在图 1示出的本发明的多功能汤勺实施例中，所采用漏勺 3整体 为碗形或其它与汤勺底相配合的形状， 其底部包括蛋黄大小的实心 圆。在实 ^、圆的周围为均匀镂空结构， 镂空的孔径大小可以根据需要 设计， 以使流质食物如汤等从镂空结构流出漏勺， 而固体食物或半流 质食物则被保留于漏勺 3内。其中， 镂空结构可以是多个扭曲长短方 形或圆形的通孔。漏勺 3底部的背面实心圆下带有一个凸点 12。漏勺 3带有一个短柄 9， 短柄 9后部带有螺丝座 10。
图 2示出本发明的多功能汤勺实施例中的汤勺体结构，汤勺体包 括手柄 1 以及汤勺底 2。 汤勺底 2整体为碗形或其它形状， 其大小与 漏勺 3的大小相一致。 当然， 漏勺 3也可在不影响分离固体或流质食 物的基础上， 大于或小于汤勺底 2的尺寸。汤勺底 2带有一个圆形漏 孔 11， 其大小与漏勺底部的凸点 12匹配， 使凸点 12可堵住圆形漏 孔 11而不使流质食物流出汤勺底 2。 手柄 1上设有可上下移动的拉 放开关 6， 把手内有弹簧 5， 在手柄 1与汤勺底 2接近的部位设有一 个长方形的定位孔 4。 当然， 该定位孔 4不局限于长方形， 也可采用 其它形状。
如图 3所示，在本发明的多功能汤勺中的汤勺体与漏勺 3的连接 装置及漏勺固定装置的示意图中， 弹簧 5设于手柄 1上端手把内部， 拉杆 7与拉放开关 6和弹簧 5相连， 拉放幵关 6伸向手柄把手外部， 可从外部控制。如果上下移动拉放开关 6就可以带动拉杆 7上下移动。 弹力装置 8设于手柄 1下端， 所述弹力装置 8可以为弹簧或 U字弹 片， 弹簧 5和弹力装置 8通过拉杆 7相连。
当漏勺 3与汤勺底 2通过固定装置结合时，漏勺 3的短柄 9背面 的螺丝座 10穿过所述长方形定位孔 4， 而短柄 9则在定位孔 4的上 方。 同时， 固定装置中的螺丝 13穿过弹力装置 8并上紧螺丝座 10使 漏勺 3与汤勺体连接在一起。
