Description

DESCRIPTION A CONTAINER FOR BASE STATION EQUIPMENTS
The present invention relates to a container used for preserving and protecting the equipments for base stations and transmission collecting points in the field of GSM (Global Service Mobile) mobile communication.
In order that the base stations due to their functions have to be installed at high points covering the geographical area or apartment roofs, present invention a container for base station equipments aims to contain and protect the said equipments against the natural or mechanical blows, thermal changes and fire which may effect the functions of the equipments.
In technical field some containers produced of sheet metals or other simple construction materials named as separation or container are used but these containers provide no protection against fire and preventation against thermal changes. On account that they are constructed as a whole, transportation and mounting of those are of difficulty and provide no ability of dismounting.
This container for base station equipments is consist of sandwich panels made of two-sided galvanized metal such as iron or aluminum sheets which between each metal plague an isolation material such as penhapolyurathane, mineral cotton, compressed fiberglass provided to be nonflammable is compressed and a joining system formed at edge portion of each sandwich panel providing the blocks comprising sandwich panels fix to each other respectively. The wall- blocks comprising sandwich panels are assembled together as side wall-blocks, floor and roof wall blocks and are inserted and joined to each other respectively corresponding one another entirely by the joining system and a room sealed against exterior is provided and a door made of isolated material mounted for entry and exit to front side wall-block.
Between the edge portion of the door where the door is fixed to wall-blocks by the hinges and metal parts of the wall-block where a door is fixed, a plastic material at enough quantity is applied so the thermal permeability is prevented. The hinges providing to fix the door to wall- blocks are formed strong enough to stable the door against any exterior interferences. A container for base station equipments is aims to protect and contain the equipment for a base station and provide an interior space thermal stability against the external thermal changes due to the thermal conductance of the isolation material compressed between the metal sheet plagues of the sandwich panel thereto. Thanks to the joining system formed at the edge portion of the sandwich panels characteristics for sandwich panels getting mounted to each other and being dismounted practically, repeadly usage are provided. This invention offers a resistance against the fire due to its metal based structure and nonflammable isolation material compressed between metal sheet plagues and a firmness against natural and mechanical blows and a possibility for an easier transportation due to its modular parts.
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described more in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings;
Figure l.is a view showing a dismounted form of the invention.
Figure 2.is a view showing the standard form of the invention from the front direction. Figure 3.is a view showing a cross section of the invention.
In figure 1 in a view showing a dismounted form of the invention a reference numeral 1 is a metal sheet exterior surface and a metal sheet interior surface is 2 , an isolation material compressed between the metal sheet plagues is 3, side- wall sandwich panel is 4, joining system for sandwich panels is 5, corner sandwich panel is 6, roof sandwich panel is 7, floor sandwich panel is 8, a door is 9.
An isolation material 3 is compressed between metal sheet plagues 1 and 2 so sandwich panels 4, 6, 7 and 8 are attained, sandwich panel 4 forming side- wall block , that to have bigger side- wall or roof or floor blocks formed is possible, inserted and fixed respectively corresponding one another entirely to corner sandwich panels 6, roof sandwich panels 7, floor sandwich panels 8 by the joining system 5 and a door 9 is mounted to the room which is totally covered to provide entry and exist.
A container for base station equipments is provided to be sound against natural or mechanical blows on account that the sandwich panels 4,6,7 and 8 are made of metal sheet plagues 1 and 2, and, compression of nonflammable isolation material 3 between metal sheet plagues 1 and 2 prevent metal sheet plagues 1 and 2 to touch, contact to each other , therefore a preventation for thermal permeability is provided, and the joining system 5 provides sandwich panels 4,6,7,8 mounted to each other and dismounted practically, also the sandwich panels 4,6,7,8 can be transported in their modular forms and an easier and cheaper transportation possibility is provided and a preventation against thermal permeability is provided by laminating plastic material beyond the connection line of the door 9 and metal portion of the sandwich panel 4,and a preventation against fire is provided due that the sandwich panels 4,6,7,8 consisting the invention are made of metal sheet plagues 1 and 2 between which a nonflammable isolation material 3 is compressed.
In figure 2, a view showing a container for base station equipments in a mounted form , that 4,6,7,8 sandwich panels and a door 9 is joined and fixed to each other by the joining system 5, so an interior space sealed against the exterior is provided.
In figure 3, a cross sectional view showing a container for base station equipments , joining system 5 provides sandwich panels 4,6,7,8 to fix each other firmly.
As defined above, it is an object of the present invention to provide protection specifically for base station equipments , offering innovations which are firmness against the natural or mechanical blows, resistance against fire, thermal impermeability, practically mounting and dismounting, utilization more than one and easier transportation.
