Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Bauteils, insbesondere eines Gasturbinenbauteils, durch Gießen. Erfindungsgemäß umfasst das Verfahren zumindest die folgenden Schritte: a) Bereitstellen eines Schmelztiegels; b) Bereitstellen eines Halbzeug-Granulats aus einem intermetallischen Titan-Aluminium-Werkstoff; c) Befüllen des Schmelztiegels mit dem Halbzeug-Granulat, wobei die Menge des in den Schmelztiegel gefüllten Halbzeug-Granulats der zum Gießen des Bauteil benötigten Menge entspricht; d) Schmelzen des Halbzeug-Granulats aus dem intermetallischen Titan-Aluminium-Werkstoff in dem Schmelztiegel; e) Bereitstellen einer Gussform; f) Einfüllen der Schmelze in die Gussform; g) Erstarren der Schmelze in der Gussform; h) Herauslösen des Gussbauteils aus der Gussform.
