本发明是关于一种电话音频编解码无线遥控装置, 尤指一种以话机按 键作为输入接口, 并利用音频转换辨识技术达到遥控目的的装置, 由此可 利用单一规格装置分别控制多个受控设备, 有效解决不同受控设备分具遥 控器造成使用不便的问题。 背景技术
由于电子科技的进步与高度的普及化, 一般人在日常生活中都会与各 种不同的电器设备接触, 并操作这些设备, 由于利用遥控技术, 人们只需 要执行简单的按键动作, 即可在稍远处直接遥控这些电器设备执行各种动 作, 例如: 电视、 影音播放机、 音响、 冷气机等家电, 另如车库车门、 汽 车防盗及家庭防盗等等亦广泛运用遥控技术, 由此可见, 一般人对于遥控 器倚重之深。 但由于遥控技术的普遍应用, 一般家庭光是家电用品可能就 有数个遥控器, 无形中已造成遥控器泛滥的现象, 对于使用者而言是十分 困扰的, 因此, 简化与整合遥控器是一个亟待解决的问题。 发明内容
本发明主要目的在提供一种可有效解决目前遥控器泛滥问题的整合 型遥控装置, 其可利用普及率极高的有线或无线话机作为各种遥控信号共 同输入接口, 并利用音频辨识配合既有遥控技术, 以达成单一设备遥控多 个受控设备的目的。
为达成上述目的釆取的主要技术手段是令所述遥控装置至少包括有 一音频解码发射器, 其设于话机的特定距离以内, 以便接收使用者按下话 机按键时所产生的音频信号(DTMF) , 并将其转换为遥控信号予以发射, 而 该音频解码发射器包含:
一拾音器, 其用以接收话机产生的音频信号;
一 DTMF 解码器, 其输入端连接前述拾音器, 以便将音频信号转换为 对应的数字信号;
一微控制器, 其用以将 DTMF 解码器送出的数字信号转换为特定的遥 控密码;
一放大暨发射电路, 其设于微控制器的输出端上, 用以对其输出的遥 控密码载上载波后予以发射;
由于所述音频解码发射器具有音频辨识及密码转换功能, 当使用者在 话机上按下特定的按键后, 其因按下按键所产生的音频信号将为拾音器所 接收, 经解译为数字信号, 再由微控制器转换成一组密码予以发射, 即可 遥控一对应的受控设备; 换言之, 使用者利用话机输入的每一组数字分别 代表一组密码, 而不同的密码即可分别遥控不同的受控设备, 尽管如此, 却未增加遥控器的数目, 故可达到简化与整合的目的。 附图说明

首先请参阅图 1所示, 主要是令一音频解码发射器 1 0邻近一话机在 一特定距离以内 (如 1 0公分以内) , 为方便使用, 可将音频解码发射器 10与话机 100结合在一起, 其一种可行方式是将该音频解码发射器 10以 胶合方式结合在话机 1 00的背面,由此,当话机 100因按键按下而产生 DTMF 音频信号时, 即可为该音频解码发射器 1 0所接收, 另一种方式如图 2所 示, 当话机 1 00是置放于一话机护套 1 01内时, 则前述音频解码发射器 1 0 可直接置入话机护套 101 内即可。 以上所述, 仅为该音频解码发射器 10 与话机 100结合的少数方式而已, 而前述方式仅为少数实施方式的呈现而 已, 非用以限制特定的实施方式。 又前述话机 1 00可为有线或无线话机, 其中无线话机又可为一般家用的市话无线话机或行动电话, 本实施例图中 所示者即为一行动电话。
由于话机 100上的按键被按下时, 将产生一符合 DTMF标准的音频信 号(一般称为 TONE音), 不同按键其按下所产生音频信号的频率亦不相同, 本发明即利用此项特性, 以话机 1 00作为遥控指令的输入接口, 并以不同 组合的数字组代表不同的遥控指令, 而由音频解码发射器 10接收后转换 为特定的遥控密码, 并传送予受控设备的接收器, 以达成遥控执行特定功 能的目的。 至于音频解码发射器 10的电路构造请参阅图 3所示, 其包括有: 一拾音器 11, 由一般所称的微音器或麦克风 (MIC)构成, 其用以接收 前述话机 1 00上按键按下时产生的 DTMF音频信号;
一 DTMF解码器 12, 其输入端是通过一放大器 1 3连接前述拾音器 11, 以便将音频信号先经过放大后再转换为对应的数字信号;
一^ 空制器 14 , 其主要构成包含一功能控制器 1 41及一编码器 142 , 而由功能控制器 141将 DTMF解码器 12送出的数字信号转换为特定的遥控 密码, 再由编码器 142进行编码后送出;
