Abstract

The present invention provides a food comminuting tool comprising a plate having a comminuting surface and a telescopically extensible frame for supporting the plate over various sized work areas. The apparatus may also comprise a handle as part of the frame, thereby allowing for a user to more readily hold the apparatus while in use.
