Abstract

The invention relates to an improved concrete-spreading and -smoothing tool. The invention consists of a scraper drag comprising a ladle (2), two runners (3) and a handle (5). The aforementioned ladle (2) comprises a rectangular metal sheet having two folds such as to form three parts, namely: a central section (2.2), a large section (2.1) and a small section (2.3). According to the invention, each part of the scraper drag has a determined function, i.e. the large section is used to distribute the concrete, the central section is used to smooth the concrete and the small section prevents the central section from penetrating the concrete during the smoothing process, owing to the angle of inclination thereof in relation to said central zone. Moreover, the circular runners (3) are used for two functions, namely: to facilitate the sliding of the scraper drag over the iron framework and, depending on the size thereof, to determine the height of the compression layer.

Description

HERRAMIENTA MEJORADA PARA EL EXTENDIDO Y ALISADO DE HORMIGÓN IMPROVED TOOL FOR EXTENDED AND CONCRETE CONCRETE
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a new type of hand tool that allows to easily distribute the concrete poured in bulk over a metal reinforcement or mesh, obtaining a compact, smooth and uniform height compression layer.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently there are different types of tools on the market that are used for the extension of concrete for the construction of slabs and slabs of all kinds. These tools have not been specifically designed for this type of work, but rather come from those used in agriculture, being particularly hoes and others similar. Since the extension of concrete is a manual work, the use of inappropriate tools implies excessive work by the operators, who must also use guides and rules to obtain the height specified in the design of the compression layer. In addition, smoothing work must be carried out by at least two operators, each holding one end of the ruler, and sliding it on two parallel guides, which must then be removed before the concrete hardens.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNAll these operations involve the participation of several operators in an extremely simple task, and the use of different tools that must be cleaned up, finally making the cost of the work more expensive. In order to facilitate the spreading of concrete, the author of this invention has created a specific tool described below. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This invention consists of a drag shovel composed of a metal sheet, two wheels or skates and a handle. This means that by changing the skates for others of different sizes, a compression layer of greater or lesser height can be obtained depending on the needs. - The handle can be of different types, smooth or with handle.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
Among the different types of tools for smoothing concrete that can be built based on this invention, the preferred embodiment is as described below:
Se sueldan también las varillas (4) de refuerzo entre el porta mango (5.1) y la aleta central (2.2).Starting from a flat metal sheet of steel, approximately 40 x 30 cm, it is cold folded into two parts according to the figures, to form the three parts of the spoon (2), that is, the greater fin (2.1), 1A fin central (2.2) and the minor fin (2.3). At the angle α, which forms the central fin and the minor fin is between 15 ° and 45 °, in order to prevent the blade (1) from sticking into the concrete (6). The handle holder (5.1) is then fixed by welding its conical end at the intersection of the central fin (2.2) and the major fin (2.1). The reinforcing rods (4) are also welded between the handle holder (5.1) and the central fin (2.2).
Finally, the two circular skates (3) are placed by fixing them to the smaller fin (2.1) with two screws (3.1), or by welding.
Once the set is finished, the most suitable handle (5) is placed according to the user's tastes. This handle (5) can be totally smooth or it can have a handle at its free end.
