Abstract

L'invention porte sur des procédés et des systèmes permettant de distribuer des programmes informatiques et des licences utilisateurs de manière sécurisée. Selon ces procédés et systèmes, les licences et les programmes informatiques sont distribués indépendamment et le programme protégé n'est jamais transformé en version enregistrée, par contre un agent de gestion des droits numériques installé dans l'ordinateur d'un utilisateur dispose d'une base de données de programmes informatiques qui peuvent être exécutés légalement sur l'ordinateur et dispose des clefs nécessaires au décryptage et à l'exécution des fonctions cryptées dans le programme. Le programme est protégé par une combinaison de cryptage, de codage et d'autodestruction de code. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de développement des clefs, sur un procédé de protection d'informations locales dans l'agent de gestion des droits numériques et sur un procédé de validation de l'agent de gestion des droits numériques à partir du programme protégé.
