieved hitherto existing active time. For the better orientation of time elapsed - besides information on the display - the sound indicator inform (for example every minute) about the periods passing time washing tooth. After washing of tooth, after outreaching time expected (for example it accept 3 minutes - time advised by dentists) - the sound indicator inform about the end of work by another sound, the clock has been stopped and by the time definite (for example 10 seconds) - on the display blinks held result. After that time - the electronic match has been automatically excluded and the display turned out. However, cooperation between the steering match (with a clock function) and the memory block remembering active time of the fibers cleaning and the display on the display the current level expenditure of fibers cleaning - in the form of index of expenditure of these fibers. Also it allows to define and signal expected end time of usefulness of fibers cleaning - by lighting the indicator on the display. Extracting end from the handle, in the individual toothbrush mode! it causes deleting a memory block - it is getting started time counting of fibers cleaning's usefulness a new end. However, in the family model, end's extracting, with the block of memory inside - doesn't deleted in this memory recorded dates in this memory. It's possible to store them and modernize - that allows multiple putting on and taking out these end. On the display is signaled also the current level of expenditure source of supplying through the Index of expenditure of this source. The manner of measurement of real time of tooth's washing, definitions and signaling expected end of time of usefulness of fibers cleaning it relies on cooperation of steering match with the clock function with the memory block and movable part of toothbrush - the wrist. It makes it possible same measurement of real time of tooth's washing and determination and signaling end time of usefulness expected of fibers cleaning. In the moment of push on the fibers cleaning causes a small deflection the movable part of the toothbrush (the wrist) - enabling occlusion of the joints in the steering match with the clock function. However, lack of push causes the return to exit position - the joints have been gaped. It is rearranged on the steering match's work, which has a clock function (occlusion - time is counted, gape - time is stopped) and it makes it possible definition of real time of tooth's washing (time of connecting the fibers cleaning with the teeth). However, cooperation with the memory block through capability to remembering of active toothbrush work time (washing of tooth) - it allows to define and signal end of expected time of usefulness of fibers cleaning.
The toothbrush in this invention through the electronics employment in to her it grants function very well. She inform, through the display (visually) and the sound indicator (fonic) about real time of cleaning of tooth and necessity of exchange expectable end. In the family toothbrush model it makes it possible by usage whole family the same handle and by each person proper selecting end.
Object of invention in examples of execution, It is presented on drawing, on which Fig. 1 - the toothbrush in general view with exhibiting display, Fig. 1a - disengaged end and handle of toothbrush, Fig. 2 - visual permutation of individual model of toothbrush, Fig. 2a - scheme of block match in individual model of toothbrush, Fig. 2b - scheme of reactivation of electronic match by joint in individual model, Fig. 3 - visual showing of family model with accommodation of individual electronics elements in a handle and in interchangeable end Fig. 3a - scheme of block match of family toothbrush model, Fig. 3b - scheme of reactivation of match of electronics joints by the family toothbrush model
After embedding profile 16 of end Xλ_ for joint's net 15 of ball - and - socket joint 13 - it follows compactly memory joints 10. By switch inclusion 1 it follows starting - up a sound indicator 4, and over the display 2 appear level of current expenditure of fibers cleaning H, source of supplying 5 and figure 0 - indicator 2c giving by readiness signal for work of toothbrush. In moment of push of end's 12 fiber cleaning H for surface of tooth, the movable joint 13 it's deflected and the joints 9 of match steering 7 became to get in touch, the match steering has a clock function, which display begin counting displayed time on the display 2 indicator 2c. Fig. 1 - for a better control a passing time, except acting display 2 - each passing period time washing (for example on a minute). During lack 17 of push on end's 12 fibers cleaning V\_ - she returns to home position and separated the joint 9, and the clock of match steering 7 it has been detained. If the clock of match steering 7 will be