Definitions

  • the endless clamp is made up of several parts, including a housing, a screw, a perforated strap. Its assembly as a whole is difficult when it joins the casing with the other elements in an endless clamp or a screw clamp. This is the name that it generally receives within the general classifications to identify the piece in various countries. Other names with which we can identify them are stainless steel clamps, band clamps, among others. According to the registry of industrialists that manufacture this type of parts among many others, we can find under the name of clamps some eighty-ninety companies, without having a fully global registry. These clamps have to hold hoses in the industrial, automotive, commercial, naval and home environments, among many others.
  • the most commercial numbers to identify them are four, six, eight, ten, twelve, sixteen, twenty twenty-four, twenty-eight, thirty-two, thirty-six, forty, forty-eight, fifty-two, sixty, sixty-four, seventy-four two, eighty-eight, ninety-six and one hundred and four.
  • the most common materials in its presentation are stainless steel for the strap, creating a 5/16 "band.
  • the casing and the screw are made of treated carbon steel.
  • Another variety is the material used for each one, from totally stainless steel. up to carbon steel and passing through the types and varieties of plastics.

All of them represent in themselves a great variety that has a specific use and are used for the same function; holding the piece against another to hold it and not loosen it. In itself this is the main function for which they were built. We have them with screw or without screw and pressure. Now the screw clamps used inside the motors have the problem of retightening due to the different temperature changes. Since the diameter of the hoses decreases or increases due to cold and heat.

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel clamp which can respond to changes in temperature. The invention comprises numerous elements, including a novel casing, enabling the clamp to be fitted more easily and quickly and to be coupled to other elements comprising same. According to the invention, novel straps can move together with a screw in order to close and open and, in this way, counteract expansion and contraction. The threads of the aforementioned straps provide greater pressure and grip for increased safety, thereby ensuring that the clamp is always maintained tight. For said purpose, the invention comprises screws with two threads and screws with stem threads, among others, which can move horizontally from one side to the other. The aforementioned elements can be combined to produce various different clamp configurations which can respond to heat and cold and which are selected according to user requirements and production costs. In this way, the combined elements enable the screw to move from one side of the clamp to the other and to respond to climate changes. As such, the invention offers significant benefits for the automotive, shipping and commercial industries, as well as for all homes.

Description

Its assembly as a whole is difficult when it joins the casing with the other elements in an endless clamp or a screw clamp. This is the name that it generally receives within the general classifications to identify the piece in various countries. Other names with which we can identify them are stainless steel clamps, band clamps, among others. According to the registry of industrialists that manufacture this type of parts among many others, we can find under the name of clamps some eighty-ninety companies, without having a fully global registry. These clamps have to hold hoses in the industrial, automotive, commercial, naval and home environments, among many others. Because holding a hose is not a big problem, there are hundreds of types and ways to do it. These varieties range from tie clips to plastic ties. Materials also play an important role since we have plastic, steel, stainless, carbon steel clamps among others. We have identified stainless steel clamps with a size band from 5/16 in 8mm to a 9/16 band in 14.3mm. The size of this clamp varies from small to very large, commercially we find them from a% inch to 7 inches. Its perforated strap achieves that they are reused to tighten them in smaller diameters, because thanks to its perforated strap we manage to close them from one inch to half an inch for example. These diameters are classified into maximums and minimums and give them a number to identify them per piece. The most commercial numbers to identify them are four, six, eight, ten, twelve, sixteen, twenty twenty-four, twenty-eight, thirty-two, thirty-six, forty, forty-eight, fifty-two, sixty, sixty-four, seventy-four two, eighty-eight, ninety-six and one hundred and four. The most common materials in its presentation are stainless steel for the strap, creating a 5/16 "band. The casing and the screw are made of treated carbon steel. Another variety is the material used for each one, from totally stainless steel. up to carbon steel and passing through the types and varieties of plastics. Among the types of steel of the screws for these parts we have stainless steel 18-8 or 304, which represents the combination of alloys such as chromium and nickel to cause greater durability against corrosion. Among its characteristics we find greater resistance to corrosion, low thermal conductivity, resistance to high temperatures and does not obtain hardness by heat treatment. Its chemical composition at maximum values .08% in carbon, 2% in magnesium, 1% silicon, .045 phosphorous, .03% sulfur, between 18-20% chromium, between 8-10% nickel. Another type of stainless steel is 316, which has greater resistance to