Description

腹腔镜多功能操作杆 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种应用于腹腔镜外科手术的多功能操作杆,属于医疗器械 制造的技术领域。 背景技术
目前,在腹腔镜外科手术中,需要使用不同的器械,如电钩、 电剪、钛夹钳、 冲洗吸引器, 有时甚至需要使用电棒、 电铲、氩气凝固器等器械来完成组织的分 离、切割、止血、冲洗、 吸引等不同的操作。上述单一的手术器械只能完成一种 操作, 事实上一个手术需要多种操作才能完成。而且, 腹腔镜手术的器械是通过 固定在腹部的套管进入腹腔内实施,一个手术需要频繁更换多种器械,这样不但 延长了手术时间,且复杂了操作程序。在腹腔镜手术过程中,如果组织炎症严重, 分离时出血多、 需要吸引后立即止血。 但是, 吸引和止血需要使用不同的器械, 在更换器械过程中, 由于操作的不连续性, 出血不能及时清理, 手术视野不清, 止血器械也就不能很好发挥作用。
现有技术中, 国外生产的一种腹腔镜多功能器械, 具有冲洗、 吸引、 电凝、 电切等功能, 这一器械的主要缺点是直径太粗达 10mm左右, 而且组织的分离需 要另外一个电钩再通过此器械的操作管道进行, 因此操作使用上极不方便。国内 也有人设计了一种类似的器械,其特征是在吸引管中附加有电钩,且电钩可以在 吸引管中相对移动连接。事实上两者有类似之处, 组织的电切、凝固需要使用电 钩来完成, 同时均存在着结构复杂、 操作不便之弊。 发 明 内 容
技术问题:本实用新型的发明目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种集组 织推刮、 电切、 电凝, 液体冲洗、 抽吸, 和烟雾吸引等功能于一体的、 结构简单 的一体化多功能操作杆, 它能有效地剥离、 分离组织, 凝固小的管道和出血点, 并且有冲洗血块、 吸出组织碎屑、 积血、 烟雾, 保持术野清晰的作用。
技术方案: 本实用新型的腹腔镜多功能操作杆, 由金属杆状管和塑料手柄 构成, 其特征在于该操作杆以手柄为主构件, 在手柄的前部连接有金属杆状管, 在金属杆状管外套有金属杆状管绝缘材料,在金属杆状管的前端为金属杆状管斜 面,在位于手柄内的金属杆状管的一端侧面连接有电极头,金属杆状管的端部与 圆形阀门相连通, 在圆形阀门上设有圆形阀门 "T"型驱动杆, 在手柄的内部还 设有管道, 该管道有两条, 该管道的一端分别与圆形阔门相连通, 另一端分别与 冲洗管接头、 吸引管接头相连接。
金属杆状管的前端即金属杆状管斜面的部分呈一 45° 角的椭圆斜面,周边有 2〜6个小孔, 外表无绝缘层。
圆型阀门内部管道的一端呈喇叭口状, 该端朝向金属杆状管, 圆型阀门内部 管道的另一端朝向管道。
圆型阀门采用圆柱状结构, 镶嵌在手柄内, 圆型阀门和一个圆形阀门 "T" 型驱动杆相连, 圆形阔门的旋转由圆形阀门 "T"型驱动杆驱动。 ■
手柄采用两个半圆柱对合式结构。 高频电极头釆用向上或向下固定连接。 有益效果: 由于采用上述技术方案, 本实用新型能够通过金属杆状管的椭圆 斜面进行组织的推刮分离、电凝电切,并通过金属杆状管的末端开口和周边的小 孔进行手术野的冲洗, 以及组织碎屑、积血、液体和烟雾的吸引, 冲洗吸引功能 通过手柄上的管道分别连接冲洗泵和吸引器动力装置实现。由于本实用新型的部 件釆用对合式和螺紋式固定, 可以方便地进行拆除、更换、 清洗、 消毒, 实现了 器械的可重复使用,大大节约了成本。术中无需使用多种器械、节约了器械成本, 不需频繁更换器械、 简化了操作程序、 节省了手术时间, 提高了手术效果。 附 图 说 明

