如果小区内将要或是正在传输的 MBMS业务的 RB信息发生变化 时, 网络侧也会通知用户去接收变化后的 RB信息。 通知用户本小区内 无线承载变化的信息指示是在 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION消息中传输的。 根据这个消息中指示的动作, UE进一 步接收无线承载信息。 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION和 无线承载信息都是在 MBMS控制信道(MCCH )上传输的。 网絡侧通过 MCCH向 UE发送的无线承载信息仅包含本小区的 RB。 根据协议规定, 目前网络侧通知用户 MBMS 业务无线承载参数的 过程包括如下两种情况:
1、 用户加入了某个 MBMS业务, 而当前小区还没有提供该业务: 这种情况下,用户无论处于任何状态( Idle state或是 RRC connected state )都监控 MBMS通知指示信道( CH );
网络侧可以通过 SGSN获得邻小区的 RB信息。 网络侧可能根据业 务需要调整本小区的无线承载信息。
当本小区中承载该业务的无线承载信息发生变化时, 网络侧会在 MICH指示该业务的变化; 当用户从 MICH信道得知自己关心的业务发 生了变化时 , 则进一步解调 MCCH中的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION消息中得到业务的 RB信息变化通知承载的 RB信息消 息, 从而获取该业务变化后的 RB信息。
2、 用户正在接收该 MBMS业务:
这种情况下, 用户无论任何状态都周期接收 MBMS 控制信道 ( MCCH );
BSC/R C可以通过 SGSN获得邻小区的 RB信息。 网络侧可能根 据业务需要调整本小区的无线承载信息。
当本小区中承载该业务的无线承载信息发生变化时, 网络侧会在 MCCH的 MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION消息中指示该业务的 变化; 当用户在接收该 MBMS 业务的同时, 从 MCCH 中的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION消息中得到业务的 RB信息变化 通知时, 则进一步解调相应的 MCCH上承载的 RB信息消息, 从而获取 该业务变化后的 RB信息。
从上面的现有技术过程可以看出, 目前,只有本小区内某业务的 RB 信息发生变化时, 网络侧才通过 MICH 或是 MCCH 上的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION 消息中通知用户无线承载信息 的变化, 也就是说现有技术中只能由本小区 RB信息变化来触发用户解 调 RB信息。
由于相邻小区的具体情况, 以及小区内提供的业务种类都有可能不 相同, 因此相邻小区的 RB信息也极有可能不相同。 这样如果只有邻小 区该业务的 RB 信息发生了变化, 按照现有的协议, 是不在 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION 中反映的, 换句话说, 就是某 MBMS业务在本小区的 RB消息没有发生变化, 而邻小区的 RB消息发 生了变化时, 在本小区内的用户是无法被通知到邻小区 RB信息的变化 的。
当一个用户正在接收该 MBMS 业务, 并且移动到两个小区的边缘 时,用户在这两个相邻小区交界处,可以对该业务执行选择 /软合并功能。 选择合并主要是在 RLC 层对从两个相邻小区接收到的相同业务信息进 行对比,并挑出一个质量好的数据。而软合并与现有 WCDMA系统的软 合并一样。 这里不再详述。 在这种场景下, 如果 UE没有随着邻小区 RB 信息更新而更新其储存的 RB信息, 导致 RB信息错误, 那么 UE无法 从邻小区接收到相同业务的信息, 从而无法执行合并功能。
同样的, 对于其他的小区信息来说, 现有技术也都是在本小区的该 小区信息变化时, 才会通过 MICH或 MCCH信道通知 UE, 而在邻小区 信息有变化而本小区信息没有变化时,就不会通知 UE,在 UE移动到两 个小区的边缘时, 就可能由于小区信息错误而引起 UE无法执行相关功
3 < 发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种多媒体广播 /组播业务中小区 信息变化的通知方法, 该方法能保证在 UE移动到两个小区的边缘时, 小区信息正确。
为了达到上述目的 ,本发明提供了一种多媒体广播 /组播业务 MBMS 中小区信息变化的通知方法, 该方法包括由本小区的小区信息变化来触 发用户解调小区信息的过程; 还包括由邻小区的小区信息变化来触发用 户解调小区信息的过程, 该过程包括以下步骤:
