[Title of the Invention] A MULTIPURPOSE HEATING INNER WEAR
[Field of the Invention] The present invention is related to a heating inner wear for protecting a body from the cold in winter, and in particular is related to the heating inner wear for enabling a surfaced-type heater using a semiconductor carbon heating thread with low DC voltage to be heated.
[Description of the Prior Art] Generally, in order to protect the cold in winter, winter clothes made of a good-quality material having an superior protection against wind, and an excellent property for keeping warm have been used. But such winter clothes having an superior protection against wind was a type of a general vest which is worn on an outside of a garment in order to protect an user from a cold air due to a property of the material. But, when the user is practically exposed to a outside cold and hard wind, since an efficiency for keeping warm has been reduced, the user did not feel original warm. Since a conventional vest-typed heating product worn on an outside of clothes for keeping warm is a concept of an outer garment or has a structure
to be worn inside a winter outer garment, it is not contacted closely on a body, and a loss of heating amount is generated. In addition, because a person has to wear on various garments, he has a limitation in activities. Also, since a capacity of a chargeable battery that supplies a power source to a line-shaped heater and a surface-shaped heater is small, it is necessary to exchange the battery frequently with a additional battery in order to use for a long time. Therefore, there are problems that they were not used practically in a leisure and outdoor sports or the like.
[SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION] The object of the present invention is to provide the heating inner wear uniformly for applying neoprene such as a functional material to both of the clothe's outside and inside, and transmitting heat closely by contacting the outside of the heating inner wear with a body when a surface-shaped heater made of carbon heating thread is heated, in order to solve above-mentioned problems, to minimize a unnecessary loss of a heat, and to prevent dropping the temperature of the body in emergency radically by introducing a concept of a inner wear. Also, the object of the present invention is to improve a wearing feeling as an inner wear, to protect a person from a cold for a long time by improving performance of a chargeable battery for enabling a surface-shaped heater using a semiconductor carbon heating thread to operate normally, and to prevent a sudden temperature dropping in an emergency after a limited
heating of a surface-shaped heater due to a limitation of a battery by using an functional material. A structure of the present invention to accomplish above-mentioned objects is explained as follows with referring to the drawings. The present invention relates to a multipurpose heating inner wear comprising an inner hide made of a neoprene material having an excellent elasticity and a property to keep warm, a holding case including a velcro formed on portions such as a belly, a back, and a waist of said inner hide, a surface-shaped heater inserted into the holding case and made of a semiconductor carbon heating thread for emitting a radiant heat and a far infrared ray in order to protect an user's body, a battery pack into which an operation switch and a overcurrent protection circuit for performing ON/OFF operation, and for adjusting a temperature at every stage by one-touch method are embedded, and in which a lithium-ion battery of a large capacity(7-8hours) that can be charged by an operation power source of said surface-shaped heater, an outer hide attached on said inner hide and made of a material same as that of said inner hide, a reception case formed on a left lower portion and a right lower portion of said outer hide for accommodating said battery pack, and a zipper for detaching said heating inner wear easily. Further, a multipurpose heating inner wear in which said battery pack includes a temperature adjustment switch for adjusting a temperature at every stage is provided.
