Abstract

Eco protective impenetrable universal reservoir made of waved (zigzagged) ballistic Kevlar for airplanes, tanker and other vehicles, which is installed by the paneling of tanker (1) or by the wing casing or hull. He is protracting inside of reservoir from shard and objects during collision and impact. Object (11) is entering in to the hull of other tanker (14) , he penetrates the hull but not protective reservoir, which has waved accordion shape. Wavy accordion shape is main advantage of this invention. When this reservoir receive hit of shards failed of the airplane or when two tankers collide, Kevlar is protracting in direction (15) pushing inside strained (17) he is not breaking or penetrating thanks to his accordion shape. There is enough of Kevlar because he is crinkled, which is his main characteristic and essence of this invention. In this case, with this kind of reservoirs, from impact of shard airplane can crash and hit the ground, but it does not come to inflammation and explosion. Kerosene stays intact in reservoir made of Kevlar. On picture on page 12 we can see shard penetrating both casing from reservoir, but reservoir made of Kevlar stayed impenetrated. Shard is just pushing waved Kevlar protracting (12, 8 and 9) inside ondamaged. During emergency landing airplane can crash but in large percent reservoir made of Kevlar will not be damaged. He will not inflamme and explode because he is constructed for this kind of use and this kind of ballistic Kevlar is durable, light and he can withstand high temperature.

Description

ECO-PROTECTIVE IMPENETRABLE UNIVERSAL RESERVOIR MADE OF BALLISTIC KEVLAR FOR AIRPLANES,TANKERS AND OTHER VEHICLES
1) THE FIELD OF TEHNIC RELATIVE TO INVENTION
This invention is related to protective universal reservoir is constructed of ballistic waved armatur Kevlar resistant to any sort of impactThis kine of reservoir is designated for airplanes,tankers,cargo ships and any kine of vehicles wich are containing drivin fuel and have reservoir for transportation of flammable and toxic liquids.When the airplane crashes.tanker collide or when cargo ship run aground,the fuel pours out and it comes to inflammation,toxic liquids also pours out causing an ecological catastrophe.This durable impenetrable waved reservoir made of ballistic Kevlar in combination with special heat-resistant materials under sign of Hi Temp's R51-32oz,temperature endurance to 1750°F(954°C) or in combination of Pyrogel for high temperature and Cryogel in use for very low temperature from the group of Aerogel products.
2) TEHNICAL PROBLEM
All vehicles however thay move.by vehicle,airplane or by the vessel have a reservoirs on driving fuel and without it thay can not move.Thay also take a big risk with those reservoirs.The risk of accidents,collisions and engin failure on the vehicles,was that in the most cases comes to a fire and explosion. The main reason is damaged reservoir from wich is pouring out a fuel, wich comes in contact with fire and then vehicle explode.In that situacion traffic participants are also becomeing victims! am especially outlineing accidents and engin failure in travell airplanes in most cases during takeing off and landing,or during a flight.Because of an error airplanes are falling down and suffer damages during emergency landing on runway or in the air.In that case reservoir, wich contains easy imflammable kerosene is damaged.And then only one spark is enough to light up a kerosene and airplane is in flame. That makes a plane to expload and kill all passangers and crew.Tankers are transporting toxic liquids,crude oil and other manufactured products.The main problem is,during a collision and stranding on underwater cliffs that from damaged reservoir is pouring out toxic liquids,crude oil and his products into the sea or in the ocean,poisoning plant and animal life.Material damage of this act is big and disproportional.
3) CONDICION OF THE PRIOR TEHNIC
Solution for saveing passangers,environment,vehicles and material goods to date experience has demonstrated bad and worrisome results.As an example I am outlineing destroyed travell airplanes during takeing off and landing or during a flight.Because of one damaged reservoir,one hit of some metal part from airplane into a reservoir it is causing death of many people and all because reservoir was damaged,kerosene poured out got fire and exploaded.Travell airplanes have been destroyed during landing and exploaded on runway from easy inflammable kerosene.We know what damage tankers can cause ,when thair reservoirs are rall.during collasion or when thay suffer damages.To date solution for this cases is not good despite double paneling.In this kine of tankers during collusion and stranding double panels are breaking and it is comeing to pouring out of crude oil and sinking.To date solution have not bean found except sea purifycators for poured out oil wich comes fast to the coastln the future all tankers especially ships wich are transporting grainy materials,instead of double paneling reservoirs would bee made of waved Cevlar resistant to impacts and high temperatures.Thay could also be install in already existing tankers and ships instead of takeing tham to ship graveyard if thay are not old.
4) EXPOUNDING ESSENCE OF INVENTION
Main goal of this invention is to protect and prevent of peoples death in accidents and damage of material goods from catastrophes,airplane accidents cargo tankers reservoirs in any kine of vehicles,reservoires in refinery and itc.Furder goal of this invention is takeing care of passangers safety and soothing of catastrophical accidents of an travell airplanes,tanker collidions and other vessels. Other advantage of installed Eco-protectiv impenetrable universal reservoir made of waved ballistic armatured Kevlar resistant to a high and very low temperatures,is that during tanker collasions comes to damaging and penetration one or two panels or two panels in boat tankers but the resrvoires stays undamaged. When one tanker with his bow hits another tanker in to his lateral side,the bow sopport penetrates hull of the other tanker.In that case the bow suport gets squashed and compressed after penetracion in leteral side of other tanker.Leteral side is banding inside,protracting impenetrable reservoir into a hull.Reservoir made of ballistic Kevlar is verry resistant and it has armature wich makes him more impenetrable .The main characteristic of waved reservoir that is protracting during impact.He absorb hits by protracting. We can also se that on skatches of an airplane with installed reservoir made of Kevlar.

