The present invention relates to a novel device for easily applying a condom onto a male sex organ. Said device consists of a sleeve (2) and a circular holder (1) in the form of a flat ring enabling a condom to be positioned in a groove (8) between a pair of mutually connected flanges of which one (4) is stationary and attached to the inside edge of the holder while the other (3) is movable and attached to the lower end of the sleeve so that when the flanges are spaced apart, the condom is stretched open and ready to be slid over a penis. A sanitary container (9) is used as the storage means for a condom mounted on the flange prior to the positioning thereof on a penis.

DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un nouveau dispositif permettant d'enfiler aisément un préservatif dans l'organe sexuel de l'homme. Le nouveau dispositif de port de préservatif est constitué d'un manchon et d'un support circulaire sous forme d'anneau plat sur lequel s'effectue l'opération de montage du préservatif sur deux demi-colorettes en jonction dont l'une est fixée sur sa circonférence intérieure et l'autre mobile fixée à l'extrémité inférieure du manchon. Un réservoir hygiénique sert de moyen de conservation au préservatif monté sur la colorette avant son enfilage dans le pénis. Traditionnellement pour porter un préservatif, l'homme doit le sortir de son enveloppe de protection tout en évitant de le déchirer, en pincer le bout et l'enfiler d'une seule main. Cette méthode traditionnelle d'enfilage du préservatif pose des problèmes pratiques. En effet le déroulement du préservatif n'est pas toujours total, car le glissement de ce dernier sur le pénis se heurte à des plissements de la peau, ce qui peut être cause de l'éjection du préservatif du sexe, de sa dégradation (déchirure, infiltration d'air). La conséquence de ces problèmes pratiques est le risque d'absence de la protection parfaite recherchée contre les grossesses indésirées et les maladies sexuellement transmissibles (V.l.H. et gonococcie). La méthode traditionnelle d'enfilage du préservatif peut être également une cause de rejet de son utilisation du fait de la durée de toutes les étapes de sa préparation aggravée par l'état de fébrilité émotionnelle où se trouvent les partenaires. Certaines couches de la société tels que les handicapés de main, les non voyants, les personnes en état d'ivresse peuvent par la méthode traditionnelle d'enfilage du préservatif éprouver d'énormes difficultés du fait de leur état physique. La recherche sur l'état de la technique a été faite en investiguant une majorité de brevets classés dans la rubrique A 61 ¥6 I 04. On connaît également un brevet (FR 2 82 77 59) qui décrit un dispositif et un procédé applicateur de préservatif masculin sur un organe comportant en plus du préservatif un anneau fermé sur lequel est enroulé la membrane du préservatif. Ce moyen applicateur du préservatif sur l'organe nécessite une fabrication de condom spécifique comportant un anneau. On connaît également un brevet EP 10 66 002 Al (dispositif et procédé pour faciliter l'insertion du pénis dans un préservatif). Ces deux inventions présentent beaucoup de complexité quant à leur technique de fabrication. Le nouveau dispositif de port d'un préservatif masculin objet de la présente invention résoud les inconvénients majeurs soulevés dans la phase préparatoire d'enfilage et dans le port même du préservatif. Il est constitué d'un manchon (2) terminé à son bout inférieur par une demi- colorette (3). Le manchon sert aussi de poignet au dispositif pour faciliter l'opération d'enfilage du préservatif dans le pénis. Le corps du dispositif est un support circulaire d'environ 4,7cm en forme d'anneau plat (1) sur lequel repose sur sa circonférence intérieure une autre demi-colorette (4) face à la première demi-colorette qui est mobile grâce au mouvement de translation du manchon. Le nouveau dispositif objet de l'invention permet un montage aisé du préservatif. Pour ce faire il doit être dans sa position fermée (planchell). Pendant cette phase de contact des deux demi-colorettes, on fixe facilement le préservatif dans la gorge de la colorette (voir position préservatif fig.l). Le montage du préservatif d'après le nouveau dispositif objet de l'invention se fait selon les étapes suivantes : 1- pousser sur le manchon vers le bas pour mettre les deux demi-colorettes en position de contact (planche II). 2- Retirer le préservatif de son emballage. 3- Loger le préservatif dans la gorge de la colorette selon le sens de port (figure 1.8). 4- Appuyer sur la tirette au moment de l'érection et soulever le manchon pour mettre le dispositif en position ouverte. Lors de cette opération le préservatif tend à s'étirer pour atteindre son diamètre maximum jusqu'à ce que la butée soit fonctionnelle. Dès cet instant, la colorette mobile épouse parfaitement la circonférence intérieure du support dans sa partie inférieure face à la colorette fixe. Le mouvement est facilité par les stries sur la tirette et sur le guide qui empêchent le glissement des doigts favorisé par la résistance du préservatif qui tend à ramener la demi-colorette mobile du manchon à sa position initiale. 5- Pincer le bout du préservatif pendant que le pénis en érection est positionné au centre. 6- Tenir le manchon du dispositif et placer le sexe au centre du support.
