Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种用于银行的保全处理系统, 包括:
银行账户与交易数据库,其中包括银行账户基本信息和交易记录,银行账 户基本信息包含帐户户主的基本信息和银行帐户的相关信息;
银行账户管理子系统,其负责完成对帐户户主的基本信息以及银行帐户相 关信息的管理;
交易处理子系统,其完成对交易请求进行处理、对交易明细进行记录等工 作;
一个保全密码, 它设置于银行账户与交易数据库中, 由银行账户管理子系 统对其进行管理;
其特征在于, 银行帐户基本信息中还包括一个保全比例 a, 交易处理子系 统中还包括对保全密码进行识别并按保全比例 a进行转账到特定账户的程序。
2.如权利要求 1所述的用于银行的保全处理系统, 其中所述的特定账 户是一个可为所有设置了保全密码的账户共同使用的公共账户。
3.如权利要求 1所述的用于银行的保全处理系统, 其中所述的特定账 户是专门为正常帐户设置并与正常账户唯一对应的保全账户。
4.如权利要求 1所述的用于银行的保全处理系统, 其中所述的保全比 例范围为 0% a<100%。
5.如权利要求 1至 4所述的任一用于银行的保全处理系统, 其中所述 的交易处理子系统还包括对转账后的账户余额以显示记录之前的所有金额 信息乘以系数 b (b=l-a) 来进行交易历史记录显示的程序, 以避免取款金 额与历史纪录不符。
6.如权利要求 1至 4所述的任一用于银行的保全处理系统, 其中所述 的交易处理子系统还包括对所述转账进行转账冲正的程序, 以根据请求恢 复正常账户的存款金额。
7.如权利要求 5所述的任一用于银行的保全处理系统, 其中所述的交 易处理子系统还包括对所述转账进行转账冲正的程序, 以根据请求恢复原 账户的存款金额。
8.如权利要求 1至 4所述的任一用于银行的保全处理系统, 其中所述 的银行账户基本信息中原本存在的帐户状态信息中还设有一 "保全"标志, 以便根据需要实现 "正常"与 "保全"标志间的标志转换。
9.如权利要求 1-4所述的任一用于银行的保全处理系统,其特征在于, 它还包括一个报警子系统。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的用于银行的保全处理系统,其中所述的报警 子系统与交易处理子系统相连接, 并由交易处理子系统自动触发启动。
11. 一种用于银行的保全处理方法, 包括如下步骤:
1) 交易处理子系统接收交易请求,并验证查询密码或取款密 码, 如果验证通过, 则按正常流程处理请求和应答;
2) 如果验证不通过, 则再验证是否与保全密码一致,如不一 致则按正常处理流程返回密码错误信息;
3) 如验证为保全密码, 则执行一个转账指令,将账户内金额 按照保全比例 a转入到特定帐户, 并更新原账户余额;
4) 若交易请求为查询历史交易记录,则在显示记录之前将所 有的金额信息乘以系数 b (b=l -a) ; 若为其他交易请求, 则用更新 后的账户余额按照正常程序响应交易的请求。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的用于银行的保全处理方法, 其中所述的特 定账户是一个可为所有设置了保全密码的账户共同使用的公共账户。 .
13. 如权利要求 11所述的用于银行的保全处理方法, 其中所述的特 定账户是专门为正常帐户设置并与正常账户唯一对应的保全账户。
14. 如权利要求 11所述的用于银行的保全处理方法, 其中所述的保 全比例范围为 0% a〈100%。 、
15. 如权利要求 11所述的用 银行的保全处理方法, 其中所述的步 骤 4) 中, 若交易请求为查询历史交易记录, 则在显示记录之前还将 "取 款"和 "转帐" 的交易信息用 "消费"信息来替代。
16. 如权利要求 11至 15所述的任一用于银行的保全处理方法,其特 征在于, 它还包括将转出款项进行转账冲正的步骤。
17. 如权利要求 11至 15所述的任一用于银行的保全处理方法, 其 特征在于, 在执行转账指令的同时触发报警子系统。