After engin failure and restoreing of ship in the shipyard, water between waved Kevlar 2 and panel 1 is pumping out with special drowning pump 4 wich is putting in to aperture 19. Picture on page 10 is clearly showing accidents of tanker with integral reservoirs and installed Eco- protectiv reservoir made of waved Kevlar resistant to high temperature.During impact of tanker with bow support 12 in to leteral side 22 of other tanker full with crude oil and penetrated leteral side 22 it comes to damage of partition 23 on the tanker were partition 23 is bending to inside of hull and protracting horisontaly puted Kevlar 25 and that way it is preventing entering of water in to reservoir and pouring out of crude oil from the reservoir.On tanker 2 we can se how is Kevlar behaveing while he is protracting by the arrow. When Kevlar is protracting 27 he is separateing supportiv strap 28.
On figure(page 11) we can se tanker stranding 29 on underwater cliffs 3O.Were the top 31 of tanker is indenting 32 in pulling in to hull 33 of tanker full of crude oil.That way we can se how horizontally installed Eco-protective impenetrable universal reservoir made of waved ballistic Kevlar 25 is behaveing during tanker accident 29.The top 31 is damaged and penetrated 34 and water from the sea is entering in the space between protective reservoir made of Kevlar 25 horizontally installed.The way of cliff penetracion 30,pulling 35 in to hull 3,waved protective Kevlar 25 is protracting 36 and that way protracted porolonged 37 he is preventing crude oil to pour out of the reservoir in to the sea, the same way that is preventing sea water to enter in to the reservoir made of Kevlar. Water 5 has entered in to the hull on the sea level around waved Kevlar and between tanker paneling.That way of cliff penetracion 30 in to the hull 3 waved protective Kevlar 25 is protracting 36 and that way protracted and porolonged 37 he is preventing crude oil to pours out from reservoir in to the sea,the same way that is preventing water to enter in to the reservoir made of Kevlar. Water 5 has entered in to the hull but around waved Kevlar and between tanker paneling only on the sea level.That way dent bottom,because of thrust in interior.the level of liquid raised 39 in integral reservoir while in the other reservoir level of liquid stayed the same.Picture on page 12 indicates behavior of installed Eco-protective impenetrable reservoir made of armatured waved ballistic Kevlar. On the airplanes,this kine of reservoir has smaller profile but it has the same characteristic to withstand impact and explosion,but it will not come to kerosene,fuel for airplanes.On picture(page 12)we can se the example how shard 1 and 2 from damaged airplane,during emergency landing on runway or takeing off the runway,hiting in to the wing of an airplane. Shard 1 and 2 have penetrated wing armour,but protective waved reservoir,made of ballistic Kevlar was not penetrated thanks to his hardness and strength.He just pulled inside 4 of that reservoir .As we can se on picture shard 1 penetrates armour 5 to the integral reservoirs made of impenetrable waved ballistic Kevlar, were is through both reservoirs inside of reservoi 4 is protracting 9 in front of himself strained Kevlar 10 and 11 and Kevlar just folded under.Kevlar remained impenetrated,he is protracting 12 and 13 preventing straining of Kevlar.Because of that Kevlar had to be crinkled so it would be waved and that way it is impossible to penetrate him because of his hardeness and protracting .For example accordion.The same case is with smaller shard 2 were with his hits in the wing.does not penetrates protective reservoir.Insteadof that he protracts inside and with protracting in the direction of arrow 14 prevents Kevlar to strain.Figure on page 13 is showing how he look and how is placed this tipe of reservoir in the ship hull.Crinkle and wavy pressed Kevlar has advantage because of his strength and endurance on high temperature he is not aloweing shard and peaces of metal(in the moment of plane accident on the ground or in the air)to penetrate inside ofreservoir.lt will absorb those shards. Shards will protract reservoir to inside and that moment exhanst valves are automatically closing so it would not come to pouring out of kerosene wich would cause fire.Under 3 is show of hanging upper part of reservoir were he hangs on the construction in casing 4 of this reservoir .Under 3 is fortify holder of that waved reservoir.That is special material like on tanker wich is not breaking douring denting inside of this reservoir picture 11 A.