A、 网络侧实时获取并判断邻小区的小区信息是否有变化, 如果有 变化则执行步驟 B, 否则重复执行本步骤;
B、 网络侧在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息, 通知 用户设备 UE小区信息有变化。
其中, 所述由本小区的小区信息变化来触发用户解调小区信息的过 程, 可以包括以下步骤:
a、 网络侧在修改本小区的小区信息时,判断邻小区的小区信息是否 有变化, 如果有则执行步骤 b; 否则在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业 务的业务信息及提示用户只捕获本小区的小区信息的用户操作提示, 通 知 UE小区信息有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息;
b、 在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及提示用户同 时捕获本小区和 /或邻小区的小区信息的用户操作提示, 通知 UE小区信 息有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息。
所述由本小区的小区信息变化来触发用户解调小区信息的过程, 可 以包括以下步骤:
al、 网络侧在修改本小区的小区信息时, 判断邻小区的小区信息是 否有变化, 如果有则执行步骤 a3; 否则执行 a2; a2, 判断修改的是本小区的公共信息还是非公共信息, 根据判断结 果在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及用户操作提示, 通 知 UE小区信息有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息;
本步骤所述用户操作提示为: 提示用户捕获修改的本小区公共信息 或 /和修改的非公共信息;
a3、 判断修改的是本小区的公共信息还是非公共信息, 并判断变化 的邻小区信息是公共信息还是非公共信息, 才 据判断结果在控制信道的 指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及用户操作提示, 通知 UE小区信息 有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息;
本步骤所述用户操作提示为:提示用户捕获变化的本小区或 /和邻小 区的公共信息或 /和变化的非公共信息。
当邻小区的小区信息没有变化时,步骤 A所述重复执行本步骤前可 以进一步包括:
判断本小区的小区信息是否有变化, 如果有, 则在控制信道的指示 信息中承载该业务的业务信息, 通知用户设备 UE小区信息有变化; 否 则重复执行本步骤。
步骤 A 中如果邻小区的小区信息没有变化而本小区的小区信息有 变化, 则可以进一步在指示信息中承载提示用户只捕获本小区的小区信 息的用户操作提示, 通知 UE按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息。
步骤 A 中如果邻小区的小区信息没有变化而本小区的小区信息有 变化, 则进一步判断是本小区的公共信息还是非公共信息有变化, 并根 据判断结果在控制信道的指示信息中承载用户操作提示, 通知 UE按照 所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息;
本步骤所述用户操作提示为: 提示用户捕获变化的本小区的公共信 息或 /和变化的本小区的非公共信息。 所述步骤 B可以包括:
Bl、 判断本小区的小区信息是否有变化, 如果有则在控制信道的指 示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及提示用户同时捕获本小区和邻小区 的小区信息的用户操作提示, 通知 UE小区信息有变化, 并按照所述用 户操作提示捕获小区信息; 否则执行步骤 B2; '
B2、在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及提示用户只 捕获邻小区的小区信息的用户操作提示, 通知 UE小区信息有变化, 并 按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息。
所述步骤 B可以包括:
Bll、 判断本小区的小区信息是否有变化, 如果有则执行步骤 B12; 否则执行步骤 B 13;
B12、 判断变化的是本小区的公共信息还是非公共信息, 并判断变 化的邻小区信息是公共信息还是非公共信息, 根据判断结果在控制信道 的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及用户操作提示 , 通知 UE小区信 息有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息;
