Abstract

A process for the preparation of 1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid derivative of formula (I) reacting compound of formula (III) with compound of formula (IV) to yield 1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid derivative of formula (I) and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
