Abstract

Une force compressive est appliquée sur un filtre étalon classique (10)à espace d'air pour permettre le réglage fin de l'épaisseur des espaceurs (22, 24) sur une longueur optique précise et homogène (L'). L'étalon est couplé à un dispositif de logement (32, 36) capable d'ajuster l'épaisseur de chaque espaceur (22, 24) et de régler ainsi l'étalon (10) sur la longueur d'onde du filtre souhaitée. L'ensemble résultant (30, 60, 70) est réglé en permanence sur les paramètres souhaités afin de permettre une utilisation dans des applications optiques.
