Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a pole frame of a tent. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the prior art, a pole frame structure of a foldable tent generally includes four poles 1 'and four top support poles 2' as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, and two adjacent poles Side support rods 3 'and 3 设置 are also provided between the rods 1'. Among them, the side support rods 3 'shown in FIG. 1 can be directly used to support two adjacent pillar rods 1'. One end is hinged to the fixed seat Ί 'at the top of the pole Γ, and the other end is hinged to the slide 5' side of the pole 1 '(see Fig. 3), or the side support pole 3 "shown in Fig. 2" A cross support rod group 6 'is also added between the two (this structure is suitable for large tents). In addition, there is a middle support rod 4' to support the top support rod 2 '. The upper end of the middle support rod 4' is hinged to the top support rod. The upper and lower ends of 2 'are hinged to the opposite corners of the sliding seat 5' sleeved on the pole 1 '(in conjunction with Fig. 3). In this way, the side supporting rod 3' or 3 "and the middle supporting rod 4 'are each hinged to a sliding seat. 5 'Side and diagonal.
The above tent pole frame has the following disadvantages:
1. Since the middle support rod 4 'is located in the plane formed between the top support rod 2' and the pillar rod 1 ', the middle support rod 4' can only be stretched in the plane when it is unfolded and folded. However, the lateral support of the top support bar 2 'cannot generate a force. Therefore, after the deployment, the overall support of the tent pole frame is not ideal. Especially for large tents, the support is more unstable. The main reason is that large The weight of the tent is heavy, and the downward pressure in a single plane generated by the top support rod 2 'and the center support rod 4' often causes the middle support rod 4 'to shake left and right, resulting in insufficient support.
2. From the principle of folding operation, because the top support rod is in the middle, when folding, the user's force acts on the side support rod y or V, so the folding process is the side support rod or y Drive the slide base 5 ', and then slide the middle support bar 5'
4 ', the middle support rod 4' then drives the top support rod 2 ', and finally completes the folding action. In this way, during the folding process, the sliding seat 5' is subjected to a large force, so the sliding seat 5 'must use a Made of high-strength material, the cost is high. In addition, the folding force that ultimately acts on the top support rod 2 'during folding is small, which is not conducive to folding. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a pole frame of a tent, which is stable and easier to support. Close up.
To achieve the above objective, the technical solution of the present invention is:
The tent pole frame mainly includes a pole, a top support pole, a side support pole to support two adjacent poles, a middle support pole to support the top support pole, and a sliding seat sliding on the pole. Each top support rod is supported by a middle support rod. The upper end of the middle support rod is hinged on the top support rod, and the lower end is hinged on the side support rod and close to the end of the sliding seat.
The upper ends of the two middle support rods located on the diagonal are hinged to the corresponding top support rods, and the lower ends are respectively inclined to the two sides of the top support rods and hinged to the corresponding side support rods and close to the end of the sliding seat.
A connection base is provided on the side support rod, and the lower end of the above-mentioned middle support rod is hinged to the connection base.
The lower end of the middle support rod can also be hinged on the side of the sliding seat at the end of the side support rod. After the above solution is adopted, since the lower end of the middle support rod of the present invention is hinged to the corresponding side support rod, the middle support rod is located in a different plane from the top support rod and the pillar rod, and the middle support rod is not only at the top when unfolded and folded. The supporting rods and poles generate tensile forces in the plane, and they also exert forces on the lateral direction of the top supporting rods. Therefore, after the tent pole frame is deployed, the overall support is quite stable and does not shake, especially for large tents. Support is more solid.
In addition, when folding in the present invention, the side support rod will directly pull the middle support rod to fold inward without passing through the sliding seat. Therefore, the force received by the sliding seat is relatively small, and it acts on the middle supporting rod. The pulling force is also relatively large, making folding easier. At the same time, the material requirements for the sliding seat are also low, and the cost is correspondingly reduced. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of a conventional tent pole frame;
2 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of another conventional tent pole frame;
3 is a partially enlarged view of a sliding seat structure in a conventional tent pole frame;
4 is a schematic diagram of an overall structure of an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 5 is a partial enlarged view of the first articulation method of the middle support rod and the side support rod according to the present invention; FIG. 6 is a partial enlarged view of the second articulation method of the middle support rod and the side support rod according to the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION As shown in FIG. 4, the present invention is the same as the conventional technology, and mainly includes a pole 1, a top support pole 2, a side support pole 3 to support two adjacent poles 1, and a top support pole 2. The middle support rod 4 and the sliding seat 5 slidably sleeved on the pole 1, wherein the side support rod 3 can be directly used to support two adjacent poles 1 and one end of the side support rod 3 as shown in FIG. 1. The other end is hinged on the fixed seat 7 on the top of the pole 1 The side of the movable seat 5 (coordinated with Figs. 3, 5, and 6), or as shown in Figs. 2 and 4, a cross supporting rod group 6 (suitable for large tents) is added between the side supporting rods 3, and the middle supporting rod 4 The upper end is hinged to the top support rod 2.
The key of the present invention is: each top support rod 2 is supported by a middle support rod 4, and the lower end of the middle support rod 4 is hinged to the side support rod 3 and is close to one end of the sliding seat 5.
The specific structure can be like this:
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper end of each middle support rod 4 is still hinged to the corresponding top support rod 2, and the lower ends of the two middle support rods 4 located on the diagonal are respectively inclined to the sides of the top support rod 2 and hinged. On the corresponding side support rod 3 and near one end of the sliding seat 5, the two groups of support rods 4 exert forces on both sides of the top support rod 2, respectively, so that the overall tent pole frame is fairly stable and does not shake.
In order to make the hinges smoother, the present invention may include a connecting base 8 on each of the side supporting rods 3, as shown in FIG. 5, and the lower end of the above-mentioned middle supporting rod 4 is hinged on the connecting base 8; As shown, the lower end of the middle support rod 4 is first hinged to the connecting base 8, and then the connecting base 8 is hinged to the side of the sliding base 5 at the end of the side support rod 3; or it is directly hinged to the sliding of the end of the side support rod 3. On the side of Block 5 (not shown in this article).
In this way, when the present invention is folded, the side support rod 3 will directly pull the middle support rod 4 to fold inward without going through the sliding seat 5, so the force received by the sliding seat 5 is relatively small, and acts on The pulling force of the support rod 4 is also relatively large, thereby making folding easier.