corrosion. n for seawater and other types of corrosive chemicals and can be slightly magnetic when cold forged. Other presentations for screw cords in their materials we have: hardened, cemented and dichromatized carbon steel; as well as all of its parts in totally stainless steel. The difference between these types of materials to create the same piece, is due to the uses for which these clamps are going to be implemented. In critical situations such as being placed on a ship and exposed to the salinity of the sea they need to be totally stainless, in other places such as in the garden the materials are changed, as are their costs. Among its main disadvantages of these clamps we find the perforations of the strap. The perforations of the belt are marked on the surface of the hose in the strip that is surrounded by the clamp and give way to the deterioration and useful life of the hoses where they are used. Another factor is the temperature changes that limit them when we tighten the clamp on a hose and it is exposed to cold or heat, in such a way that the torque of the clamp remains static; This effect is found in places where temperature changes are very changeable and drastic. The temperature sensitive clamp when clamping a hose represents a great challenge within automobile, truck and truck engines among many other areas. There is a wide variety of these clamps for various very specific uses within the automotive industry. This reduction in the diameter of the hoses and the support to which they are attached is very small, however it is enough to re-tighten the thyme so that it is well attached. However, when changing the temperature to heat, this tightening damages the hose since the plastic material expands and the steel clamp is subject to the smallest diameter tight because it cannot increase its diameter as well. This is due to the torque of the screw that holds the strap and the clamp housing does not allow it to be traversed. Now the temperature sensitive clamp 6.2 presents how it is possible to move the torque of the clamp with screw adjusting to the temperature. The key for this is found in the screw shank. Since inside the casing this rod can move from one side to the other. The increase in the screw shank inside and outside 3 and 4 allows the strap attached to the rope 2 of the screw with two inlets to be traversed 2.1 In this way, when due to the heat, the strap of the clamp tends to increase its diameter rod will be run along with torque. In the cold, when the diameter has to be traversed, the rod will move to the opposite side. The operation is due to the fact that one end of the strap remains fixed 6 and the other is moved by the rope pushed by tightening the screw and the supports are made by the casing 1. Two rods correspond to the two inlets 2.1 Ie for both It has two options for the clamp to be traversed, at one end and at the other in such a way that the clamp works at changes in temperature. With the cold it can contract along with the other materials it holds, such as with heat, increasing the diameter as well as its metallic and plastic counterparts. Now the rod to be able to be traversed must decrease its diameter compared to the head of the screw and the rope of the screw for clamps. The purpose is that when rod 3 has to be traversed with 4 and 3.1 with 4.1, it finds support in three elements such as the head of screw 5 and 5.1, the rope of screw 2 and the wall of the housing in 1.1 and 1.2. form will be able to return from these three points to their place since it would also take them as a support to move to the opposite side. Now the screw presents the variants of the short rod represented in figure 2 and the long rod in figure 3 to be able to be placed inside the casing. In such a way that inside the casing its movement to the sides would depend on the type of screw as shown in Figures 4 and 5
La figura 1 la abrazadera sensible a Ia temperatura Sus partes son: a) El No. 1 Ia carcasa b) El No. 1.1 Ia pared de Ia carcasa c) El No. 1.2 Ia pared de Ia carcasa d) El No. 2 Ia cuerda e) El No. 2.1 el tornillo con dos entradas f) El No. 2.2 espacio que detiene al vastago g) El No. 2.3 espacio que detiene al vastago h) El No. 3 el vastago izquierdo por dentro i) El No. 3.1 el vastago derecho por dentro j) EI No. 4 el vastago izquierdo por fuera k) El No. 4.1 el vastago derecho por fuera I) El No. 4.2 espacio que detiene a Ia cabeza m) El No. 4.3 espacio que detiene a Ia cabeza n) El No. 5 Ia cabeza del lado derechoHowever, to provoke the movements of the screw torque without depending on the temperature for it, you have to place other elements inside the screw and to achieve this we have figures 6 and 7 that provide the two short and long rods with entry on both sides of these help items. However, to produce the screw with two inputs 2.1 it needs an additional cost, we can also use another screw with an input for any key or screwdriver at its other end, as is the case of Figure 8 with a long shank and Figure 9 with a short stem. The possible entries at the other end of the screw can be represented as figure 10 the entry with hexagon and alien entry, figure 11 the entry for flat-blade screwdriver, figure 12 the entry for cross-screwdriver and figure 13 the entry for alien . In other words, place an entry in the root of the screw in order to loosen or tighten the screw with its other end at all ends. The elements that help the torque of the clamp to move from one side to the other are represented in Figures 44 and 44.1 as springs and 64 and 65 as support rubbers. The springs must provide movement to the torque when it has to move, as well as give confidence that this torque will move not only when the temperature sets it, but also when it is needed in both