Abstract

L'invention concerne diverses technologies appliquées à la conceptualisation des informations concernant des candidats postulant à un emploi. Des concepts peuvent être extraits, par exemple, à partir du C.V. d'un candidat par une technique ontologique. Lesdits concepts peuvent être disposés hiérarchiquement dans ladite technique ontologique, et des concepts parents peuvent être extraits. Les concepts relatifs aux compétences professionnelles, au titre du poste, à la gestion, et autres concepts semblables, peuvent être extraits. Un ensemble de concepts peut être représenté comme un point dans un espace conceptuel n-dimensionnel. Ainsi, les candidats et les critères de candidature désirés peuvent être representés dans l'espace conceptuel. Les candidats réunissant de plus près tous les critères de candidature désirés dans l'espace conceptuel peuvent être désignés comme candidats correspondant aux critères de candidature désirés.
