Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de récupération de mot de passe, lequel permet de récupérer l'accès à un premier système informatique. Ce système de récupération de mot de passe comporte un entrepôt de données stockant des données associées avec le premier système informatique et un second système informatique et/ou les utilisateurs de ces systèmes, l'entrepôt de données étant conçu pour accepter des données d'authentification du premier système informatique ou de l'utilisateur de celui-ci et pour vérifier les données dépendant des données stockées, après vérification. L'entrepôt de données est conçu pour fournir des données de récupération chiffrées au second système informatique, ces données de récupération chiffrées pouvant être déchiffrées par ce second système informatique, ces données de récupération comprenant des données permettant de récupérer l'accès au premier système informatique.