directions. The support gums allow to give support to the points such as the rope and the wall of the casing to return and push the rod from one side to the other and thus achieve to close and open the diameter of the clamp. These elements are presented in various ways inside and outside the casing as combined inside and outside the casing and the stem on both sides. The strap, which is the one that must withstand the friction of its tips when moving it from side to side, receives the pressure to hold the clamp with the hose. So to facilitate the movement of friction you need two entrances where two bolts are placed, figure 21 and 22 Because one part of the strap is fixed in the casing and the other runs over it, this pressure prevents this movement from being facilitated, for the bolts rotate to move the belt from one side to the other. Figure 40 is the belt that has two pellets to support the friction of movement of the belt from one side to the other. Figure 43 presents the rubber lines also to improve the movement of the belt in going and back. To improve the grip of the screw rope to the strap, rectangular grip lines 49 are presented; which enter inside the rope so that when tightening the screw and also combined from one side and the other in figure 47. Now to help the assembly, a new casing is formed in figure 48 that manages to fit the strap to the base in a simplified way, thus forming a new clamp joining the straps, the casing and the screws, aided by the combination of its elements such as the springs and the rubber supports. In order to achieve the temperature-sensitive clamp with all the elements combined in figure 59. To present the movement by which the torque of the clamp moves, figure 60, 61, 62 and 63 is presented. Therefore, when tightening the screw on one side is traveled by pushing it by winding the screw towards the other end. The movement of the belt together with that of the screw is shown in Figures 67, 68, 69 and 70 when presenting the belts with friction from one side to the other. The screw heads serve as a support since they limit movement in 5 and 5.1 by serving as a counterpart against the casing. The rods on both sides have a smaller diameter than the heads and the rope so that these rods have movement from one side to the other on both sides. The rope 2 makes it possible to stop the advancement of the rods on both sides serving as a counterpart in this movement against the walls of the carcass casing. Meanwhile, when tightening the screw on the right side, we push the rod to the left and it moves the torque, while the spring on the opposite side pushes to the right. This action is analogous to the left side. While we must take into account that the internal rods are free to move in both directions and move the torque by changing the climate from cold to hot and hot to cold due to the phenomenon of temperature. This freedom of the offspring is the key for all the elements to work. Figure 19 Ia rectangle strap. The rectangle strap 19 presents how with the pressure of tightening a clamp it does not prevent the strap from moving; all this due to the entrance for bolt 46 and 47 These entrances allow to hold two bolts and are close to the perforation 48. The purpose of these entrances is to hold the bolts to lighten the pressure and allow the belt to move. A formation of small rectangles aligned at an inclination that allows them to form a line; They give way to create a chain that allows the screw rope to push and move this chain more easily to one side and the other. The number of rectangles can vary from two to many small ones. The figure of the rectangles can be combined with other geometric shapes, such as circles, triangles, squares, hexagons, among others. The shape of the figures on the strap is out to one side, that is, the rectangles are printed and protrude. Or in combination one rectangle exited up and the other exited down. Also inversely, the rectangles are left down and the screw rope and its torque can move with the reverse fissures that remain on the belt. All this in order to protect the hose and give greater security of grip to the clamp through a more secure torque and screw rope.

'The lateral view of the strap 20 indicates the way in which the rectangles protrude from the strap 49.1 in order to allow them to enter the screw rope, it can also be used inversely as it serves to connect the entries of the rectangles that serve to be able to move the torque of the nut. The bolt inlets at 46 and 47 represent the conical shape of the strap 45 in order to support the bolts and thus be able to move the strap itself when it is tightened with the tip. The grooves in rectangles that pierce and protrude 49.1 are located at the tip in such a way that when moving the torque of the rope they are within the casing and do not damage the hoses, in addition to being perceived as having no rope Ia clamp. The temperature sensitive clamp 60 presents the casing 57.1 and the strap 58 with the screw 11 which allows it to move the torque with its rod on each side. The space that the rods have on each side of the screw on the clamp Ie allows the belt and the rope of the screw to move, to both sides due to the phenomenon of temperature in the expansion and contraction of the material. Without any extra element; everything is due to the fact that the strap and the screw support the tightening of the screw, and as the strap is attached to a fixed point on the casing at 6 the tip of it is free and it is then when due to heat the material tends to expand and the space of the screw shank represents the key to be able to move the torque to the opposite side of the one that was tightening the screw with the casing. It is at this time that the clamp can increase its size.
