Abstract

The invention relates to a machine and a method for wet-cleaning, finishing and drying textiles, in particular items of washing and articles of clothing. Said machine comprises a housing (9) with a predominantly round construction and an inner conical drum (1), whose lower circumference is enlarged and into which several supports (19) for the suspension of textiles can be fixed. The vertical rotational shaft of the drum (1) is connected concentrically in a fixed manner to the motor shaft of an electric motor (8), thus achieving a lateral rotary displacement of the textiles when the motor is operating. The base region of the housing (9) comprises an enlarged section (22) that faces outwards and is configured as an attachment, said enlarged section having at least one connection for air (23), in particular for ventilation and at least one drain connection.