一放大暨发射电路 15 , 其设于微控制器的输出端上, 用以对其输出的 遥控密码载上载波后予以发射; 其可采用红外线调制或射频(RF)调制。
又请参阅图 4所示, 是前述音频解码发射器 1 0的 细电路图, 该微 控制器 14并与一内存 16连接, 以储存的预设的遥控密码; 另于本实施例 中, 该放大暨发射电路 15的发射部分采取射频(RF)方式调制。
利用前述音频解码发射器 1 0 的音频辨识及密码转换功能, 当使用者 在话机 100上按下特定的按键后, 其因按下按键所产生的音频信号即为前 述拾音器 11所接收, 经放大后由解码器 12解译为数字信号, 再由微控制 器 14转换成一组密码予以发射, 即可遥控一对应的受控设备。
至于受控设备的接收部分除可为其本身所设的接收器外, 也可为一独 立的接收解码器, 该电路构造首先请参阅图 5所示, 其包括有:
一接收暨放大电路 21 , 其用以接收前述音频解码发射器 1 0发射的遥 控信号, 并作信号放大处理;
一微控制器 22 , 主要由一解码器 221及一功能控制器 222组成, 其中 解码器 221是对前述接收暨放大电路 21输入的遥控信号进行解码, 随后 解码完成的数字信号送至功能控制器 222产生执行特定控制功能的输出信 号;
一接口电路 23 , 其设于微控制器 22的输出端上, 用以与受控设备连 结, 以便输出控制信号至受控设备执行特定的驱动或控制动作。
又请参阅图 6所示, 是前述接收解码器的详细电路图, 其中, 该微控 制器 22又与一内存 24连接, 以储存预设的密码与控制信号; 又微控制器 22于特定接脚上分设有一开关 25、 一指示灯 26及一蜂呜器 27, 其中, 开 关 25是用于切换一般使用状态或学习状态, 蜂鸣器 27是在开关 25切换 时产生声响, 又指示灯 26则在指示工作状态。
由上述说明可看出本发明的具体电路构造与工作原理, 其主要特色在 于利用音频解码发射器的特殊设计, 利用目前已人手一机而高度普及的手 机或一般家用话机作为共同的输入接口, 再利用使用者由话机输入的每一 组数字分别代表一组密码, 以不同的密码分别遥控不同的受控设备, 由此, 可在不增加遥控器数目的前提下, 达到遥控多个受控设备目的, 并有效解 决目前遥控器泛滥的问题。

权 利 要 求 书
1 . 一种电话音频编解码无线遥控装置, 其特征在于: 主要由一配合 话机使用的音频解码发射器构成, 该音频解码发射器包括有:
一拾音器, 用于接收话机按下按键时产生的 DTMF音频信号;
一 DT F 解码器, 其输入端连接所述拾音器, 用以将音频信号转换为 对应的数字信号;
一微控制器, 其输入端连接 DTMF解码器的输出端, 用以将 DTMF解码 器送出的数字信号转换为特定的遥控密码;
一放大暨发射电路, 其设于微控制器的输出端上, 用以对其输出的遥 控密码栽上载波后予以发射。
2 . 如权利要求 1所述的电话音频编解码无线遥控装置,其特征在于: 所述微控制器是由一功能控制器及一编码器组成。
3 . 如权利要求 2所述的电话音频编解码无线遥控装置,其特征在于: 所述微控制器连接有一内存。
4 . 如权利要求 1所述的电话音频编解码无线遥控装置,其特征在于: 所述放大暨发射电路是采用射频方式调制。
5 . 如权利要求 1所述的电话音频编解码无线遥控装置,其特征在于: 所述拾音器是通过一放大器与 DTMF解码器连接。
6 . 如权利要求 1所述的电话音频编解码无线遥控装置,其特征在于: 所述音频解码发射器发射信号是由一接收解码器所接收, 该接收解码器包 括有:
一接收暨放大电路, 用以接收音频解码发射器发射的遥控信号, 并作 信号放大处理;
一微控制器, 其对所述接收暨放大电路输入的遥控信号进行解码, 并 转换产生执行特定控制功能的输出信号;
一接口电路, 其设于微控制器的输出端上, 用以与受控设备连结, 以 便输出控制信号至受控设备执行特定的驱动或控制动作。
7 . 如权利要求 6所述的电话音频编解码无线遥控装置,其特征在于: 所迷微控制器主要是由一解码器及一功能控制器组成。
8 . 如权利要求 7所述的电话音频编解码无线遥控装置,其特征在于: 所迷微控制器又连接有一内存。
9 . 如权利要求 8所述的电话音频编解码无线遥控装置,其特征在于: 所迷微控制器于特定接脚上分别连接有一开关及一蜂鸣器。
