Description

COVER FOR DRINK CAPS OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a lid for beverage cans that allows to obtain the best hygienic conditions when ingesting the product and thus guarantee the consumer that The surface that comes into contact with the lips has been protected from the outside at all times, thus offering a guarantee and hygiene to the user, which allows drinking directly from the can without any risk or fear. During packaging the can will be subjected to optimal hygienic conditions that will be preserved if this lid is placed at the end of the packaging process. In addition, it allows the user to distinguish at a glance if the packaging has been tampered with and therefore violated its hygiene guarantee. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION At present there are beverage cans that incorporate protective caps that are coupled in correspondence with the upper base where the opening device of said can is located. All this in order to preserve the cleaning and hygiene of the can, precisely through the opening area where the user then drinks or pours the contents. For example, Utility Model No. 9502598 consists of a protective and hygienic lid for beverage cans that basically comprises a hollow cylindrical body in the shape of a small bowl, whose side wall has a "U" shaped extension as continuation of that side wall. This extension serves as an element to more easily remove the lid from the can. Another cover corresponds, for example, to Utility Model No. 200101910. On the other hand, there is a register consisting of a beverage bottle cover that incorporates an element of security seal attached, by means of breakage appendages, to the free edge of the main body of this lid, a body that comprises a general cup shape, so that this seal element allows us to check with the naked eye whether the container has been tampered with. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The lid for beverage cans constituting the object of the invention is characterized in that it comprises a main body formed in principle by two hollow cylindrical portions in the form of a small bowl, a lower one that is coupled in correspondence with the base top of the can to protect it and an upper portion that constitutes a cabin where you can store toy items, advertising, such as chips or "chaps" that are also incorporated in bags of potatoes, for example, and used by children to play . In that upper base is the opening ring. You can also paste stickers, decals and ultimately what the company in question deems appropriate as a promotional method and meets the necessary dimensions to fit in said space of the upper portion. Normally, the upper portion will have a smaller dimension than the lower portion. It should also be noted that the upper portion may be off-center, also including the possibility that such upper portion has a different shape than the circular. The free edge of the lower portion is capable of incorporating an annular shoulder directed inwards to ensure its anchoring to the can in correspondence with its upper base. In turn, this same edge of the lower portion includes a small side flap directed outwards to more easily remove the cover assembly. The upper base of the can is limited by a protruding outwardly flanged flange, below which an upwardly inclined inclined surface is defined that forms part of the perimeter wall of the can, inclined surface ending in a recessed area above of which is the flange returned. In another embodiment of the cover, the annular shoulder is dispensed with and instead a seal element is included which is characterized in that it comprises an annular body attached to the free edge of the main body by means of breakage appendages, so that that annular body has a protruding inward portion that is located at the deepest part of the recessed area bounded between the perimeter edge of the boat or can and the sloping surface converging upwards. The annular shoulder of the first embodiment will also fit into that deeper part. The side flap is provided to facilitate the manipulation of the lid assembly for opening, so that when the seal element is included, when the aforementioned flap is pulled up, the main body of the lid will be detached, the separation being produced by the breakage appendages, the seal element associated with the can being reported to have been manipulated. The seal element is associated with the can, since its inner diameter is smaller than the diameter of the returned flange and its extraction is not possible. Next, in order to facilitate a better understanding of this descriptive report and forming an integral part thereof, some figures are attached in which the object of the invention has been represented by way of illustration and not limitation. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1.- Shows a perspective view of the lid for beverage cans, object of the invention. Figure 2.- Shows a sectional view of the cover of the invention. Figure 3.- Shows a sectional view of the lid with another embodiment different from that shown in the previous figures. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Considering the numbering adopted in the figures, in a first embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, the lid for beverage cans is determined from a hollow main body 1 which in principle comprises a lower portion greater in the form of a bowl 2 and a hollow upper portion 3, also in the form of a bowl, which starts from the base of the first lower portion 2. From the free edge of the lower portion 2 emerges a perimeter shoulder 4 directed inwards to ensure the anchor of the lid assembly on the beverage can. Also from that free edge, but outwardly, a small side flap 5 is removed to remove and separate the lid from the corresponding can 6. Within the interior hollow determined by the upper portion 3, game elements can be introduced. Furthermore, on the flat outer surface of the base 7 of the upper portion 3, any message and / or promotional action can be printed and / or stamped inside and / or inside. On the other hand, the resulting annular surface 8 of the corresponding lower portion with its base can also be used for the same advertising purposes as the base 7 of the upper portion 3.. The upper base 9 of the can 6 where the opening ring 10 is located, is limited by a rimmed flange 11, below which there is a recessed channel 12 where a lower surface e inclined 13 of the side wall of the boat 6, inclined surface 13 which is convergent upwards until it ends in that recessed channel 12 where the perimeter shoulder 4 of the corresponding cover will be anchored. In a second embodiment shown in Figure 3, the main body 1 'of the lid assembly lacks the perimeter projection 4 to ensure its connection to the can, but instead incorporates a seal element determined by an annular body 14 which is it joins the lower portion 2 by means of small rupture appendages 15, said annular body 14 constituting a seal element that betrays if the lid assembly has been tampered with, since when trying to open said lid the breakage of the lid will occur. small appendages 15, this detail that will be easily visible, always remaining the seal element associated with the corresponding canister or can 6. For this purpose, this seal element 14 incorporates an inwardly projecting portion located in the recessed channel 12 of the canister or can 6, so that the seal element 14 will be linked to the can 6 without being able to be removed, since its inner diameter is smaller than the diameter of the flange you return ado 11 of the upper base 9 of the corresponding canister 6.
