Abstract

Provided is a container for laying ashes which flows a small amount of air therein and improves the absorption and purifying functions of a moisture-proof material and an antibacterial unwoven fabric, thereby preventing the putrefaction of the ashes therein. The object of the present invention is to provide an ashes laying container which has a dual sealing structure to flow a small amount of air, in which a moisture-proof material and an antibacterial nonwoven fabric are provided therein to prevent the putrefaction of the powder ashes, which can preserve the powder ashes in an optimum state by restraining propagation of microorganism with activated charcoal or illite ceramic, and which can be easily manufactured, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.

Description

Description CONTAINER FOR LAYING ASHES Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a container for laying ashes, and more particularly to a container for laying ashes, for flowing a small amount of air to improve the absorption and purifying functions of a moisture-proof material and an antibacterial unwoven fabric, thereby preventing the putrefaction of the ashes. Background Art
[2] Due to the influence from the Confucian custom, the funeral culture has been developed. According to the funeral culture, it is believed that the corpse of an ancestor should be kept well, and the grave and gravestone should be splendid at a propitious site selected according to the theory of the configuration of the ground, and accordingly the descendants would be prosperous.
[3] On the other hand, the recent funeral culture has been gradually changed from the grave type funeral culture to the cremation type funeral culture. According to the cremation type funeral culture, the corpses of the dead are cremated and the powder ashes are kept in an ashes laying container of a charnel house.
[4] The charnel house is a structure in which many ashes laying containers are kept, and can be constructed at a public cemetery in the vicinity of a city. Further, the charnel house enables the ashes of the dead to be kept with low expenses and the surviving family can easily visit the charnel house to respect the dead.
[5] The ashes laying containers kept in a charnel house have various shapes and are formed of jade, granite, a ceramic ware, and a metal material. However, The air flow of the ashes laying container is not smooth, and moisture is generated in the interior of the ashes laying container by the dewing phenomenon due to the temperature difference between the inner and outer sides of the ashes laying container.
[6] The property of the powder ashes kept in the ashes laying container is changed by the moisture, and thus worms and bad smells are generated. Therefore, visitors of the charnel house feel unpleasant and the charnel house often becomes an object of disgust.
[7] In order to resolve the above-mentioned problems, a seal material capable of absorbing the moisture is often used in the ashes laying container. However, since the seal material is provided in the ashes laying container, the moisture sucked into the ashes laying container is not effectively removed.
[8] Especially, the currently used seal material is an obscure paper material or a synthetic resin and the ashes laying container is a sealed one, which should be urgently improved.
[9] The paper material cannot absorb and discharge the moisture in a sealed space. Further, if the paper material is preserved in the container for a long time, the stability thereof is reduced and the preserving state of the ashes become unstable. The synthetic resin deteriorates the ventilation property of the container and the sucked air generates the dewing phenomenon of the moisture. Disclosure of Invention Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a container for laying ashes that substantially obviates one or more of the problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art.
[10] An object of the present invention is to provide an shes laving container which has a dual sealing structure to flow a small amount of air, in which a moisture-proof material and an antibacterial nonwoven fabric are provided therein to prevent the putrefaction of the powder ashes, which can preserve the powder ashes in an optimum state bv restraining propagation of microorganism with activated charcoal orillite ceramic, and which can be easily manufactured, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. Technical Solution
[11] To achieve these and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the present invention, as embodied and broadly described, there is provided an ashes laying container including a body which has a space for preserving powder ashes therein, a cover opening/closing the body, and an antibacterial nonwoven fabric provided in the body, which comprises a jaw 12 protruding along the inner peripheral surface of the body 10; a partitioning member 30 formed so as to be integrally connected to the jaw 12, the partitioning member 30 having semi-spherical portions the sizes of which are different at the upper and lower portions and having a protruding portion 31 protruding so as to be curved so that an interior cover 40 is engaged at an opened portion of the upper portion thereof; a recess portion 32 formed between the partitioning member 30 and the jaw 12; a plurality of through-holes 33 formed along the peripheral portion of the partitioning member 30 and located on the upper side of the recess portion 32, an antibacterial nonwoven fabric 50 provided between the body 10 and the partitioning member 30 and on which activated charcoal and ceramic are coated to remove the moisture and prevent the putrefaction; and a plurality of air flowing holes H formed at the upper portion of the protruding portion 31 and at the upper portion of the body 10. [20] As shown in the figures, an ashes laying container 1 of the present invention includes a body having a space in which powder ashes are preserved, a cover 20 opening/closing the body 10, and moisture-proof materials 11 provided on the upper and lower sides of the interior of the body 10.
