Description

LOCKING MECHANISM
The technical field to which the invention relates. The invention relates to small arms, in particular to locking mechanisms.
The prior art.
The locking mechanism of rifles [1] is known, which is locked using a bolt, the details of which, when interacting with the corresponding reference planes of the receiver, directly lock the barrel. Receivers are the binder of all the main parts and mechanisms of the rifle.
Mechanisms of this type, they have a longitudinal channel in the receiver or guides for the movement of the shutter or bolt frame. The disadvantages of the known devices are the large dimensions of the mechanism itself, the technological complexity of the manufacture of the receiver, as well as the inaccuracy of matching the shutter with the barrel, due to the accumulation of deviations in the technological tolerance chain (for example: barrel - receiver - guides - shutter frame - shutter). A more compact technical solution "UZI" (submachine gun) [2] is known in which a bolt running on the barrel is used. The shutter is made in the form of a rectangular beam, which has guide tabs on the sides for movement in the receiver. The disadvantages of the known devices are the technological complexity of manufacturing the receiver, the inaccuracy of matching the shutter with the barrel.
The last technical solution is the closest in technical essence and therefore adopted as a prototype. An object of the invention is to reduce the overall dimensions of the bolt, increase the accuracy of matching the bolt and the bore (hence, accuracy of shooting), simplify the design of weapons.
Disclosure of the invention. The stated technical problem is achieved by the fact that in the proposed design the shutter has an internal channel. The inner surface of the bore channel is a guide for movement on the outer surface of the barrel. The shutter may also have supporting surfaces for locking. The outer surface of the barrel is a guide for the shutter and may also have supporting surfaces for locking.
New in the proposed shutter mechanism is that the positioning of the shutter when locking is made directly along the barrel.
ОThese distinctive features of the claimed invention in comparison with the prototype can reduce the dimensions of the device, increase the accuracy of the positioning of the shutter relative to the barrel, due to the exclusion from the process chain of tolerances of a number of parts (receiver, shutter frame, guides, etc.). The invention is illustrated by drawings. ABOUT

An embodiment of the invention.
The locking mechanism (Fig. 1.) comprises a barrel 1 and a shutter 2 running on the barrel 1. The shutter body has an internal guide channel, the shutter and the bore are positioned when locking, by the interaction of the inner surface of the shutter and the outer surface of the barrel.
The shutter mechanism operates as follows. Starting position: shutter 2 is open (located in the extreme rear position). Using any known device (for example, reloading handles), the bolt moves towards the barrel, pushing the cartridge 3 in front of it. The cartridge 3 enters the barrel 1. The inner surface of the bolt 2 comes into contact with the outer surface of the barrel 1 and is positioned only along it moves to the stop. The mirror of the shutter 2, acting on the bottom of the liner, sends the cartridge 3 into the barrel 1, at the same time positioning it strictly along the axis of the barrel 1. Only the tolerance between the barrel 1 and the shutter 2 affects the positioning of the cartridge 3 relative to the barrel 1, and the perpendicularity of the shutter mirror 2, relative to the axis of the shutter 2. Unlocking the shutter - in the reverse order. Thus, the tolerances of the remaining joints and guides do not affect the positioning of the shutter and barrel. The dimensions of the shutter are reduced, the accuracy is increased.
1.A variant is possible (Fig. 2) when the contacting surfaces of the shutter 2 and / or barrel 1 are made in the form of one or more separate elements 4 mounted on the shutter 2 and / or barrel 1 located between the inner surface of the shutter 2 and the outer surface of the barrel 1 .
This increases the service life and maintainability of the weapon. A variant of the locking mechanism (Fig. 3 and 4) is the presence of one or more combat protrusions 5 for interaction when locking with one or more supporting surfaces 6 of the barrel.
This allows you to lock the barrel by turning the shutter and use more powerful ammunition. It is also possible (Fig. 3 and 4), when interacting with the locking surface of the shutter 2 and barrel 1, have a conical shape, with a slope towards the breech.
This increases the accuracy of the shutter and barrel positioning.
