Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un procédé pour l'analyse simultanée, dans un format homogène, pour la détection de plusieurs séquences cibles d'acides nucléiques. L'invention utilise des sondes de capture conjuguées à des substrats qui sont diférenciables en fonction d'une signature spectrale unique en combinaison avec des sondes rapporteuses ayant une étiquette séparément détectable. En présence d'une séquence cible, des complexes détectables sont formés qui sont différenciables pour chaque combinaison de cible, sonde de capture et sonde rapporteuse.
