Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour traiter des transactions entre au moins une société acheteuse et au moins une société vendeuse, d'où la création d'un nouvel ensemble de données collaboratives. Dans un mode de réalisation, le procédé consiste à fournir une mémoire de données centrale accessible aux utilisateurs de la société acheteuse et aux utilisateurs de la société vendeuse. Des données relatives à un ordre d'achat et à la facturation sont obtenues et comparées au moyen d'un ordinateur, afin d'identifier un enregistrement couplé comportant des données concernant un ordre d'achat et la facturation correspondante. Un ensemble de données collaboratives dans la mémoire de données centrale est créé, basé en partie sur l'enregistrement couplé et stockant dans la mémoire de données centrale des informations détaillées concernant le paiement d'un enregistrement couplé comportant des données d'ordres d'achat et des données de facturations correspondantes.
