Abstract

A novel trash and/or recycle receptacle covering and decoration comprising: a decorated tube (12) comprising a flexible film which is impervious to water and odors, and designed to fit over and cover a trash and/or recycle receptacle; and having at a first end (14a), a first elastomeric loop (16a) for affixing the first end of the tube over the opening of the trash and/or recycle receptacle and which defines an orifice for trash, said first elastomeric loop further creating an annular ledge (17) which tends to keep trash within the receptacle; and a second elastomeric loop (16b) attached to the second end of the tube for securing the tube to the bottom of the trash and/or recycle receptacle.
