Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de filtration respiratoire électronique portable alimenté par batteries se présentant sous la forme d'un masque électronique offrant la meilleure alternative au masque de type en papier filtre classique. L'invention fait appel à une technique d'ionisation électronique et à un champ électrostatique pour éliminer les particules domestiques atmosphériques, la poussière, les pollens, les contaminants, les bactéries, les virus, la fumée et les mauvaises odeurs à partir de l'air inhalé et de l'air exhalé. Elle permet d'interagir avec la respiration à la manière d'un système de canalisation d'écoulement d'air et d'acheminer l'air inhalé et l'air exhalé à travers des éléments filtrants électroniques, un cache-persienne avant et un élément de protection de cache-persienne arrière servant de préfiltres. Ce système requiert un très faible courant de fonctionnement et fait appel à des batteries domestiques de petite taille. Ledit système de filtration présente un faible poids et une résistance à l'écoulement d'air insignifiante. En outre, il est intégré dans le masque, lequel est relié à un système de commande par l'intermédiaire d'un câble de connexion.
