Description

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FIJACIÓN DE MUÑECOS Y SIMILARES A PRENDAS DE VESTIR, ÚTIL PARA STT REALIZACIÓN Y PRENDA QUE LO INCORPORA PROCEDURE FOR THE SETTING OF DOLLS AND SIMILAR TO CLOTHING, USEFUL FOR STT REALIZATION AND GARMENT THAT INCLUDES IT
In addition, the process according to the present invention provides an aesthetic effect that facilitates its use by users of all ages. Essentially, the present invention makes it possible to fix said items such as dolls in varied places of the garments with great simplicity, speed and security and the location can be changed very easily, all without affecting the characteristics of the garment itself, no need to cross or pinch it. In order to achieve its objectives, the present invention is based on a method for fixing dolls in garments comprising the combination of two bodies that attract each other by magnetic attraction, for example, a magnetized element and another magnetized element or simply magnetizable, the first one having an appropriate external protection inside the article to be fixed on the garment and the other element being arranged inside the garment on which it is desired to fix said article, approximating both of them elements through the fabric of the garment until by Magnetic attraction is firmly fastened one element with the other with the result that the article to be attached to the garment is held at the desired point of it in a simple and non-aggressive manner at all for the garment. The present invention also relates to the tool for carrying out the process, which comprises a set of two bodies that are attracted by magnetic force, one of which is capable of being incorporated inside a garment and the other inside the article. that you want to fix to said garment. The only condition that the tool must meet is that the magnetic force between both elements is sufficient for the retention of the article on the garment, that is to say, that it is substantially greater than the weight of the article to be fixed. Although in an embodiment the place of the garment in which the fixation of the article is fixed may be variable at any point of the same, in other versions the element of magnetizable or magnetized material corresponding to the garment may be arranged in a small inner or outer bag incorporated into said garment, giving rise to a permanent fixation point of the desired article. As is evident, for the constitution of the two magnetized elements or of magnetizable materials, any currently known technical materials having such properties may be used. In particular, materials with high coercive force will be chosen to allow the incorporation of elements of small dimensions both inside the garment and inside the article to be attached to it. The present invention will also comprise the garments that incorporate the useful object thereof, for example, pants, jacket, shirt or others, in which by means of a small internal bag they receive one of the two elements of the fixing tool. For better understanding, representative drawings of preferred embodiments of the present invention are attached by way of explanatory but not limitative example. Figure 1 shows in perspective the view of a garment on which an article in accordance with the present invention is fixed. Figure 2 shows a cross section of a magnetic element used in the invention. Figure 3 shows a front view of the element itself represented in Figure 2. Figures 4 and 5 represent front views of other embodiments of magnetic elements to be used in the present invention. Figure 6 schematically shows the relative arrangement of the magnetic or magnetized elements for fixing items to garments according to the present invention. Figure 7 shows an arrangement in which the article to be fixed has already been incorporated on top of the desired garment. Figure 8 shows a schematic variant in which the magnetic device of the garment is incorporated into an internal bag thereof. Figure 9 shows a variant in which the magnetic device incorporated into the garment is arranged inside a small front envelope of it. Figures 10 and 11 show both exterior and sectional views of the placement of an article in a pocket of the garment. Figure 12 shows the incorporation of an article in another garment, for example, pants. Figures 13 and 14 are sectional views of variants of the arrangement shown in Figure 12. As seen in the figures, the present invention provides the means for fixing an article, for example, a doll -1- in the desired point of a garment -2-, for example, a shirt. For this, two elements are available that can attract each other by magnetic force, of which at least one of them will be a body with a magnetic field, either due to the characteristics of the material or by magnetization by means of an external magnetic field and the other may be a body not magnetized but capable of being attracted by the magnetic field of the first, or a magnetized body of the same characteristics of the first, said first and second bodies being magnetically attracted to each other. The force of magnetic attraction between the two elements must meet the condition that the transverse effort of sliding separation of one element over the other is greater than the weight of the article to be fixed. Figure 2 shows one of said elements -3- provided with an external envelope -4- and Figure 3 shows the external shape of said element -5- which can be circular. Figures 4 and 5 have represented other of the multiple forms that can take the elements used in the embodiment of the invention, such as a square shape of the element -6- of figure 4 or of an oval shape of the element -1 - of figure 5, it being understood that these embodiments are only exemplary limiting and that there can be a wide variety of equally satisfactory forms for such elements. Figures 6 and 7 show the arrangement of one of the elements -8- inside the garment -9- and the other element -10- inside the article -11- to be fixed, so that the Magnetic attraction force from one to the other of the elements will allow its firm placement as seen in Figure 7 so that the article -11- is well held because the magnetic force of attraction between the two elements -8- and - 10- is greater than the weight of said article -11-. In figure 8 an embodiment is shown in which the object to be fixed -12- and having its internal magnetic element -13- is fixed to the garment -1 - which has a magnetic element -15- mounted inside of a small bag or fixed envelope -16-. Figure 9 shows the variant in which the object to be fixed -17- incorporates an internal magnetic element -18- and is incorporated into the garment -19- which has a small front bag -20- inside which it is arranged the other magnetic element -21-. In figures 10 and 11 a variant is shown in which the place of attachment is a pocket of a garment represented in this case by the shirt -22-, so that in the pocket -23- the interior can be incorporated magnetic element -24- that will be combined with element -25- of article -26- that it is desired to attach to the garment. Fixing by means of the process of the present invention can also be carried out on other garments, such as the pants -27- of Figures 12 to 14, it being understood that said fixing could also take place on other garments such as jackets, coats or raincoats , boots, etc. It could also be applied to clothing accessories such as bags, backpacks or others. In the case of figures 12 to 14, the pants -27- can be magnetically fixed a case -28- to contain dolls and the like, as toys and / or accessories thereof, being able to use any of the versions explained above, having represented in figures 13 and 14 which correspond to two magnetic elements -29- and -30- incorporated respectively to the article to be fixed -28- which can be a case and to the pants -27- by means of an internal bag -31- or similar . In the case of figure 14, the same article -28- is fixed to the pants -27- when it presents an external bag -32- with one of the magnetic elements -33- inside.