本步驟所述用户操作提示为:提示用户捕获变化的本小区或 /和邻小 区的公共信息或 /和变化的非公共信息;
B13、 判断变化的邻小区信息是公共信息还是非公共信息, 根据判 断结果在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及用户操作提 示,通知 UE小区信息有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息; 本步骤所述的用户操作提示为: 提示用户捕获变化的邻小区的公共 信息或 /和变化的邻小区非公共信息。
该方法可以进一步包括:
C、 网络侧将本小区的小区信息和邻小区的小区信息通过控制信道 下发给用户设备。 所述的控制信道可以为: MBMS通知指示信道 MICH或 MBMS控 制信道 MCCH;
所述的指示消息为: MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION 消息。
所述的小区信息可以为: MBMS业务的无线承载信息。
所述的无线承载信息至少可以包含: 无线承载配置和映射信息。 所述的指示信息中承载的业务信息为该 MBMS业务的业务标识。 所述网络侧获得邻小区的小区信息的方法为: 由服务 GPRS支撑节 点 SGSN下发给基站控制器 /无线网络控制器 BSC/RNC;。
该方法进一步包括: 本小区在邻小区信息不变化时, 将邻小区业务 的配置信息通知本小区 UE。
由上述的技术方案可见, 本发明的这种 MBMS 业务中小区信息变 化的通知方法, 不仅在本小区的小区信息变化时通知 UE, 而且在邻小 区的小区信息变化时也能通知 UE,因此本发明能够保证 UE在包含移动 到两个小区的边缘的任何时候 , 小区信息都正确。 附图简要说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面结合附图和两 个实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
本发明的这种多媒体广播 /组播业务中小区信息变化的通知方法,网 络侧在只有本小区的与该业务相关的小区信息发生变化, 或是只有邻小 区与该业务相关的小区信息发生变化, 或是本小区和邻小区的该业务相 关的小区信息都发生了变化等几种情况任意一种出现时, 都通过 MICH 和 MCCH通知用户该业务的小区信息的变化。
与 MBMS业务相关的小区信息比较多, 比如网络侧发送给 UE 的 无线承载(RB )信息、 网络侧当前提供的业务等小区信息。 以下举两个 网络侧发送给 UE 的 RB信息的具体实施例,对本发明进于详细的说明。
实施例一:
本实施例中, 在网络侧中 BSC/R C 中增加一段处理程序, 使得 BSC/RNC在邻小区 RB信息变化时同样能够触发用户解调 RB信息。 本 实施例中,仍保留现有技术中由本小区 RB信息变化时触发用户解调 RB 信息的过程不做改动, 这里不再详述。
参见图 3 , 图 3为本发明第一较佳实施例中由邻小区 RB信息变化 触发的通知用户解调 RB信息的流程示意图。该流程包括以下三个步骤: 步骤 301 , BSC/RNC实时获取并判断邻小区的 RB信息是否有变化, 如果有变化则执行步骤 302, 否则重复执行本步骤。 本实施例中, 获取 邻小区 RB信息的方法与现有技术相同。
步骤 302, BSC/RNC在 MICH信道和 MCCH信道下发的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION指示信息中承载该业务的业务 标识, 通知 UE, RB信息有变化。
步驟 303 , BSC/RNC将本小区原 RB信息和邻小区变化后的 RB信 息通过 MCCH信道下发给 UE 。 返回步骤 301。
这样,本实施例不仅可以在本小区 RB信息变化时触发用户解调 RB 信息, 而且能够在邻小区 RB信息变化时触发用户解调 RB信息。 这就 保证了 UE在任何时候, 本小区和邻小区的 RB信息都正确。
实施例二:
本实施例中, 不仅在网絡侧中 BSC/RNC中增加在邻小区 RB信息 变化时触发用户解调 RB信息的处理程序, 而且对现有技术中由本小区 RB信息变化时触发用户解调 RB信息的过程进行了改进,以下分别进行 说明。
参见图 4, 图 4为本发明第二较佳实施例中由本小区 RB信息变化 触发的通知用户解调 RB信息的流程示意图。 该流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 401 , BSC/RNC修改本小区 RB信息。
步骤 402,判断邻小区 RB信息是否有变化,如果是则执行步骤 403 , 否则执行步骤 405。 本实施例中 BSC/RNC也是通过现有技术的方法来 获取的邻小区 RB信息。
