Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Substanzen mit feindispergiertem Gas. Als Substanzen können flüssige und pastöse Materialien vorgesehen sein. Um diese Substanzen mit Gas, beispielsweise bei Raumtemperatur stabile oder metastabile Gas wie Luft, Sauerstoff, Ozon oder Kohlendixid anzureichern, wird eine Vorrichtung (1, 100) vorgeschlagen, die im wesentlichen aus einem Wirbelerzeuger (6, 106) besteht und einem in Durchflussrichtung (12, 112) nachgeschaltetem Stoppelement (10, 110) zu Herbeiführung einer laminaren Strömung.