On the opposite side, when the temperature is cold, the clamp sensitive to temperature decreases its size and the material tends to contract, so once again the space inside the housing, which is the stem, plays an important role since it gives the opportunity for the torque to move on the opposite side to close the clamp.
While the rod 105 is traversed until the head of the screw touches the wall of the housing and stops it. For this reason, the space of the rod 105.1 has the head of the screw that traveled its rod outwards. Inside the casing 106 and that space is the one that with the help of the elements such as the springs, the support rubbers, the straps to move the torque of the screw inside the casing due to temperature changes. The size of the stem is greater in the thyme 11 and therefore the movement from side to side is greater. The relationship between the greater rod and the reduction or increase of the strap of the clamp due to temperature changes must be proportional without affecting the tightening of the clamp in order not to release it. Or that is loose by the rods, there is a need for other elements such as springs and support rubbers. Figure 61 shows the view of the screw traveled to the right inside the casing. The view of the tip of the flat screwdriver 107 that pushes the screw to the right 108 now on the opposite left we tighten the screw and push the 105.2 which is the head of the screw that runs its stem inwards, managing to remove 106 which is its stem that run with the rope until you reach the wall of the casing. Inside the casing 106, leaving the space on the right side free to close or open the clamp due to temperature changes. There is a relationship on the side in which we tighten the screw since if it is on the left or on the right side, it pushes the torque along with the strap to the other end and the space of the rod that is free has the opportunity to close or open according to temperature changes the size of the clamp.

Breve descripción de Ia invenciónBrief description of the invention
Ya que al apretar el tornillo del lado derecho el vastago se recorre hacia dentro en 110.1The view of the movement of a shorter rod to the left inside the housing in Figure 62 presents a screw with the smallest and most functional stem that allows it to move from side to side in the housing. These screw rods are more functional since they can move the torque of the clamp in a smaller size, coupling to the decrease in the hose in diameter due to the contraction and expansion in changes in temperature. In 110 the rod that protrudes to the left and the rope that meets the wall of the casing is the key to allow the torque to be closed or opened. Since when tightening the screw on the right side, the stem travels inwards at 110.1

Claims

Reivindicaciones Claims
The temperature sensitive clamp is made up of a screw with an input with a hexagonal head and an input for a flat screwdriver on one side, a rod, followed by the rope, another rod and the other entrance at the opposite end with a hexagonal head. and entrance for screwdriver, a casing, a strap and a fixed point that holds the strap with the casing and the rope, as well as the other end of the strap, which passes over and is free to open or close the clamp. Screw heads protrude in size from stem. The rod that separates the head and the rope is of a smaller diameter on both sides compared to the rope and the screw head, leaving free spaces that stop the movement of the rod on one side and spaces that stop the head in the another, upon reaching the walls of the casing, both internal and external; These differences due to the diameters of the head, the rope and the stem are the spaces and are presented at the two ends of the screw. This rod has a longer length on each side, so when the housing is placed, part of this rod is exposed outside the wall of the housing and the other part is free inside the housing, in the same way in the other end of the screw, the rod is of a smaller diameter than the head and the rope and part of it remains inside the casing and the other part outside it. This stem is to move freely from one side to another; at both ends of the screw, leading to the movement of the torque of the clamp from one side to the other. The larger diameters, in the rope and the heads, establish the limits for the distance to be traveled by the rods; since the screw heads such as the rope, prevent their movement when hitting the walls of the casing. The movement of the torque to the side vertically through the rod, allows us to close the diameter of the strap of the clamp. And the rod on the other side causes the movement of the torque to the opposite side; then this allows us to open the diameter of the strap. Thus, due to temperature changes, the torque of the clamp can move from one side to the other in a vertical direction without any interruption.