步骤 403 , BSC/RNC在 MICH信道和 MCCH信道下发的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION指示信息中承载该业务的业务 标识, 和用户操作指示。
这里用户操作指示可以有两种方式:
第一种, 用户操作指示分为: 只捕获本小区 RB信息、 只捕获邻小 区 RB信息、 同时捕获本小区 RB信息和邻小区 RB信息。
第二种, 用户操作指示分为: 只捕获变化的本小区或 /和邻小区公共 RB信息、 只捕获变化的本小区或 /和邻小区 RB非公共信息、 同时捕获 变化的本小区或 /和邻小区公共和非公共 RB信息。
本实施例按第一种方式指示用户操作, 因此本步驟是指示同时捕获 本小区 RB信息和邻小区 RB信息。如果是按第二种方式指示用户操作, 则还进一步判断是本小区还是邻小区的公共 RB 信息变化还是非公共 RB 信息变化, 然后才 据判断结果在本步骤中, 指示只捕获变化的本小 区或 /和邻小区公共 RB信息、只捕获变化的本小区或 /和邻小区 RB非公 共信息、 同时捕获变化的本小区或 /和邻小区公共和非公共 RB信息。
步骤 404, BSC/RNC将本小区变化后的 RB信息和邻小区变化后的 RB信息通过 MCCH信道下发给 UE 。 返回步骤 401。
步驟 405, BSC/RNC在 MICH信道和 MCCH信道下发的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION指示信息中承载该业务的业务 标识, 和用户操作指示。
本实施例按第一种方式指示用户操作, 因此本步骤是指示只捕获本 小区 RB信息。
步骤 406, BSC/RNC将本小区变化后 RB信息和邻小区原 RB信息 通过 MCCH信道下发给 UE 。
本实施例中, MCCH下发 RB信息的顺序, 如表 1所示。

实际上 MCCH信道的各种信息都有带有标识, 这样, UE可以根据 业务 ID来解调 MCCH, 并 居用户操作指示和信息标识捕获到需要的 RB信息。
图 5为图 4所示实施例中由邻小区 RB信息变化触发的通知用户解 调 RB信息的流程示意图。 该流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 501 , BSC/RNC实时获取并判断邻小区的 RB信息是否有变化, 如果有变化则执行步骤 502; 否则执行步骤 508。
步骤 502, 记录邻小区变化的 RB信息。
步骤 503,判断本小区 RB信息是否有变化,如果是则执行步骤 504; 否则执行步骤 506。
步骤 504, BSC/RNC在 MICH信道和 MCCH信道下发的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION指示信息中承载该业务的业务 标识, 和用户操作指示。
本实施例按第一种方式指示用户操作, 因此本步骤是指示同时捕获 本小区 RB信息和邻小区 RB信息。
步骤 505 , BSC/RNC将本小区变化后的 RB信息和邻小区变化后的 RB信息通过 MCCH信道下发给 UE 。 返回步骤 501。
步骤 506, BSC/RNC在 MICH信道和 MCCH信道下发的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATION指示信息中承载该业务的业务 标识, 和用户操作指示。
本实施例按第一种方式指示用户操作 , 因此本步骤是指示只捕获邻 小区 RB信息。
步骤 507, BSC/RNC将原本小区的 RB信息和邻小区变化后的 RB 信息通过 MCCH信道下发给 UE 。 返回步骤 501。
步骤 508,判断本小区 RB信息是否有变化,如果是则执行步骤 509, 否则返回执行步骤 501。
步骤 509, BSC/RNC在 MICH信道和 MCCH信道下发的 MBMS MODIFIED SERVICES INFORMATIO 指示信息中承载该业务的业务 标识, 和用户操作指示。
本实施例按第一种方式指示用户操作, 因此本步骤是指示只捕获本 小区 RB信息。
步骤 510, BSC/RNC将变化后的本小区 RB信息和邻小区原 RB信 息通过 MCCH信道下发给 UE 。 返回步骤 501。
以上实施例中, 本小区即使在邻小区信息不变化时, 将邻小区业务 的配置信息通知本小区 UE。
上述实施例以 RB信息为例, 实际应用中, 对于其他小区信息同样 适用, 这里不再重复说明。
由上述的实施例可见, 本发明方法能保证 UE在包含移动到两个小 区的边缘的任何时候, 小区信息都正确。

1、 一种多媒体广播 /组播业务 MBMS中小区信息变化的通知方法, 该方法包括由本小区的小区信息变化来触发用户解调小区信息的过程, 其特征在于:
该方法还包括由邻小区的小区信息变化来触发用户解调小区信息 的过程, 该过程包括以下步骤:
