Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de traiter, in vivo, un patient souffrant d'un trouble cardiaque. Ce procédé consiste (i) à induire la différenciation d'une cellule souche, in vitro, d'une cellule cardiogène; et (ii) à administrer une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace de la cellule cardiogène de l'étape (i) au patient, ce qui permet de traiter le trouble cardiaque du patient. L'invention concerne également des articles de production et des procédés.
