Description

FIXING AGENT FOR GROUND ANCHOR
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fixing agent for ground anchors, and more particularly, to a fixing agent for a ground anchor in which since one side of three sides of a divisional wedge coupled to a body is not formed with a screw thread, and since the converging phenomenon of the divisional wedge is different from each other when drawing a material to be drawn, the drawing can be easily performed, and in which a breaking cap is coupled to a top end of the divisional wedge so as to easily dissemble the breaking cap from the divisional wedge when the drawing.
Description of the Related Art Generally, as a conventional fixing agent for a ground anchor, there is a fixing unit for removing a tension bar for a ground anchor filed by this applicant and now registered with
Korean Utility Model Registration No. 289692. The fixing agent for removing a tension bar, as shown in
Fig. 1, includes a body 100 formed with a jostling-preventing ring separation recess 120 at a leading end thereof between a cap coupling screw 110 and a wedge-placing portion 130, a central hinge 210 and a plurality of , saw-toothed screws formed at an inner surface, a wedge 200 having a locking recess 230 formed on an outer upper side thereof and a placing jaw 240, formed on an lower side thereof, for preventing jostling, a guide spring 500 for pushing a jostling prevention ring 400 for preventing the wedge 200 and the tension bar 300 downward when drawing the tension bar 300 toward the upper side, wherein the jostling prevention ring 400 preventing the wedge 200, in which the tension bar 300 is inserted, from being pushed backward, and a cap 600 formed with a screw thread 620 at the outer surface of the cap 600 so that a locking recess 230 of the wedge 200 is locked by a locking protrusion 610 when the wedge 200 withdraws simultaneously with cutting the tension bar 300 drawn to the wedge 200. According to the conventional art, there is a disadvantage that a repulsive force due to the cutting of the tension bar is directly transmitted to the wedge so that the reliability for separating the tension bar is deteriorated.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a fixing agent for a ground anchor in which since one side of three sides of a divisional wedge coupled to a body is not formed with a screw thread, and since the converging phenomenon of the divisional wedge is different from each other when drawing a material to be drawn, the drawing can be easily performed, and in which a breaking cap is coupled to a top end of the divisional wedge so as to easily dissemble the breaking cap from the divisional wedge when the drawing. In accordance with an object of the present invention, the above and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of a fixing agent for a ground anchor including a main body having a coupling recess formed at the inner peripheral thereof in which an elastic ring is coupled, a body, coupled in the inside of the main body, in which the divisional wedge formed with a divided side without screw thread and a locking jaw is coupled, and in which a guide recess is formed at the outer surface, a breaking cap coupled to the locking jaw of the divisional wedge, having a locking hook at the lower side of the breaking cap formed at the upper end thereof, a fixing jaw formed at the upper end thereof, and an insertion hole at the central portion thereof, in which an tension bar is inserted, and a coil spring coupled to the upper end of the body and the lower end of the fixing jaw of the breaking cap. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS These and/or other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent and more readily appreciated from the following description of the embodiments, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a sectional view illustrating a conventional fixing agent for a ground anchor; Fig. 2 is a sectional view illustrating a fixing agent for a ground anchor according to the present invention; and Figs. 3 and 4 are sectional views illustrating operation of the fixing agent for a ground anchor in Fig. 2
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a fixing agent for a ground anchor according to the present will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings . Fig. 2 of the accompanying drawings is a sectional view illustrating overall structure of the fixing agent for a ground anchor, and a reference numeral 100 indicates the fixing agent for a ground anchor according to the present invention. The fixing agent 100 includes a main body 10, a divisional wedge 20, a body 30, a breaking cap 40, and a coil spring 50. The main body 10 is divided into an upper main body 10a and a lower main body 10b. The upper main body 10a is formed with a coupling recess 12 at the upper inner peripheral to which an elastic ring 11 is coupled. The elastic ring 11 is inserted to protrude from the coupling recess 12. The divisional wedge 20 has three wedges, while one of three wedges is a wedge 20a without the screw thread 21, and two of them are wedges 20b formed with the screw thread 21. The divisional wedge 20 has a top end formed with a U-shaped locking jaw 22. A well-known elastic ring 22a for fixing the divisional wedge 20 is coupled to the lower side of the locking jaw 22. The body 30 is formed with a guide recess 31 at the outer surface. The elastic ring 11 inserted into the coupling recess 12 of the body 10 is coupled in the guide recess 31 when drawing the tension bar, so as to control the body 30 to move upward. The body 30 has a chamfer 32 at the lower side thereof, and the chamfer 31 comes in contact with the elastic ring 11 of the body 10. 'The divisional wedge 20 is coupled to the inside of the body 30. The breaking cap 40 is formed with a locking hook 41 at the lower side, with a fixing jaw 42 at the upper side, and with an insertion hole 43 at the central portion in which a tension bar 95 is inserted. The locking hook 41 is coupled with and locked by the locking jaw 22 of the divisional wedge 20. Since the fixing jaw 42 comes in close contact with the inside of the well-known cover cap 90 so as to prevent the tension bar 95 from being withdrawn backward when the tension bar 95 is coupled. The coil spring 50 is coupled to the upper end of the body and to the lower end of the fixing jaw 42. Moreover, the lower end of the body 30 is coupled with a rotation plate 81 for being rotated and reducing the friction when a twisted elastic steel rod is untwisted for drawing the tension bar 95. Further, the lower side of the rotation plate 81 is coupled with a displacement spring 82 and a fixing spring 83 in a multi-step manner. According to the present as described above, as shown in
Figs. 3 and 4, when the tension bar 95 is drawn by using a drawing machine (not shown) , the body 30 is moved downward due to the elastic force of the coil spring 50 coupled to the lower side of the fixing jaw 42 of the breaking cap 40 and the upper end of the body 30, and the elastic ring 11 of the body 30 is inserted into the guide recess 31 and fixed within the guide recess 31. At that time, the chamfer 32 formed at the lower end of the body 30 helps the elastic ring 11 to slide downward. Since the wedge 20b with the screw thread 21 among the divisional wedge 20 biting the tension bar 95 lowers to the position where is lower than the position of the wedge 20a without the screw thread 21, the locking hook 41 of the breaking cap 40 coupled to the locking jaw 22 of the divisional wedge 20 collides with each other so as to break the two wedges 20b. At that time, the phenomenon that the elastic steel rod, that is, the tension bar 95 is extended and rotated can be prevented in such a manner that a plurality of sliding rotation plates 81 coupled to the lower side of the body 30 are rotated to reduce the friction, and the displacement spring 82 contact with the rotation plates 81 is shrunk in the downward direction to compensate the extension amount of the tension bar 95 in length. The fixing spring 83 coupled to the lower side of the displacement spring 82 performs a cushioning function that the elastic steel rod can bear the external circumstance, that is, the high load applied to the fixing agent 100 when the ground is changed. When the extended tension bar 95 is cut by using a cutting machine such as an oxygen cutting machine, the coil spring 50, coupled to the lower side of the fixing jaw 42 of the breaking cap 40 and the upper end of the body 30, is extended due to the repulsive force, and two wedges 20b with screw thread 21 of the divisional wedge 20 move together with the breaking cap 40. At the same time, the divisional wedge 20 is spread in right and left direction, so that the tension bar 95 can be easily separated. As described above, the present invention is advantageous that since one side of three sides of a divisional wedge coupled to a body is not formed with a screw thread, and since the converging phenomenon of the divisional wedge is different from each other when drawing a material to be drawn, the drawing can be easily performed, and in which a breaking cap is coupled to a top end of the divisional wedge so as to easily dissemble the breaking cap from the divisional wedge when the drawing. Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