A、 网络侧实时获取并判断邻小区的小区信息是否有变化, 如果有 变化则执行步骤 B, 否则重复执行本步骤;
B、 网络侧在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息, 通知 用户设备 UE小区信息有变化。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的通知方法, 其特征在于: 所述由本小区的 小区信息变化来触发用户解调小区信息的过程, 包括以下步骤:
a、 网络侧在修改本小区的小区信息时,判断邻小区的小区信息是否 有变化, 如果有则执行步骤 b; 否则在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业 务的业务信息及提示用户只捕获本小区的小区信息的用户操作提示, 通 知 UE小区信息有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息;

4、 如权利要求 1 所述的通知方法, 其特征在于, 当邻小区的小区 信息没有变化时, 步驟 A所述重复执行本步骤前进一步包括:
判断本小区的小区信息是否有变化, 如果有, 则在控制信道的指示 信息中承载该业务的业务信息, 通知用户设备 UE小区信息有变化; 否 则重复执行本步骤。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的通知方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A中如果邻 小区的小区信息没有变化而本小区的小区信息有变化, 则进一步在指示 信息中承载提示用户只捕获本小区的小区信息的用户操作提示, 通知 UE按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的通知方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A中如果邻 小区的小区信息没有变化而本小区的小区信息有变化, 则进一步判断是 本小区的公共信息还是非公共信息有变化, 并根据判断结果在控制信道 的指示信息中承载用户操作提示, 通知 UE按照所述用户操作提示捕获 小区信息;
本步骤所述用户操作提示为: 提示用户捕获变化的本小区的公共信 息或 /和变化的本小区的非公共信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的通知方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B包括: Bl、 判断本小区的小区信息是否有变化, 如果有则在控制信道的指 示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及提示用户同时捕获本小区和邻小区 的小区信息的用户操作提示, 通知 UE小区信息有变化, 并按照所述用 户操作提示捕获小区信息; 否则执行步骤 B2;
B2、在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及提示用户只 捕获邻小区的小区信息的用户操作提示, 通知 UE小区信息有变化, 并 按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的通知方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B包括: Bll、 判断本小区的小区信息是否有变化, 如果有则执行步骤 B12; 否则执行步骤 B 13;
B12、 判断变化的是本小区的公共信息还是非公共信息, 并判断变 化的邻小区信息是公共信息还是非公共信息, 根据判断结果在控制信道 的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及用户操作提示, 通知 UE小区信 息有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息;
本步骤所述用户操作提示为:提示用户捕获变化的本小区或 /和邻小 区的公共信息或 /和变化的非公共信息;
B13、 判断变化的邻小区信息是公共信息还是非公共信息, 根据判 断结果在控制信道的指示信息中承载该业务的业务信息及用户操作提 示, 通知 UE小区信息有变化, 并按照所述用户操作提示捕获小区信息; 本步骤所述的用户操作提示为: 提示用户捕获变化的邻小区的公共 信息或 /和变化的邻小区非公共信息。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的通知方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包 括: C、 网络侧将本小区的小区信息和邻小区的小区信息通过控制信道 下发给用户设备。
