Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé et sur un système d'identification de la mitose sur la base de la morphologie et de classification d'images numériques. Selon cette invention, on analyse et on corrige, si besoin, des paramètres de luminance tels que l'intensité, etc., provenant de l'image numérique d'un échantillon biologique (par exemple, des cellules tissulaires) sur lequel a été appliqué un composé chimique (tel qu'un colorant de marqueur). On analyse également des paramètres morphologiques (tels que taille, rapport d'allongement, parallélisme, rugosité de surface, forme de coques convexes, etc.) à partir de composantes individuelles à l'intérieur de l'échantillon biologique. On procède à une conclusion médicale (type et comptage de cellules mitotiques) ou à une conclusion d'expérimentations biologiques et biotechnologiques à partir des paramètres morphologiques et de luminance analysés. Le procédé et le système de l'invention peuvent être utilisés pour mette au point des applications en vue d'obtenir automatiquement un diagnostic médical (par exemple, un diagnostic de carcinome).