2. In the clamp casing, we managed to combine several types of screws, with shafts with smaller diameters and that leave spaces in the head and in the rope; with the purpose of stopping the movement, and which serve to create different forms among them we have; to the two inlet screws with short rods on both sides that allow movement from side to side of the torque due only to temperature changes, inside the housing. To assist you in moving the torque we made a screw with two inlets and longer shanks on both sides. We can also combine the screw with two inlets with a long stem on one side and a short one on the other end. Another screw is where the diameters of the screw heads are decreased, with two inlets at the same size as the shank; as well as the reduction of the heads even smaller size, which protrudes to the diameter of the stem and both combinations have two stripes followed by each head, decreased on each side to introduce a hook type support in the form of hook entries. Another modality is the screw with an entry in the root, a longer rod followed by the rope as well as the presentation of a smaller rod. This type of screw also has two shanks on both sides and a key or screwdriver inlet on the other end. It is made up of the screw head, a longer rod, the screw cord, a smaller rod that allows it to move from side to side and the key entry in the screw root. Due to its modality, it is also presented with a shorter rod, on the side of the screw head, the rope, the smaller rod and the key or screwdriver entry in the screw root. The entry in the root of the screw we can have in flat screwdriver, cross screwdriver, hexagon inlet with alien inlet and alien inlet; as the combination of these in one or combined.
The springs can be placed externally, as internal or combined, as well as placing a single one inside or outside the wall of the casing or combined within the clamp. In this case, they are integrated on each side of the screw, one at each end, leaving them outside the casing, integrated into the screw, which allows them to move the torque as they are inside the main rod. The part of the rods inside the casing; It is free to help move the torque of the clamp from side to side horizontally. The strap of the clamp also has several shapes that help move the strap that is fixed with the part of the strap that runs above the first one. One type is the rectangle strap, which has two holes for bolt on the sides of the perforation, which fastens the strap with the casing, one on each side of the perforation. These two inlets are semicircular on the straight line of the belt to support the bolts that must rest on them. Bolts come in two forms, and either can be used in combination. The first way is with two hook inlets on each side of the bolt, these inlets are bent and fastened to the strap to support the strap, so the bolt can spin and allow the strap above it to move. The other way, the line is crossed by the entire axis inside the bolt from side to side and then the tips are bent to fasten to the belt, in this case the bolt is also free to turn and support the belt that runs by on top and press it. These bolts fit on each side of the strap and remain on the side that remains fixed in the casing to ensure that the strap that is moved by the screw cord runs over them and does not stick as it hinders their movement.
The belt has lines of two, such as four small rectangles such as triangles and circles which are placed at an angle so that they enter between the threads of the screw and allow tightening or loosening the screw, so these lines run within the torque due to the torsion of the screw and cause movement of the belt to one side and the other. Its main function is to ensure that the tightening and loosening of the screw is more secure and does not allow it to loosen easily since the rectangles are inside the rope; being locked inside the threads of the screw and then the torque exerts its pressure. In such a way that he tightens is more powerful. Now that if we invert the strap; the inputs for the rectangles act as a guide in the push of the rope and thus be able to move the torque of the clamp. The decrease in the number of rectangular lines in the tip of the strap causes that when closing or tightening the clamp, the tape that holds the hose in a smooth way is free to achieve that the perforations do not damage the material of the hose. If the strap is used in a contrary way, the entries of the rectangles prevent the tape from sticking with its counterpart. In order to give mobility to the belt itself and help when the torque moves.
5. The temperature-sensitive clamp with external springs armed with these elements has a smooth strap to attach to the hose, its screw with two inlets that allows it to move the torque with its long stem, which contains a spring on each side. By tightening the clamp on one side of the inlet, the screw is pushed back and that is when the spring begins to repel this action, on the other side, if we also tighten or loosen the screw, it begins to exert pressure on the springs, this it is through the rods that are free inside the casing on both sides. The bolts help move the belt that runs above them from one side to the other. Thus in this way the clamp is assisted from both sides, free rods inside the belt and belt bolts to move the torque to allow the belt to open or close, due to the temperature, aided by the pressure exerted by the external springs. The temperature-sensitive clamp with internal springs has a longer casing to contain two springs inside, on each side, a larger rod contained in the casing on both sides, and in this way, a part of the rods on each side. , remains outside the casing, and thus achieve the movement of torque, with a belt of bolts, thus helping to close or open the clamp against changes in temperature. Another option is the clamp sensitive to the temperature of the screw with a larger rod and which allows the torque to be moved without auxiliary elements. Leaving the longest rods on each side free and the strap that holds them in order to be able to close or open according to the size desired by the changes in the expansion or contraction of the different materials to which it is fastened.
