Abstract

La présente invention a trait à des systèmes et des procédés pour la création, la modification, l'interaction avec et la lecture de la musique, notamment des systèmes et des procédés utilisant un processus de haut en bas, où l'utilisateur dispose d'une composition musicale qui peut être modifiée et avec laquelle il peut avoir une interaction et qui peut être lue et/ou mémorisée (pour lecture différée). De préférence, le système est sous la forme d'un facteur de forme tenu à la main, et un afficheur graphique est fourni pour l'affichage d'information de statut, des représentations graphiques de couloirs musicaux ou de composantes qui de préférence varient en forme sous la forme de paramètres musicaux et analogues sont modifiés pour des instruments musicaux particuliers ou de composantes musicales particulières telles qu'une entrée microphonique ou des échantillons sonores. Un procédé d'auto-composition interactive est de préférence utilisée qui emploie des règles musicales et de préférence un générateur de nombres pseudo-aléatoires, qui peut également incorporer un caractère aléatoire introduit par le chronométrage d'une entrée d'utilisateur ou analogue, l'utilisateur peut ensuite rapidement démarrer la création de musique souhaitable selon un ou plusieurs styles musicaux, l'utilisateur modifiant la composition musicale auto-composée (ou précédemment composée), soit pour une performance en temps réel et/ou pour mémorisation et lecture ultérieure. En outre à un flux de processus d'analyse est décrit pour l'utilisation de musique préexistante sous la forme d'entrée(s) à un algorithme pour en déduire des règles musicales qui peuvent être utilisées comme faisant partie d'un style musical dans un processus d'auto-composition ultérieur. En outre, l'invention utilise la génération musicale à base de noeuds comme faisant partie du système et procédé pour la diffusion et la réception de fichier de données musicales, qui sont ensuite utilisés pour la génération ou la lecture de la musique. Grâce à l'incorporation du processus de génération de musique dans une unité noeud/abonné, les systèmes à bande passante élevée des techniques classiques peuvent être évités. Par conséquent, la bande passante peut de préférence être également utilisée pour des éléments additionnels tels que la transmission de données musicales entre noeuds ou entre noeud et base. La présente invention se caractérise par la diffusion de fichiers de données relativement peu volumineux qui contiennent divers paramètres suffisants pour décrire la musique au générateur de musique noeud/abonné. En outre, des problèmes associés à la synthèse audio dans un environnement portable sont pris en compte dans la présente invention par la fourniture de systèmes et procédés pour la réalisation de synthèse audio d'une manière qui simplifie les exigences de conception et/ou minimise le coût, tout en offrant des caractéristiques de synthèse ciblées pour un système portable (par exemple, un téléphone portable). En outre, les problèmes associés au compromis entre la qualité sonore globale et les exigences de mémoire dans une banque de sons à interface MIDI sont pris en compte dans la présente invention par la fourniture de systèmes et procédés pour une banque de sons à interface MIDI à empreinte de taille de mémoire réduite.
