Abstract

The present invention relates a condom having a continuous erection maintaining function, which has a function of helping an erection state be continuously maintained in men and can be used almost permanently. The present invention is directed to providing a condom having a continuous erection maintaining function capable of achieving a desired effect in such a manner that a user simply grasps a condom body having a spring therein without any action for thereby preventing a certain pain to a user using a proper low air pressure determined based on an erection state and enhancing a wearing feeling and an integral state with a condom, wherein the condom according to the present invention can be used almost permanently.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a condom, and in particular to a

condom having a continuous erection maintaining function, which has a function

of helping an erection state be continuously maintained in men and can be used

almost permanently.

Background Art

Generally, in a condom inserted onto a man's penis, a thin rubber U-

shaped common condom, a wrinkled and protruded condom, and a relatively

thick condom have been generally used. However, the conventional condom is

designed to simply keep the condom in a shape of a penis. Therefore, there are

many inconveniences and pains.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the

problems encountered in the conventional art. St is another object of the present invention to provide a condom having

a continuous erection maintaining function, which is capable of continuously maintaining an erection state in a man and can be almost permanently.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a condom having

a continuous erection maintaining function capable of achieving a desired effect

in such a manner that a user simply grasps a condom body having a spring

therein without any action for thereby preventing a certain pain to a user using a

proper low air pressure determined based on an erection state and enhancing a

wearing feeling and an integral state with a condom, wherein the condom

according to the present invention can be used almost permanently.

It is further another object of the present invention to provide a condom

having a continuous erection maintaining function capable of enhancing a sex

activity and an easier repeated use of a condom based on a simple washing

operation inn such a manner that sperm or a certain liquid material having a

cleaning function is filled in a low air pressure part of a condom that is

fabricated with flexible and elastic properties having proper strength. To achieve the above objects, in the construction of a condom inserted a penis during a sex relationship, there is provided a body having a

perfume capable of decreasing a bad rubber small and formed of silicon or

rubber having various colors therein similar with a human body. A nozzle is

provided at a center of one side of a lower air pressure part of the body wherein

it has a certain width_s thickness and length for receiving a spring of a metallic or

non-metallic material such as a high tensional plastic for thereby maintaining a

continuous erection state of a penis. A cylindrical reinforcing material having a good expandability and elasticity is inserted into a front end of the low air

pressure part. A circular protrusion is formed on an outer surface of the

entrance of the other side, and a funnel shape rubber ring and band are

detachable fixed, and a rubber ring is inserted into the internal cylindrical

reinforcing material having a plurality of holes made of plastic and protrusions

and is finished using an artificial fiber. Grooves are filled with silicon or rubber

for thereby delaying the leakage of blood. Various perfumes and colors may be

added into an outer surface of the body. A front end of the spring is slightly

protruded wherein the spring is provided for decreasing the bad feeling of the

foreign substances and almost permanently protecting the spring and adjusting

the life span of the product, and it is processed with tendon or blood vessel. It is

possible to achieve a character or drawing effect and an accurate process. It is

very similar with an outer shape of a human body, so that a user's satisfaction is

maximized.

A cylindrical reinforcing material 2 having an excellent elasticity is

installed in the low air pressure part 12. Here, the internal cylindrical reinforcing

material 4 forms a circular protrusion part 15 at one side having a plurality of

holes 14, and the funnel shaped rubber ring 5 or the band is installed at the

protrusion part 15. The body outer surface 6 has a function capable of

determining the life span of the product as the end of the spring and the

extension of the spring may be damaged due to the repeated grasping

operation of the spring. Therefore, the body outer surface 6 may be slightly

protruded or may be formed in a tendon shape. fn the present invention, the inner diameter of the condom is slightly

smaller than the outer diameter of the erected penis in order to achieve a good

combination and instant erection as the condom made of a certain material such

as a rubber, a silicon, etc. condom having a certain perfume and coloring agent

is adapted. In the case that the inner diameter is slightly larger, it is possible to

obtain a temporary penis expansion effect due to blood gathered in a subcutaneous portion.

Here, the low air pressure part 12 in the interior of the body of the

condom has a function capable of storing sperm based on a suction force. In

another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to fully seal the

discharge port of the nozzle 1 using a silicon rubber that can be available

together with the product for preventing a leakage of sperm. When the product

is actually used, the air of the interior of the product can be discharged through

the entrance part 8 and the air discharging port of the nozzle with one time

pressure applying operation, so that it is possible to simply recover the original

shape. The smooth rubber air discharge passage of the nozzle is naturally

compressed and sealed based on a low air pressure for thereby forming a low

air pressure space 12 capable of sucking the sperm. Therefore, in the present

indention, a certain air pump or a cap closure are not needed for decreasing the

air pressure. In addition, a cylindrical shape reinforcing member 2 having an

excellent elasticity may be inserted into the upper side of the low air pressure

part 12 at the portion before the inserted penis for thereby reinforcing a

tensional force and preventing a leakage of sperm wherein an elongation and

thin rubber film closes the openings. At the same time, it is possible to separate

the sperm space, fn the present invention, a rubber film is not needed. The perm pace is capable of storing sperm or cleaning agent based on a suction

force generated by an inner low air pressure and is capable of preventing a contraception failure. A spring of Figure 3 is installed in the interior of the body 6

wherein the spring is made of a plastic or metallic and non-metallic material

having a good tensional force as the both ends of the spring are fixed at an

θxtensional line of the circle of the spring. When using the same, a part of the

penis or the entire portions of the same is inserted into the insertion part 13

ihεough the entrance part 8„ and the body 6 of the product is grasped one time,

ao that the air is discharged through the entrance part 8 and the air discharging

portions of the nozzle. With the above operation, the condom recovers in a

circular shape, and the air discharging passage of a rubber material that is an

air discharge port of the nozzle is naturally compressed and sealed as the air is

discharged through the entrance part 8 and the air discharge portions of the

nozzle. Therefore, the suction force of the low air pressure part 12 enables a

COΏ FVUOUS erection state of a penis tightly inserted into the insertion part 13. in the case that the user is an erection patient or older persons, since

the erection force is not desirably obtained, and the erection time period is short,

a desired sex activity cannot be obtained. Sometimes, the erected penis may

get non-erected during the sex relationship, so that the condom may be

separated from the penis for thereby causing a failure of contraception.

