Abstract

L'invention concerne des méthodes non oxydatives destinées à la fabricaiton à grande échelle de pyridoxamine (I) (4-aminométhyl-3-hydroxy-5-hydroxyméthyl-2-méthylpyridine) de formule (I), et des sels associés. Cette invention a aussi trait à des composés intermédiaires pour la synthèse de pyridoxamine, ainsi qu'à des compositions et à des méthodes de traitement et/ou de prévention de troubles liés à la formation de produits finaux de la glycation avancée post-Amadori.