实施例 1:
本实施例的腹腔镜多功能操作杆如图 1所示,主要由金属杆状管 4和塑料手 柄 11组成。 所述的金属杆状管外采用外表绝缘结构, 其金属杆状管连接部 5固 定在手柄内,并和突出于手柄侧面的电极头 6连接,可供外接电极线与高频电刀 主机相连; 工作端外表绝缘裸露, 末端 1呈一 45° 椭圆斜面, 周边有小孔 2。 操作杆以手柄 11为主构件, 在手柄 11的前部连接有金属杆状管 4, 在金属 杆状管 4外套有金属杆状管绝缘材料 3, 在金属杆状管 4的前端为金属杆状管斜 面 1,在位于手柄 11内的金属杆状管 4的一端侧面连接有电极头 6,金属杆状管 4的端部与圆形阀门 9相连通, 在圆形阀门 9上设有圆形阀门 "T"型驱动杆 7, 在手柄 11的内部还设有管道 10, 该管道 10有两条, 该管道 10的一端分别与圆 形阀门 9相连通, 另一端分别与冲洗管接头 13、 吸引管接头 14相连接。
所述的手柄采用人体工程学结构 11, 手柄有数个凹槽, 便于牢固握持。 所述的手柄采用内部凹槽管道结构 10, 管道呈 "Y"形, "Y"管的两个支管 呈并列状, 和突出于手柄的冲洗管接头 13、 吸引管接头 14连接, 主管和金属杆 状管 4连接。
所述的内部凹槽 "Y"形管道釆用三通结构, 三通管由一圆型阀门 9控制, 圆型阀门内部管道 8的一端呈喇叭口状。
所述的圆型阀门呈圆柱状结构 9, 镶嵌在手柄内, 圆型阀门和一个圆形阀门 "T"型驱动杆 7相连, 阀门的旋转由圆形阀门 "T"型驱动杆 7驱动。
所述的手柄 11采用两个半圆柱对合式结构, 由两个对合固定螺丝 12固定, 驱动圆形阀门的 "T"型杆在一个长方形的槽内前后移动。 金属杆状管 4、 冲洗 管接头 13、吸引管接头 14、高频电极头 6及圆形阀门" T"型驱动杆 7釆用螺紋 式连接固定。
上述实施例中的金属杆状管 4、冲洗管接头 13、吸引管接头 14、高频电极头 6、 圆形阀门 "T"型驱动杆 7也可采用插入式连接固定。
上述实施例中的手柄 11, 也可釆用圆柱状结构。 高频电极头 6, 也可采用向 下方固定连接。 如图 2所示。

权利 要 求 书
1、 一种腹腔镜多功能操作杆, 由金属杆状管和塑料手柄构成, 其特征在于 该操作杆以手柄(11 ) 为主构件, 在手柄 (11 ) 的前部连接有金属杆状管 (4), 在金属杆状管(4)外套有金属杆状管绝缘材料(3), 在金属杆状管(4) 的前端 为金属杆状管斜面(1 ), 在位于手柄 (11 ) 内的金属杆状管 (4) 的一端侧面连 接有电极头(6), 金属杆状管(4) 的端部与圆形阀门 (9)相连通, 在圆形阀门
(9)上设有圆形阀门 "T"型驱动杆 (7),在手柄 ( 11 )的内部还设有管道(10), 该管道(10)有两条, 该管道(10) 的一端分别与圆形阀门 (9) 相连通, 另一 端分别与冲洗管接头 (13)、 吸引管接头 (14) 相连接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的腹腔镜多功能操作杆, 其特征在于金属杆状管 (4) 的前端即金属杆状管斜面(1 ) 的部分呈一 45° 角的椭圆斜面, 周边有 2〜6个 小孔, 外表无绝缘层。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的腹腔镜多功能操作杆, 其特征在于圆型阀门内 部管道(8) 的一端呈喇叭口状, 该端朝向金属杆状管 (4), 圆型阀门内部管道
(8) 的另一端朝向管道(10)。
4、如权利要求 1或 2所述的腹腔镜多功能操作杆,其特征在于圆型阀门(9) 采用圆柱状结构, 镶嵌在手柄(11 ) 内, 圆型阀门 (9)和一个圆形阀门 "T"型 驱动杆(7)相连, 圆形阀门 (9) 的旋转由圆形阀门 "T"型驱动杆 (7)驱动。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的腹腔镜多功能操作杆, 其特征在于手柄(11 )采用 两个半圆柱对合式结构。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的腹腔镜多功能操作杆, 其特征在于高频电极头 (6) 采用向上或向下固定连接。
