Abstract

L'invention concerne un système combiné de production d'eau chaude et de chauffage (1) comprenant un moyen d'approvisionnement en eau chaude (10) et une pompe (11) servant à pomper l'eau à partir du moyen d'approvisionnement en eau chaude (10) pour l'acheminer à un premier circuit d'eau (2; 3) et à un deuxième circuit d'eau (2; 3). La fourniture d'eau chaude au premier et au deuxième circuit (2; 3) est régulée par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un moyen faisant office de soupape (H; HW). Ce système (1) comprend en outre un moyen de régulation (8), qui comprend un temporisateur pouvant fixer des périodes de dissipation de chaleur prédéterminées. Le moyen de régulation (8) est utilisé lorsque que le moyen d'approvisionnement en eau chaude (10) est en fonctionnement et pendant les périodes de dissipation de chaleur pour que le ou les moyens faisant office de soupape (H; HW) empêchent la fourniture d'eau chaude à partir du moyen d'approvisionnement en eau chaude (10) au premier et/ou au deuxième circuit d'eau (2; 3).
