Abstract

The invention relates to an ultrasonic dispersion device (100) for dispersing mixtures of substances that are in a liquid to viscous state. Said device comprises a housing (110) with an inlet (111) for supplying the substances to be dispersed, an outlet (112) for delivering the dispersed substances and an oscillating body (120) that is situated in the housing (110) for executing mechanical oscillations. The aim of the invention is to obtain an average particle size in the nanometre range in a cost-effective manner. To achieve this, a rotatably mounted rotor (130) is provided inside the housing (110) and an end face (121) of the oscillating body (120) lies against an end face (131) of the rotor (130), thus forming a working chamber (122). A substance to be dispersed can be conducted through the working chamber (122) for a dispersion operation.
