Abstract
L'invention concerne un système, une méthode et un appareil antiterroriste permettant de lutter contre des activités criminelles, destinés à isoler des terroristes et des personnes impliquées dans des activités criminelles par la création d'un stimulus audiovisuel prédéterminé dans des environnements publics ou privés contrôlés, de sorte à éliciter des réponses, des réactions et des changements de jugement humains spécifiques, chez des terroristes ou d'autres individus impliqués dans des activités criminelles. Ces stimuli sont également utilisés pour créer des points de stimuli multiples dans un environnement contrôlé par la dissémination de renseignements en temps réel révélés au grand public. Cette action permet de créer d'autres changements de jugement observables chez des terroristes et des individus impliqués dans des activités criminelles, puisque les gens deviennent plus conscients de leur environnement et des personnes qui le constituent. Des réactions de suspicion sont surveillées par la population, ainsi que par du personnel de sécurité situé sur place ou en retrait, par un système de caméra en temps réel. Le stimulus audiovisuel est fourni par les agences de renseignements les plus actives de la nation, ce qui stimule d'autant plus les terroristes et autres individus impliqués dans des activités criminelles pour qu'ils manifestent des changements d'action physique ou de jugement suspects ou réservés, en raison de l'incertitude concernant les nouvelles informations pouvant être divulguées. Ceci constitue également un sujet continuel d'intérêt pour le grand public en raison de la nature continuellement changeante des informations. Ce système comprend un méthode permettant d'effectuer un appel immédiat 'e-911' ou un appel de numéro d'urgence concernant le terrorisme, au moyen d'un dispositif de communication d'urgence spécialement conçu. Ce système permet à des zones de forte population d'être stratégiquement stimulées de sorte à isoler des terroristes parmi le grand public, dans des endroits publics à haut risque, notamment des aéroports, des frontières, des bâtiments publics, des tribunaux, des hôtels, des événements sportifs et d'autres cibles à haut risque pour des terroristes potentiels. Ce système peut également être utilisé pour disséminer rapidement des alertes orange dans tout le pays.