However, in the present invention, the penis is tightly contacted with the

condom due to the suction force generated based on the low air pressure for

thereby maintaining an erected state of the penis. The protrusion portion 11 is

formed at the outer surface of the entrance part 8, and a funnel shaped rubber ring 5 or a band as shown in Figure 5 may be adapted. The outer surface of the other side of the product is made flat when fabricating the product. As shown in Figure 4, there are provided a plurality of holes 14 like the internal cylindrical reinforcing material 4 having an excellent elasticity, and an internal cylindrical

5 reinforcing material 4 having a circular protrusion portion 15 at one side wherein it is formed of an excellent elasticity material. As shown in Figure 4, the rubber ring 5 or the band is fixed at the circular protrusion portion 15 and is inserted into the outer surface of the other side of the product that is fabricated flat when fabricating the same, and then the artificial fiber 9 is used. The fiber is finished 0 with the silicon rubber. The same is slightly protruded by filling the grooves, and a dual sealing is performed for thereby achieving an integrated construction. At this time, when the fibers are not finished, pubes are too natural, resulting in a bsά construction. Therefore, a very accurate process is needed. The above construction and operation are provided for the purpose that the leakage of theS increased blood is delayed, and the erection patient or the older persons can e* o a healthy sex relationship, ό the failure of the contraception is effectively prevented. In the finished shape of the condom, the front end of the spring is protruded in order to achieve a permanent use of the spring 3 for thereby forming a shape of tendon, so that it is possible to enhance a beautiful

In addition, in the case of the user who is an erection patient even though a certain medical treatment is provided together with a certain erection agent such as Viagra and suffers from a healthy sex relationship, a higher low air pressure may be needed in the low air pressure portion of the product. When the erected penis is tightly contacted with the inner surface of the product, it is impossible to additionally discharge the air through the entrance portions.

5 Therefore, it is needed not to seal the nozzle. The pressure is applied to the body a few times based on the degree of the low air pressure, so that the air should be removed through the air discharge port of the nozzle, resulting the decrease of the air pressure. The present invention may be effectively adapted to the tubes patient. In addition, the process of finishing the fibers should be

10 very carefully performed in the products.

Industrial Applicability

As described above, according to the present invention, the condom is oapabfe of achieving a continuous erection of the penis. The condom according

15 to the present invention can be almost permanently used. A simple contraception function is basically obtained with a space of the low air pressure part. The present invention can be effectively adapted to a short penis person, a weak erection person, and a person who suffers from a short time shot. In the present invention, it is possible to simply achieve a desired purpose in such a

->& manner that the user grasps the condom one time for thereby maintaining a continuous erection state. The condom with a color similar with a human body is adapted, and the perfume effect is enhanced for thereby achieving a good beautiful feeling. Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to overcome

the sexual problems due to a passive mind of sex relationship.

As well known in the industry, the condom industry does not need a

large investment. The present invention is a very useful invention capable of

making a big trend. The present invention can be used as a men's color

condom having a beautiful shape that does not use any parts. A vibration device

may be inserted into the hollow portion. A bendable spring can be inserted, so

that the present invention can be used for a woman's sexual toy.

A described above, many persons overuse Viagra or Cialis and cost

big money due to a weak sexual ability. In addition, an economical cost and

health problem occur. Sometimes, smuggling problem occurs for thereby

causing many social problems. In the present invention, a condom of a

contraception function is developed, wherein the condom can be used almost

permanently. A continuous erection effect is obtained, and the medical cost can

be decreased. The enlargement effect of the penis is maximized for thereby

insEeasing an economical effect and user's satisfaction. There are many

applications and modified products in Korea and world. The products of the

present invention are getting popular in Japan and European countries. The

nation-based exclusive use of the invention will become a good business. As the present invention may foe embodied in several forms without

departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be

understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather

should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the

appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within

the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds

are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.

1. In a condom utensil that is formed of a body having a perfume capable of decreasing bad rubber smell and a rubber material such as silicon having a certain coloring agent and has a certain thickness and length and is inserted

5 onto a man's penis during a sex relationship wherein it has a set shape, a condom, comprising; a Insertion part and a low air pressure part formed in a body for thereby forming an entrance part; a nozzle installed in the body and automatically opened and closed 0 based on a grasping force by a user, a spring that is installed at an outer portion of the body forming the low air pressure part and the insertion part of the body for thereby maintaining a continuous erection state of a penis wherein it is made of a high tensional plastic or a metallic material or a non-metallic material, and internal and external s ends are fixed at an extended portion of a circle construction; a cylindrical reinforcing material provided at the low air pressure part wherein it has a good expandability and elasticity; a circular rim shaped protrusion part formed at the entrance portion of the body; Q a funnel shaped rubber ring or a compression band detachabiy fixed at the protrusion; an internal cylindrical reinforcing part in which a plurality of holes formed at the cylindrical construction, wherein it has a circular protrusion at one side

and is formed of a material with a good elasticity, and an artificial fiber is

protecting the spring as the outer surface of the body helps a life span of the

product, a tendon or blood shape is formed therein, so that it is possible to

achieve various colors and bodies and accurately processed products.