The temperature-sensitive clamp with the screw with a key or screwdriver entry located in the root and a smaller rod on the side of the head and another rod also small on the other end, is presented coupling in the housing, by the space that the two rods have to move from one side to the other, both internal and external. And so create the strap that holds the clamp with the housing and the screw forming the clamp. Another change is in the screw with entry in the root and larger stem on the side of the head and another stem at the other end also large with the screw; makes it possible for the temperature sensitive clamp to contain the internal springs inside the casing on each side. A larger casing to hold them and to open or close the clamp, leaving a head on one side and the other entry at the root with hexagon and alien entry. In another combination, the temperature-sensitive clamp, with an external spring on the side of the longest rod and an internal support rubber inside the casing on the other rod of the root entrance; it moves the torque, through its free internal stem on each side; with more space in the head, than on the opposite side at the other end. The support rubber represents a circle, with internal circular perforation that crosses it from side to side, at each end a semicircular side on each side to support the thrust of the screw's torsion create this clamp.
The temperature sensitive clamp is presented with the auxiliary elements of the combination of two support rubbers both inside and outside the casing, as well as the combination of the screws, with two inputs and a head and another key inlet for The root with its presentation of both larger and shorter stems. It has the screw with the greater rod with the external support rubbers to the casing and leaving the internal rods free to move freely. Now with the screw that allows the torque to move and the smallest rods we leave the support rubbers inside the clamp housing, so part of the external rods on each side is free to move. Now with the screws with entry in the root and longer stem, we place the support rubber outside the casing externally and the other rubber internally at the other end of the entrance with the screw root, inside the casing. In the screw with the entry in the root and the smallest rod we place the two support gums inside the casing, leaving part of the rod free and outside the casing so that it can move from side to side.
The combination of the screw for spring entry, with a larger rod and a smaller rod on each side, manages to introduce the springs on each side of the screw internally and externally to the housing, with the secure supports that hold the spring on each side. , thanks to a small recessed circumference of the stem on each side, with a smaller diameter, to introduce the locks and that these are fastened within this opening in the two screws with different shanks. The casing of the clamp has four points on each side that fold inward, placed in each corner of the casing. Already bent inwards, they stop and hold the screw with the longest and shortest rods in such a way that when screwing the screw it does not bend and leaves the casing, subjecting both the pressure of the rods and that of the screw.
9. The strap of the temperature-sensitive clamp has two inlets for pellets, on one side of the perforation in a rectangle in a circular shape. These two inlets are centered within the belt, one on each side of the perforation. Then the two pellets are placed, at the entrances of the strap when armed with the casing, these are held by the fixed strap against the part of the strap that moves on top of it by the twisting of the screw rope. When the two belts are one on top of the other, it is then when the pellets do not allow that due to the pressure when tightening the clamp, the belts meet and stick, thus achieving that the belt manages to move together with the torque of the screw. The pellets achieve that when moving the torque of the clamp the belt also runs from side to side with greater speed.
The strap of the temperature-sensitive clamp with rubber lines on each side of the rectangle to support the casing, are located centered within the strap on each side of the rectangle, placed vertically and glued to each end; these two have a corrugated face each to support the other strap that passes over them. Its function is to separate the two straps and facilitate the work of the strap to move from one side to the other. The rope of the strap for the temperature sensitive clamp can also be formed of two squares placed in a line inclined one below the other and several lines of these frames create the rope of the clamp. The lines of the two frames are out of the strap to manage to pass through the strings of the screw and thus push the strap. A line outside the strap and another line inside can also be combined, preserving the two squared lines on the strap. In this way we can use the strap on both sides and move the clamp by twisting the screw.