[21] The ashes laying container 1 is formed in a shape of a white porcelain or a seladon. The moisture-proof materials 11 are manufactured by making charcoals at a temperature of 500 to 700 degrees Celsius, activating the charcoal at a high temperature of 800 to 1100 degrees Celsius by using the air and steam, shattering the charcoal minutely two times, and then coating them on a nonwoven fabric. The moisture-proof materials 11 are inserted so as to be located at a bottom portion of the interior of the body 10 and between the cover 20 and the body 10 in order to block the excessive moisture introduced into the interior of the body 10 and maintain the interior of the body at a suitable humidity.
[22] The ashes laying container according to the present invention further comprises a jaw 12 protruding along the inner peripheral surface of the body 10, a partitioning member 30 formed so as to be integrally connected to the jaw 12, the partitioning member 30 having semi-spherical portions the sizes of which are different at the upper and lower portions and having a protruding portion 31 protruding so as to be curved so that an interior cover 40 is engaged at an opened portion of the upper portion thereof, a recess portion 32 formed between the partitioning member 30 and the jaw 12, a plurality of through-holes 33 formed along the peripheral portion of the partitioning member 30 and located on the upper side of the recess portion 32, and an antibacterial nonwoven fabric 50 provided between the body 10 and the partitioning member 30 and on which activated charcoal and ceramic are coated to remove the moisture and prevent the putrefaction.
[23] When manufacturing the ashes laying container 1, the partitioning member 30 is integrally connected to the jaw 12 by forming the partitioning member 30 separately from the body 10, inserting the partitioning member 30 into the body 10 through the upper portion of the body 10, attaching the partitioning member 30 to the jaw 12, and then baking the partitioning member 30 and the jaw 12 at a high temperature. The overall shape of the partitioning member 30 is similar to a cut-away upper portion of a general bottle.
[24] A recess portion 32 is formed by connecting the partitioning member 30 to the jaw 12 so that the partitioning member 30 is separated from the inner wall of the body 10. The moisture excessively generated in the interior of the body 10 gathers in the recess portion 32.
[25] The ceramic coated on the antibacterial nonwoven fabric 50 is illite ceramic which has an excellent far infrared radiating effect at an atmospheric temperature and has a strong antibacterial effect which is rare in mineral matters. The illite ceramic has a deodorizing effect, is nonpoisonous, and performs a negative ionization function. Further, since the illite ceramic radiates far infrared together with the activated charcoal, and has an air purification function, it absorbs the moisture flowed through the through-holes 33 and purifies the air in the ashes laying container, thereby preventing the putrefaction of the powder ashes received in the body 10.
[26] A plurality of air flowing holes H are formed at the upper end portion of an combining portion 13 formed at the upper portion of the body 10 with which the cover 20 is combined and at the upper end portion of the protruding portion 31 with which the interior cover 40 is combined, respectively, so that the air flows therethrough.
[27] Here, it is reasonable that minute apertures are formed between the cover 20 and the combining portion 13 and between the interior cover 40 and the protruding portion 31 so that the air flows therethrough. The body 10 is sealed by the dual structure of the cover 20 and the interior cover 40.
[28] According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FTGs. 4 and 5, an air introducing pipe 60 installed in the interior of the body 10, in which a plurality of ventilating holes 61 are formed can be further included so that the air is introduced and circulated.
[29] The air introducing tube 60 is formed of a synthetic resin or a plastic so that it has a shape of a bottle neck in which the cross-section of the lower portion thereof is narrower than that of the upper portion thereof. The air introducing tube 60 opens the bottom portion of the body 10 so that the body 10 is communicated with the exterior thereof. The air introducing tube 60 is inserted into the body 10 and is fixed to the body 10.