[Brief Description of the Drawings] FIG. 1 is a front view of a heating inner wear into which the surface- shaped heater is embedded according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an inside in which some parts are cut off under the status that the surface-shaped heater is embedded. [Description of the Preferred Embodiment] The operation and the effects of the present invention which has the above-mentioned structure will be explained as follows in detail with referring to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a heating inner wear into which the surface- shaped heater is embedded according to the present invention. As is shown in FIG. 1 , a zipper 2 for detaching said heating inner wear 1 easily, and a reception case 4 for accommodating a chargeable battery into a right and a left lower portion of the outer hide 8 of a front section 11 (refer to FIG, 2) are formed. Further, a surface-shaped heater 6 made of a semiconductor carbon heating thread is also inserted into a holding case 10 in which a velcro 7 formed on one side of an inner hide 9 made of a
neoprene having an elasticity and a property of keeping warm as a functional material is formed. Also, A material of the inner hide 9 and the outer hide 8 of the heating inner wear according to a concept of inner wear of the present invention is made of the neoprene used as a material of a diving dress having excellent elasticity and a property of keeping warm, so that the thin heating inner wear such as a type of vest contacts to a body, thereby minimizing a inconvenience during daily activities. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an inside in which some parts are cut off under the status that the surface-shaped heater 6 made of a semiconductor carbon heating thread is embedded into the holding case 10 on which a velcro 7 is formed. A zipper 2 for detaching a vest(a heating inner wear) easily is formed on the outer hide 8 of the front section 11 , and the surface-shaped heater 6 is inserted into the holding case 10 on which a velcro 7 is formed on a belly portion of an inner hide 9. Further, the surface-shaped heater 6 is embedded into the holding case 10 on which a velcro 7 is formed, on a lower portion and an upper portion of the inner hide 9 of a back side 12, that is, a waist position, and a back position, respectively. The circulation of the blood is accelerated and metabolism is progressed smoothly. Consequently, the effects such as keeping a body in shape, and improving a weak constitution can be obtained. Accordingly, those who enjoy a sports leisure such as an autocycle, a snowmobile, and an ultra light-weighted airplane while a body is exposed to a cold weather, those who works at freezing places during a winter, and those who keep sentinel can lead an active life regardless of a cold weather by selecting a desired heating portion(a back, a belly, and a waist) arbitrarily according their own tastes, and then pressing the operation switch 13 of one touch type formed on a battery pack 3. Further, when an operation is not performed due to unintended damage, it is easy to replace it with a new one, and it is also possible to launder by processing the holding case 10 of the surface-shaped heater 6 using a semiconductor carbon heating thread and the reception case 4 of the
battery pack 3 with a velcro, and by enabling the surface-shaped heater 6 and the battery 3 to be detached easily. Further, a battery pack 3 which is inserted into a reception case 4 on formed a left and a right flank of the outer hide 8 of a vest is provided with a temperature adjustment switch 14 for adjusting a temperature at every stage, and ON/OFF operation by one-touch method using an operation switch 13 for which a soft touch is possible. Since a overcurrent protection circuit is embedded into the battery pack 3, overcharge and overdischarge can be prevented. Further, a load cuts off a power source of the battery pack 3 automatically when connection is not established. Therefore, unnecessary consumption of a power source is prevented, and a warning which indicates a remaining amount of the battery pack 3 is displayed. Moreover, since the battery pack 3 uses a lithium-ion battery of a large capacity, a consumption power of a battery is prolonged so that a heating of at least 7-8 hours can be maintained in comparison with a conventional heating of 3-4 hours. Accordingly, for heating a desired portion(a back, a waist, and a belly) of an user in the cold places such as a mountain, a valley and so on, the user of the heating inner wear according to the present invention can keep his own body warm by pressing manually an operation switch 13 of one touch type of a chargeable battery 3 connected to the surface-shaped heater 6 through the electrical wiring so that a desired portion can be heated. It is to be noted that a size and an insertion
position of the surface-shaped heater of a multipurpose heating inner wear of the present invention as described above may be changed for adapting to a cold environment. Further, it is natural that the capacity of the battery may be increased for a heating vest to be used for a long time. From above descriptions, it is apparent that the heating inner wear of the present invention is a concept of a heating inner wear which is operated at a low DC voltage. Since a heating loss can be minimized and a body activity is not restricted by using a new material, and a battery of a large capacity having diverse functions is used, heating and keeping warm can be maintained for a long time. Therefore, there is an keeping warm effect that protects those who are engaged in outdoor activities for a long time, or under a low-temperature environment, and those who are involved in a leisure and sports field from a surrounding cold weather. Further, in comparison a conventional heating vest, the present invention has very superior temperature uniformity, and heating effect. Further, since it is possible to generate heat to a waist, a back and a belly selectively or collectively, according to an individual's traits and tastes, and a far infrared ray is emitted in case of heating, biological cells of a body are activated. The circulation of the blood is accelerated, metabolism is progressed smoothly, and a weak constitution is improved.
