Abstract

Nanokristallines HgSe und HgTe werden aus einer Lösung erhalten, in der bei Raumtemperatur Hg(SR1)2 und E(SR2)2 mit E = SE, Te, und R1, R2= Alkyl- oder Aralkylgruppen in einem Lösungsmittel miteinander vermischt werden. Das Lösungsmittel ist beispielsweise Toluol und die als Nebenprodukte entstehenden Disulfide R1SSR2 können zu Thiolen reduziert werden.
