Abstract

A character capable of coupling to a container closed by a cap includes a character main body and an assembling member coupled to the character main body, the assembling member being provided with an insertion space in which the cap is inserted and fixed.

Description

[SPECIFICATION] [TITLE OF THE INVENTION] STRUCTURE OF CHARACTER JOINED CONTAINER [TECHNICAL FIELD]
The present invention relates to a character that is
designed in a predetermined flexible shape and to be easily
coupled to a container such as a beverage container. [BACKGROUND ART]
Generally, a beverage container is sealed by a cap to
prevent liquid contained therein from inadvertently leaking.
When it is intended to drink the liquid, the user removes the
cap from the container. When there is a residual in the
container, the user recaps the container.
The cap is generally formed of synthetic resin. The
caps are generally formed in an identical shape even if they
are coupled to different containers. Therefore, the caps do
not affect on the marketing effect. Therefore, a beverage container that is combined with
a cap on which a character is coupled has been proposed. The
character is formed of synthetic resin. However, when the character is formed on the synthetic resin, the quality of
the character is deteriorated.
Therefore, when the needlework character is associated
with the cap, the quality of the character can be improved.
However, in this case, since the needlework character cannot
be maintained in a fixed state, it is difficult to assemble
the needlework character on the cap.
[SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION] The present invention has been made in an effort to solve
the above-described problems.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a
character that can be easily assembled and joint on a cap for
a beverage container. It is another object of the present invention to provide
a character that is not inadvertently removed from a cap when
it is fixed on the cap.
To achieve the above objects, the present invention
provides a character capable of coupling to a container closed
by a cap includes a character main body and an assembling
member coupled to the character main body, the assembling
member being provided with an insertion space in which the cap is inserted and fixed.
[BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION]
FIG.1 is a partly broken perspective view of a character
according to an embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a character coupled to
a container. [BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described
in detail hereinafter in conjunction with the accompanying
drawings .
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention.
A character of the present invention is formed of fabric
material through needlework so that it can be flexible. A
character 10 includes a main body 11 and an assembling member
20 inserted on a bottom of the character main body 11.
The assembling member 20 is designed having an insertion
space 21 with an opened bottom.
The assembling member 20 is provided at an inner surface
with an inner hooking step 22 projected inward and a plurality
of hooking projection 23 projected inward.
The assembling member 20 is formed of synthetic resin, preferably, rigid synthetic resin.
The hooking projection 23 is provided in plurality
arranged spacing away from each other or in a single
projection. A cap 30 to which the character 10 will be coupled may
include a cap main body 31 coupled to a beverage container,
a spouting member movably coupled to the cap main body 31 to
allow the user to easily drink the beverage, and an outer cap
50 removably coupled to an outer circumference of the cap main
body 31.
The spouting member 40 is designed to be coupled to an
inner-upper portion of the outer cap 50 and capable of
elevating by a predetermined distance to allow the user to
easily drink the beverage. The outer cap 50 is inserted in the insertion space 21
of the assembly member 20. The outer cap 50 is provided with
an outer hooking step 51 that is to be hooked on the inner
hooking step 22 of the assembling member 20 and a hooking
groove 52 that is to be interlocked with the hooking
projection 23 of the assembling member 20.
The outer hooking step 51 and the hooking groove 52 are
not limited to this embodiment. For example, when the cap is directly coupled to the container, they may be formed on
the cap so that the assembling member 20 can be assembled and
coupled to the cap.
There may be provided means for allowing the assembling
member 20 and the outer cap 50 that are coupled to each other
to integrally rotate, thereby allowing the outer cap 50 to
be easily removed from the cap main body 31 by rotating the
character 10.
In this embodiment, although the hooking projection 23
is formed on the inner surface of the assembling member 20
and the hooking groove 52 is formed on the outer circumference
of the outer cap 50, the present invention is not limited to
this case. For example, the hooking groove may be formed on
the assembling member 20 while the holing projection is formed
on the outer cap.
The assembling member 20 is fixed on a portion of the
character main body 11 by adhesive.
The character 10 is designed to be coupled to the
container filled with the beverage. That is, the cap main
body 31 is coupled to an outlet portion of the container and
the spouting member 40 is inserted into the cap main body 31
and the outer cap 50 is removably coupled to the spouting member 40 and the cap main body, thereby constituting the cap
30.
When the outer cap 50 coupled to the cap main body 31
is inserted in the insertion space 21 of the assembling member
20 formed on the character main body 11, the character 10 is
fixed thereon.
That is, when the outer cap 50 is inserted in the
insertion space 21 of the assembling member 20, the outer
hooking step 51 is interlocked with the inner hooking step
22, the advancement of the outer cap 50 is restricted, and
at the same time, as the hooking projection 23 is inserted
into the hooking groove 52, the assembling of the character
on the container is securely realized.
When rotating the character in a direction, the outer
cap 50 rotates together with the assembling member 20, thereby
being separated from the cap main body 31. At this point,
the spouting member 40 is elevated by a predetermined height
and then separated from the outer cap 50. As a result, the
user can easily drink the beverage through the spouting member
40.
At the user drinks the beverage, the user fixes the
character 10 on the cap main body 31 so that the outer cap 50 can be coupled to the cap main body 31. At this point,
the elevated spouting member 40 is descended.
[EFFECT OF THE INVENTION] The present invention can be applied to any container
containing any kinds of liquids.