[30] Here, in the case the air introducing tube 60 is fixed to the opened portion of the bottom portion of the body 10, it can be fixed firmly by coating an adhesive, if necessary. A moisture-proof material 11 is stacked at the lower portion of the interior of the air introducing tube 60 so that a small amount of powder ashes introduced through the air introducing tube 60 cannot be discharged to the outside.
[31] Hereinafter, the operation and effect of the present invention will be described. In order to preserve ashes in the ashes laying container, the cover 20 is separated from the body 10 and the body 10 is opened by separating the interior cover 40 from the protruding portion 1 of the partitioning member 30 sequentially.
[32] Thereafter, the moisture-proof material 11 manufactured by coating the activated charcoal on the nonwoven fabric is located at the lower portion of the interior of the body 10, and the interior cover 40 is combined with the protruding portion 31 after inserting the ashes through the opened portion of the upper portion of the partitioning member.
[33] Further, the antibacterial nonwoven fabric 50 is located between the outside of the interior cover 40 and the body 10, and the cover 20 is combined with the combining portion 13 to seal the body 10 after the moisture-proof material 11 is located on the upper side of the interior cover 40.
[34] Then, the inner inner diameters of the cover 20 and the interior cover 40 are larger than the outer diameters of the combining portion 13 and the protruding portion 31. Through the plurality of air flowing holes H formed at the upper ends of the combining portion 13 and the protruding portion 31, the outside air can flow into the interior of the body 10.
[35] If the ashes are preserved in the ashes laying container 1 in the above-mentioned manner, since the air flows through the air flowing holes H and the through-holes 33, the moisture is removed first. Further, due to the vapor absorbing function of the moisture-proof material 11 and the antibacterial nonwoven fabric 50, the dewing phenomenon which can be generated in the body 10 is prevented. Furthermore, the propagation of the microorganism is restrained by the activated charcoal having an antibacterial function and the illite ceramic. [36] On the other hand, the vapor which is not absorbed in the moisture-proof material 11 and the antibacterial nonwoven fabric 50 due to the excessive generation of the moisture does not flow into the body 10 (since the through-holes 33 are covered by the antibacterial nonwoven fabric 50, the vapor cannot be introduced through the through- holes 33), and gathers in the recess portion 32 along the curved surface of the partitioning member 30. Further, if the weather is dry, since the absorbing functions of the moisture-proof material 11 and the antibacterial nonwoven fabric improve, the vapor in the recess portion 32 can be removed, thereby minimizing the putrefaction of the ashes.
[37] Further, since the exterior air is introduced through the air introducing tube 60 installed at the central portion of the body 10 and the air is circulated into the body 10 through the ventilation holes 61, the generation of the vapor can be prevented.
[38] As mentioned above, the ashes laying container 1 according to the present invention has a dual sealing structure in a simple manner, and the putrefaction of the ashes can be prevented by improving the moisture absorbing and antibacterial functions. Industrial Applicability
[39] According to the present invention, the ventilation in the ashes laying container is smoothly performed by the air flowing holes and the through-holes. Further, the dewing phenomenon in the body and the putrefaction of the ashes are prevented by using the moisture-proof material and the antibacterial nonwoven fabric. Claims
[1] A container for laying ashes, having a body which has a space for preserving ashes therein, a cover opening/closing the body, and an antibacterial nonwoven fabric provided in the body, the container comprising: a jaw protruding along the inner peripheral surface of the body; a partitioning member formed so as to be integrally connected to the jaw, the partitioning member having semi-spherical portions the sizes of which are different at its upper and lower portions and having a protruding portion protruding so as to be curved so that an interior cover is engaged at an opened portion of its upper portion; a recess portion formed between the partitioning member and the jaw; a plurality of through-holes formed along the peripheral portion of the partitioning member and located on the upper side of the recess portion; an antibacterial nonwoven fabric provided between the body and the partitioning member and on which activated charcoal and ceramic are coated to remove the moisture and prevent the putrefaction; and a plurality of air flowing holes formed at the upper portion of the protruding portion 31 and at the upper portion of the body.
[2] The container according to claim 1, further comprising: an air introducing tube installed in the body, having a plurality of ventilation holes for introducing and circulating the air, in which the moisture-proof material is stacked therein.