detained on definite time (for example it accept 15 seconds), and during it will not come for secondary clock's start - up - by push fibers cleaning H for surface of tooth cleaning - match will be switched off. Each switching off of match is proceeded a sound signal which enables eventual farthest work without lost currently achieved time. When operation of the toothbrush is finished (for example - three minutes as advised by dentist) - sound indicator 4 informs that operation has finished with a different detained and the end value flashes on display 2 for a defined period (for example ten seconds). After that the appliance is switched off automatically and the display 2 goes off. Match steering /..cooperation with a clock of memory 6 by joints IQ and the connecting pipes 8 - for definition of level of expenditure of fiber cleaning IJ. and the end of usefulness of these fibers - in individual toothbrush model - in joint's nest 15 handle 14 of toothbrush are memory joints 10, which come down in moment of placing in joint nest 16 toothbrush end 12. This way - committed time are units written down by clock of memory 6 inside in handle 14 of toothbrush, after achievement of indicator value - match steering 7 will be signal on the indicator 2a of display 2 requirement of exchange of end 12. From this moment this signaling lasts by all the time toothbrush work, for time of exchange expendable end 12, indicator is switched on in moment of inclusion of match and it switched off in moment of exclusion of match. End's extracting 12 from joint's nest 15 of toothbrush's handle 13 - it causes gape joints 10 of memory's block 6 and automatic end's cancel, at that indicator 2a is switched off.
However foundation of end 12 secondary joints compactly block of memory joints 10 and it allows to start count time of usefulness of fibers cleaning H end 12 from zero. In case of family toothbrush model - fundamental difference relies on transfer block memory 6 from toothbrush's handle 14 to interchangeable end.
After profile 16 end 12 in nest 15 of handle 14 thru memory joint 10 - the memory block 6 set up end 12 - it cooperates with handle's electronic match. In moment of achievement end expected time of usefulness these end 12.. Match steering 7 will signal by indicator 2a on the display 2 - requirement of exchange expendable end on new. From this moment this will be appeared at each toothbrush's match inclusion and signal, by all the time toothbrush's work, but only at end 12; witch has surpassed limit of time of usefulness expected. Each user, who uses the family model of toothbrush has own attributed end 12, which due to placing inside of block of memory 6, it enables individual utilization expected time of usefulness, but it will depend since and frequencies of washing teeth. If one of users by frequent washing teeth will take advantage expected limit of time for used by own end 12, and the steering match 7 will signal by the indicator 2a - this information will not concern for the others users, if they have not achieved limit of time for used by own end 12, and the indicator 2a in this case will be turned out. In this toothbrush model it's not possible to cancel memory 6 and only mention the end on new and it will allow turning out alight indicator 2a.
The manner of measurement of real time of washing of tooth and signaling expected end of time of usefulness of fibers cleaning H it relies on cooperation between a steering match 7 with the clock function, memory block 6 and the movable part of toothbrush - the wrist 13 - making it possible measurement real time of washing of tooth and determination and signaling expecting end of time of usefulness of fibers cleaning IJ..
Push on the fibers cleaning H causes a small deflection of movable part of toothbrush - the wrist 13, enabling joint's gape 9 of the steering match 7 with the clock function. However, the lack of push causes return to exit position, the joints 9 have been gaped. It is rearranged on the steering match work 7 with the clock function (occlusion - time is counted, gape - time is stopped). This definition enables the real time of tooth washing (time of contact of fibers cleaning IJ. with the teeth). However, the cooperation with the memory block 6 through the measurement real time of tooth washing and it causes to define and signal expecting end of time of usefulness of fibers cleaning V\_.
Example scaling expected time recorded in memory - for switch on indicator, signaling requirement of exchange of end:
3 min. twice a day = 6 min. by 31 days = 186 minutes increase 2 months (2-3 months advised by dentist period of usefulness of cleaning fibers) = 372 min.
This is exemplary time - that has been written down in block of memory 6 - after this time the indicator 2a will be switched on, which signaling necessity exchange end 12.
