Abstract

The invention relates to a device which is used to determine the output of at least two operational means (1, 8) which transfer rotational energy to a machine (4) by means of a common shaft comprising an oriented axis. A shaft part (2, 5) of the associated operational means (1, 8) thereof is subjected to torque which is associated, respectively with each operational means (1, 8) and is in the direction of a machine (4). Said torque is a measurement of the power released by the respective operational means (1, 8). The respective torque leads to proportional torsion and/or mechanical tension of the shaft part (2, 5) which is to be determined with the aid of at least one optical and/or magnetic sensor (3, 6).