7) APPLICATION OF INVENTION
This way described,invention is allowing safer protection of ships,tankers,airplanes,other vehicles passangers and protection of environment wich is every day more and more in danger.Environment is main factor for of peoples survival, animal and plant life in the water and on the ground.To date protection of vessels with double paneling for transportation of crude oil and other liquids was not safe.Especially protection of reservoirs(on passanger airplanes. When thay fall down or damage) is not good,because of some trifle or parts of plane wich are hiting in to the reservoir when accident happen and plane falls down thoas airplanes are vanishing in short period of time in the explosion and in the flame. When that happens great number of passangers and crew die.This invention is giveing us practical and useful permanently use.

Claims

1. Eco-protective impenetrable universal reservoir made of waved(zigzagged) ballistic Kevlar for airplanes,tankers and other vehicles characterized by,that composed reservoir is made of light pressed armatured ballistic Kevlar in combination with special fireproof material under mark of Hi Temp"s R51-32 oz.
Those materials can withstand temperature to 1750°F(954°)or in combination of Pyrogel for high temperature and Cryogel for very low temperature use,from group of Aerogel products wich can withstand different kine of hits without any damage.He will not be penetrated because he is pressed in sandwich system in wavy crinkled accordion shape, wich is allowing absorption of hits by protracting inside of reservoir without consequences and risk from outpouring of driving fuel out of planes and reservoir on tanker and other vehicles.
2. Eco protective impenetrable universal reservoir made of waved ballistic Kevlar for airplanes, tankers and other vehicles by the request 1, characterized by,that this kine of reservoirs can not sink except like it stands in descriρtion.But reservoir stayed undamaged. Water got in between reservoir and paneling of tanker were is no danger of sinking and outpouring substance from reservoir.
3. Eco protective impenetrable universal reservoir made of waved ballistic Kevlar for airplanes, tankers and other vehicles by the request 2,characterized by,that this reservoir is made of same material isplaced in wing hull of an airplane.He has a purpose to protect passangers and airplanes from hits of foreign parts because thoas parts can cause fire and explosion when spark comes in contact with highoctane inflammable kerosene.

Eco protective impenetrable universal reservoir made of waved ballistic Kevlar for airplanes, tankers and other vehocles by the request 3,characterized by,that this reservoir is impenetrable and in the moment of penetracion of shard through two casings in wich are placed integral reservoir made of Kevlar.During impact of foreign body in this reservoir,he is bending inside without danger of penetracion.