11. The new casing is formed of a rectangular base, which at its ends has two cuts with the shape of a semicircle on both sides. The two ends have the two ears pierced for the screw heads to enter. In the central part it has a rectangular cut that manages to release the two lateral halves upwards, as well as its two horizontal cuts on each side upwards. These two halves and their two horizontal sides allow the strap of the clamp to be fastened when bending outwards, thus achieving support for the strap of the clamp. Inside the two cuts at the semicircular ends the strap enters to be fixedly attached to the strap and the other tip enters the other end to attach to the screw rope, then the thyme is holding the strap attached to the new casing , with the two rods, held by the two ears and the two inlets of the screw heads. When achieving that the screw of two entrances is coupled to the casing by bending the two ends upwards and the rods being held in the ears of the base, we managed to introduce the other end of the strap to achieve closing or opening the strap by the rope of The same when turning the screw through one inlet or the other. We can now combine in this new clamp elements such as the screw that allows the torque to be moved with its shorter shanks and the strap of two rectangles, to achieve another shape with the same screw and the strap, we can include the two springs within the two stems. By including the screw that allows the torque to be moved with the larger rod in combination with the new casing and the springs placed externally on its rods, including the strap with rubber lines, we achieved another form of clamp that is sensitive to temperature. And if we change the springs for the support gums external to the housing, we achieve another form of clamp sensitive to temperature. In the same way, using the screw with the larger rods, we managed to place the support rubbers inside the new housing, we obtain another form of clamp sensitive to temperature. In addition to that we can obtain a clamp with all the elements from the new casing with the pellet strap, the screw with the larger rods, the support rubbers inside the casing and form another type of clamp sensitive to temperature. Each and every one of the elements combine and form new clamp shapes, preserving the sensitivity to temperature as the torque moves.
The temperature sensitive clamp has a screw with two inlets that allows the torque to be moved with a larger rod on each side, said rod has a smaller diameter compared to the rope and the head. The length of the shank on each side of the screw is longer; presenting part of the stem outside the casing and the other part of the same stem inside the casing, both on the left and on the right side. Within these spaces inside and outside the casing, the springs and the support rubbers are integrated into the clamp both inside and outside the casing on the stem and can be combined; an external spring and an internal rubber support. The support rubbers are found within the internal rods, which remain inside the casing. And we place the springs inside the part of the rod that is outside the casing on both sides of the screw. The strap of the clamp has one side that remains fixed and on each side two bolts attached to the strap placed inside two inlets for bolt, through which the other end of the strap passes over, which has as a rope several lines of four rectangles placed on an inclined line; that enter between the strings of the screw and allow it to move to open or close the clamp.
The presentation of the movement of the screw with the greater rod, inside the housing for clamp; corresponds to a screwdriver head tightening the screw head on the right side of the screw head and thus at the other end of the screw, the head and the stem move, moving to the left and leaving their part of the internal stem outside the housing. And part of the stem of the free external right side. The support that limits this movement is the largest diameter of the rope on the left side; that when the rod is traversed, it collides with the internal wall of the casing. These two spaces of the rope move from side to side within the casing and serve to open or close the diameter of the clamp according to the contraction and expansion due to changes in temperature. In the strap of the clamp, which is fastened at one end to the casing and the other end runs over it; when pushed by the twisting of the screw rope to the left, its movement also makes it travel to the left side, leaving a space free that allows the belt to return through movement from one side to the other. In such a way that if we tighten the screw with a greater stem; with the screwdriver head on the left side; We push it to the right, running the strap to the right, occupying that space of the rod that we leave free, achieving the same effect, with the rope, when hitting the internal wall of the casing and keeping the spaces free of the rods and Ia strap so that the temperature can travel them to one side and the other. On the screw with the shortest shank; I tighten it on the right side and its stem moves towards the other end, leaving the screw head on the right side attached to the wall of the external casing and the entirety of its stem inside the casing. Leaving out the entire left stem and the screw head on the left side, outside the casing, because the rope on the left side meets the internal wall of the casing. The movement of the strap also moves to the right. Now if we tighten the screw on the left side we push the rod to the right side, inside the casing, in addition to the rope on the right side, running into the internal wall of the casing, leaving the right rod free and outside the casing together with The screw head. Then also, we move the strap to the right side, in such a way that the rods that are free both inside the housing and outside it and thus allow to open or close the strap of the clamp, when it is possible to move from one side to another the screw its rope and the strap.
14. When opening or tightening the clamp, the torsion of the screw causes a movement to one side, then the rope of the screw enters between the projections of the strap of rectangles, circles or another figure and allow greater grip and tightening. Since the screw rope introduced to the line of the rectangles is stopped between rope and rope by these projections to create the torsion, pushing the screw rope first into a rectangle and then resting its pressure in the next rectangle of the line and thus in all the ropes of the screw causing greater grip and security.
