Abstract

The invention relates to a damper comprising a hydraulic shut-off valve (10) which is disposed inside a distributor (11) such that a coil (13) can be used to control and regulate the passage of fluid from the compression chamber to the auxiliary chamber (9) which is defined between two co-axial tubular bodies (1 and 2) that form part of the damper assembly. According to the invention, the activation of the coil (13) causes the axial movement of the valve (10) such that, in the activated position, the fluid passes from the compression chamber (6) to the auxiliary chamber (9) through opposing grooves in the valve and the distributor. Alternatively, when the coil is in the deactivated position, the flow of fluid is almost completely stopped.

1.- AMORTIGUADOR HIDRÁULICO CON BLOQUEO HIDRÁULICO EN COMPRESIÓN, siendo del tipo que comprende dos cuerpos tubulares coaxiales, exterior (1) e interior (2) , entre los que se forma una cámara de compensación (9) , conteniendo ésta y el cuerpo tubular interior (2) un fluido y un pistón (3) con su vastago de accionamiento (4), definiendo el pistón (3) dos cámaras: una de tracción (5) y otra de compresión (6) , realizándose el paso de fluido en los movimientos relativos entre la rueda y el chasis del vehículo donde el amortiguador está montado, de una a otra cámara, a través de orificios calibrados y válvulas previstas en el pistón (3) , existiendo entre el cuerpo tubular interior (2) y la cámara de compensación (9) una válvula de bloqueo hidráulico (10) que permite el bloqueo hidráulico del recorrido de la rueda cuando ésta se aproxima al chasis del vehículo, caracterizado porque la válvula de bloqueo hidráulico (10) presenta una estructura en forma de cazoleta y se encuentra ajustada dentro de un distribuidor fijo tubular (11) cerrando un extremo del cuerpo tubular interior (2) del amortiguador, y dicha válvula de bloqueo hidráulico (10) está asociada a una bobina eléctrica (13) para controlar y limitar el paso del fluido desde la cámara de compresión (6) a la cámara de compensación (9) ; todo ello en orden a que en la posición activada de la bobina se permite el paso de un caudal de fluido hacia la cámara de compensación (9) , mientras que en la posición de reposo ese caudal de fluido es el mínimo debido al ajuste con holgura del distribuidor (11) y la válvula de bloqueo hidráulico (10) , reduciéndose así de forma importante la velocidad a la que el vastago de accionamiento (4) se introduce en el amortiguador. 1.- HYDRAULIC SHOCK ABSORBER WITH HYDRAULIC BLOCKING IN COMPRESSION, being of the type that comprises two coaxial tubular bodies, exterior (1) and interior (2), between which a compensation chamber (9) is formed, containing this and the tubular body inside (2) a fluid and a piston (3) with its actuator rod (4), the piston (3) defining two chambers: one of traction (5) and another of compression (6), the passage of fluid being carried out in the relative movements between the wheel and the chassis of the vehicle where the shock absorber is mounted, from one to another chamber, through calibrated holes and valves provided in the piston (3), existing between the inner tubular body (2) and the chamber of compensation (9) a hydraulic blocking valve (10) that allows the hydraulic blocking of the path of the wheel when it approaches the chassis of the vehicle, characterized in that the hydraulic blocking valve (10) has a structure in the shape of a cazolet ay is fitted within a fixed tubular distributor (11) closing one end of the inner tubular body (2) of the shock absorber, and said hydraulic blocking valve (10) is associated with an electrical coil (13) to control and limit the passage of the fluid from the compression chamber (6) to the compensation chamber (9); all this in order that in the activated position of the coil a flow of fluid is allowed to pass to the compensation chamber (9), while in the rest position that flow of fluid is the minimum due to the adjustment with clearance of the distributor (11) and the hydraulic lock valve (10), thus significantly reducing the speed that the drive rod (4) is inserted in the damper.
