By this process, the character information can be transferred easily, also disappeared easily because the traditional caption technology has a complex process to make a letters appear on the screen. CHARACTER CODE SERVICE BY USING THE STUFFING BYTE OF MPEG
[Technical Field] This business model is about the service method by using the stuffing byte, of MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group) bitstream, which is located in between the data fields
[Backgroud Art] The purpose is to magnify the rate of data transportation for character codes. It means where we open the information data fields, video data field and audio data field, there is a blank area to prevent the confusion of data transfer
[Disclosure of Invention] In this stuffing byte, we can put the moving character informations as well as the moving picture. Therefore we can reduce the process required for putting character information data, to protect increasing of data field.

Claims

1. The method characterized by using the stuffing byte of MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group), for character information transportation like the process of Fig.l
At the MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) bitstream, there is a stuffing byte(30) between video field(lθ) and audio field(20). By the encoder(ΘO), it is possible to insert character informations like(40). Then, the stuffing byte(40) goes through the decoder(50) so that it can decoded as to the (100). The encoder (60) can insert the character values. Also the decoder(50) the same for the decoding into the meant characters. This process is patented.
