Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, insbesondere in vitro Verfahren, zur Diagnose einer rheumatoiden Erkrankung bei einem Patienten, umfassend die Schritte: a) Bereitstellen einer Probe des Patienten umfassend eine oder mehrere Zellen; b) Bereitstellen des Proteinexpressionsmusters der Zelle(n) aus der Probe; und c) Vergleich des Proteinexpressionsmusters der Zelle(n) aus der Probe mit einem Proteinexpressionsmuster einer Kontrollprobe, bevorzugterweise mit einem Proteinexpressionsmuster von Zellen einer nicht an der rheumatoiden Erkrankung leidenden Person.
